  • The aim of this study was to determine the effects of movement control exercise of hip joint using visual EMG biofeedback on hip joint muscles in healthy adults. This study was nonequivalent one group Pre-post test design. Twenty-one healthy adults were participated in the study. all subjects conducted movemnet control exercise(MCE) using electromyography(EMG) biofeedback of hip joint durng 20 min. The outcome measures included surface eletromyography. Surface electromyography data were collected from the Gluteus medius (Gmed), Gluteus maximus (Gmax),and Tensor fasciae latae(TFL), rectus femoris(RF) during small knee bending (SKB) test. There was a significant difference in Gluteus maximus muscle activity between the pre-test and the post-test (p < 0.05). The findings suggest that Movement control exercise using EMG biofeedback for limiting hip internal rotation is effective in activating the hip external rotator muscles. in addition, this study showed that rehabilitation exercise combined with ICT convergence technology could be an effective intervention in clinical practice.

  • We have theoretically investigated torque curve shapes of simple uniaxial magnetic materials by considering conditions for round peaks to exist. These conditions are functions of an applied field, anisotropy field, ans lowest critical field $h_0$ for a domain wall to move or nucleate. The peak having a height of 2h appears when h is lower than h$_1$, the peak having a height of 1 appears when h is higher than h$_2$, ans two peaks having heights of 1 and -1 appear when h is higher than h$_3$. It was found that torque curves of simple uniaxial magnetic materials could be classified into 8 distinct types depending on the existence of hysteresis, the number of the round peaks, and the reversal mechanisms. Simple uniaxial magnetic materials also found to be classifed into the 5 groups depending on $h_0$.

  • The shoulder refers to the area connecting the human torso and arms, and plays a key role in moving both arms. In particular, it plays the most important role in sending both hands behind the head or away from our bodies. In this paper, we measure the angles of the medial and lateral rotations of the arm from the shoulder, identify the symptoms associated with abnormalities, and propose ways to prevent these symptoms. The angle of medial rotation and lateral rotation of the upper limb in the shoulder is generally 70° ~ 90°. If the angle falls below the reference value or feels pain, something is wrong with the shoulder. In addition, a total of 100 people (50 men and 50 women each) were tested to determine patients with abnormalities.

  • In the healthcare system, the human neck(cervical spine) is one of the most important organs. The area that supports the human head is the cervical spine. Nowadays, we are often overworked our neck to calls with the smart phone or see the monitors. In this paper, we investigate the abnormalities of lateral flexion and rotation of the cervical spine. The normal angle of lateral flexion is $20^{\circ}$ to $45^{\circ}$ and the normal angle of rotation is $50^{\circ}$ to $90^{\circ}$. If this angle is below normal and we feel pain, there is something wrong with the cervical spine. In addition, learn how to measure the lateral flexion and rotation of the neck or cervical spine, and also to find out how to treat an abnormality. We also look at how to prevent more than lateral flexion and rotation of the cervical spine. The experiment was carried out with 100 people in their 50s, men and women, to find out whether the neck is abnormal.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate how phoria variations would vary with head positions, as well as to review the need to differentiate prism placement over either eye in a relation to the imbalance of the extraocular muscle. Methods: This study was carried out with 44 males (88 eyes) and 16 females (32 eyes) aged between 20 and 30. For all subjects, testings were performed using cover test, subjective refraction, phoria and vergence test. To analyze phoria variations comparatively for the head tilt test and the face turn test, phoria deviation were measured using the von Graefe. Results: For the phoria variation related with head tilt and face turn, a significant difference was observed in the group judged to be abnormal on the horizontal phoria of Morgan' norm (p<0.05); especially in patients who needed near prescription of Sheard's criterion, a higher variation was observed (p<0.05). The abnormal group was composed of patients who needed distance prescription of Sheard's criterion and ones who did not need the prescription, all of whom showed phoria variations, but the mean value was less than the near. Conclusions: With regard to the head tilt and face turn related phoria level, the patients who needed near horizontal prism prescription of Sheard's criterion showed a remarkably higher variation. Altogether, it is deemed to check whether extraocular muscles are ill-balanced in both eyes previously to determine the prism power on phoria level to the end that each of prism powers may be accurately determined.
