The fine structure of spermatozoa of Pungtungia herzi was examined with scanning and transmission electron microscopies. The spermatozoa of p. herzi are approximately 37.4 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ in length and a relatively simple cell with a spherical nucleus, a short midpiece and a tail. The acrosome is not present as in most teleost fishes. The ultrastructure of spermatozoa represents typical characteristics of cyprinid spermatozoa including the lateral insertion of flagellum, the organization of centriolar complex in shallow nuclear fossa, and the occurrence and asymmetrical arrangement of mitochondria. In the nuclear envelope and mitochondrion, however there were some morphological differences for their ultrastructure. The nuclear envelope is severely undulated and the shallow nuclear fossa contains two centrioles which are at the angle of some 130$^{\circ}$ each other. The most significant feature can be observed with the mitochondrion; five or more mitochondria, which are shown in primary spermatocyte, fuse to form a single one in the mature spermatozoon. The mitochondrial aspect is different from that of other cyprinid spermatozoa, where their mitochondria have a conventional aspect and never fuse to form a mitochondrial derivative. In terms of sperm evolution the fused mitochondria are regarded as the apomorphic character in comparison with the separate mitochondria. The single mitochondrion is not reported in cyprinid spermatozoon except the case of Rhodeus.

Black-out Game(Lightout, Merlin Game, ${\sigma}$+Game) is an interesting game on the chessboard, when you click a button with black or white color, it changes color of itself and other buttons who shares edges. With this rule, we win the game when we have a chessboard with all same color after we click some of the buttons of it. Pretty much of research has been made on founding the winnable strategy for this type of game. In this paper, we first introduce a history of mathematical modeling on this game. Then we develop an algorithm to offer a winnable blackout game of any size. Our tools also show our new algorithm works. Finally, we show how we can use this game in mathematics education.

Conventional methods of automatically recording Go game positions do not properly consider obstacles (hand or object) on a Go board during the Go game. If the Go board is blocked by obstacles, the position of a Go stone may not be correctly recognized, or the sequences of moves may be stored differently from the actual one. In the proposed algorithm, only the complete Go board image without obstacles is stored as a background image and the obstacle is recognized by comparing the background image with the current input image. To eliminate the phenomenon that the shadow is mistaken as obstacles, this paper proposes the new obstacle detection method based on the gradient image instead of the simple differential image. When there is no obstacle on the Go board, the background image is updated. Finally, the successive background images are compared to recognize the position and type of the Go stone. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has more than 95% recognition rate in general illumination environment.

We define a SG(String Graph) and an ASG(Alive String Graph) to the purpose to do static analysis. For a life and death judgment, we apply the rule to the situation which the stone is included and not included. We define the rules that are SR(String Reduction), ER(Empty Reduction), ET(Edge Transform), and CG(Circular Graph), when the stone is not included. We define the rules that are DESR(Dead Enemy Strings Reduction) and SCSR(Same Color String Reduction), when the stone is included. We evaluate a SG that it is an ASG or not by using rules. And we use APC(Articulation Point Check) nile according to number of articulation points lot a life and death judgment. The performance of our method has been tested on the problem set IGS_31_counted form the Computer Go Test Collection. The test set contains 11,191 Points and 1,123 Strings. We obtain 92.5% accuracy of Points and 95.7% accuracy of Strings.

This paper focuses on the attempt to manual application for optimization structural scale of stone and Gabion at the closing gap of sea dike. The manual was developed through hydraulic model experiment that measured the critical velocity of sill-crest, bottom protection and dam-face at the final closure of Saemangeum sea dike, and through the comparison and verification of critical velocity for each scale calculated by existing empirical formula. Also, the critical velocity when rocks are used together with gabion is measured to add to the manual, which is an initial attempt that had not been executed before. The manual proposes the appropriate structural scale according to the measured critical velocity per day during the final closure period of Saemangeum sea dike, and its application was appraised highly after the completion of the final closing.

This stydy was performed to improve recipes for dishes with seaweed, spinach, wild parsley, and yam as food source of low blood glucose and to select better favorite dishes controlling diabetes trough sensory test of 9 scoring method. Also the effect controlling blood glucose based on observation of blood glucose and glycemic index was applied for the normal person. The traditional recipes gained high acceptability in the sensory test. The Segogiguk, Daenjanguk, Guonsaeujuk, Sujebi, Bokeum and Beoseokhoi of seaweed ranged from 8.2 to 7.2. The Danggun juice, Daenjangguk, jeon and Dubumuchim of spinach was evaluated as 8.2 to 7.3. The Gulsaengche, Beefmuchim, Juice and Chodae of wild parsley showed high acceptability as 7.9 to 6.8. The Jorim and Jeon of yam ranged form 7.7 and 6.8. Addording to the result of blood glucose response of normal person meals controlling dishes showed GI 57.9-GI 91.3 compared to GI 100 of usual meal. The rice boiled with 30% of black soybean and additional dishes controlling diabetes were most effective as GI 57.9.

The popularity of K-pop, the development of diverse media and communications, and rapid globalization are increasing consumers' attachment to celebrities. These celebrities, called "Human brand", have a growing impact on consumers. However, research on idol celebrities has been conducted mainly on teenagers. Furthermore, there are limits to the studies on consumers' attachment to idol celebrities who do not advertise specific products and intention to purchase products which are not advertised but related to the idol human brand. Therefore, this study has been conducted on 301 out of 400 adult women in their twenties to forties in Korea to examine the relationship between the characteristics of the idol human brand, attachment to the idol human brand, desire to imitate the idol human brand, desire to identify with the idol human brand and its fandom community, and the effect on purchase intention. For the statistical analysis, SPSS and AMOS were used. The study found that the characteristics of the idol human brand which are trust, professionality, social attractiveness, and physical attractiveness positively influenced attachment to the idol human brand. The attachment to the idol human brand positively affected the imitation desire toward the idol human brand, and the identification desire with the idol human brand, and to identify with its fandom community. Additionally, the desire to imitate and to identify with the idol human brand and its fandom community positively affected the intention. Furthermore, the relationships between all variables were found to have a significant mediating effect.
