Existing works to measure readers' understanding of interactive e-books have mainly employed quantitative approach which are difficult to get direct interpretation of the evaluation results. Attentive to interactive, visual and narrative features, this paper proposes a new method for measuring readers' engagement by making them to reconstitute a storyboard. Experimenting with real readers, we validated that this method could give a qualitative assessment that allows finding out problematic narrative phases and the adequacy of interaction formation.

지난 4월 18일 농림수산식품부는 보도자료를 통해 '미국산 쇠고기 단계적 수입확대 합의'를 밝히고 이에 따른 국내 축산업 대책발표(4월 21일)를 하였다. 본고는 독자의 이해를 돕기 위해 정부가 발표한 국내 축산업 대책을 게재하고 동 기간 동안 한우등급판정 두수와 등급별 가격변화를 알아보기로 한다.

최근 농약사용에 관하여 많은 논의가 있으나 병충해방제를 전적으로 농약에 의존하는 것이나 또는 농약의 사용을 전적으로 부정하는 것 등 극한적인 평가자세는 농약에 대한 올바른 평가가 될 수 없다. 대부분의 농약은 원래 독성이 있는 것이며 또 독성이 있기 때문에 효과를 나타내는 것이다. 지금까지 경험적으로 밖에는 알지 못하였던 살균제의 작용기구 분야에도 많은 연구가 있어 점차 그 내용이 밝혀지고 있으며 이 내용을 다소나마 이해한다는 것은 살균제의 올바른 사용을 위해서도 필요하다. 본지에서는 농약 안전사용에 관련하여 살충제에이어 살균제의 사용기구와 사용시 주의점에 관해 앞으로 몇회에 걸쳐 연재할 계획이다. 관심있는 독자에게 많은 참고자료가 되기를 바란다.

This study focuses on the development of checklist on articulating reading appreciation, which will be used as the initial data for book recommendation for library users. As reading comprehension is prerequisite for reading appreciation, researchers analyzed research articles on reading comprehension to find out the core factors on reading comprehension and categorize them. Studies on reader response theory and literacy education were also examined: key words and phrases that will stimulate readers' response to reading were extracted and formed as questions. These questions were reviewed by experts on reading education. The final checklist consists of 14 questions - 4 questions on literal·inferential comprehension, 3 on evaluative comprehension, and 3 on appreciative comprehension.

지금 까지는 축산이 가지고 있는 가치에 대하여 1차산업적인 요소를 중심으로 평가하여왔습니다. 그러나 축산은 여러 가지 문화가 포함된 것으로 가축이라는 인류의 문화유산을 지금 우리에게 남겨주었고 또 우리는 그 문화유신을 후손에게 넘겨주어야 합니다. 앞으로 연재를 통하여 축산 가축이 가지고 있는 문화적인 가치를 서술하고자 합니다만, 필자는 문화학을 공부한 적이 없이 축산학만을 전공한 사람으로 문화적인 접근에 대하여는 생소합니다. 또한 자금까지 읽은 단편적인 지식을 전달하기 때문에 잘못된 관점도 있을 것으로 생각합니다. 독자님들의 깊은 이해를 구하면서 시작하겠습니다.

5월은 본 사업을 앞두고 있는 중요한 시기로써 그동안 추진해온 시범사업의 문제점을 보완하고 전면사업 착수에 연착륙을 위한 준비 작업에 박차를 가하고 있다. 하지만 그동안 시범사업에 참여하여 동 제도를 잘 알고 있거나, 본 사업이 시작되면 처음으로 동 업무를 해야 하는 분들 등, 사업 참여자들이 여러 부류로 나뉘어져 있어 동 사업의 본격시행을 앞두고 독자들의 올바른 이해를 도기 위해 이력추적제 단계별로 어떻게 업무가 진행되고 무엇을 사전 준비해야하는 지를 알아본다.

Three experiments were conducted using a verification task to examine good and poor readers' generation of causal inferences(with because sentences) and contrastive inferences(with although sentences). The unfamiliar, critical verification statement was either explicitly mentioned or was implied. In Experiment 1, both good and poor readers responded accurately to the critical statement, suggesting that both groups had the linguistic knowledge necessary to the required inferences. Differences were found, however, in the groups' verification latencies. Poor, but not good, readers responded faster to explicit than to implicit verification statements for both because and although sentences. In Experiment 2, poor readers were induced to generate causal inferences for the because experimental sentences by including fillers that were apparently counterfactual unless a causal inference was made. In Experiment 3, poor readers were induced to generate contrastive inferences for the although sentences by including fillers that could only be resolved by making a contrastive inference. Verification latencies for the critical statements showed that poor readers made causal inferences in Experiment 2 and contrastive inferences in Experiment 3 doting comprehension. These results were discussed in terms of context effect: Specific encoding operations performed on anomaly backgrounded in another passage would form part of the context that guides the ongoing activity in processing potentially relevant subsequent text.

본 논문에서는 1992년 KHCM 작성시 이용된 양방향 2차선 도로 및 고속도로의 승용차 환산계수 산정방법론 및 자료를 연구하였다. 대형차가 2차선도로, 고속도로의 교통류에 미치는 영향은 각기 다르므로 1992년 KHCM 작성시 승용차 환산계수를 산정하는데 있어서 각 도로의 특성을 최대한 반영하기 위해 다양한 방법을 적용하였다. 양방향 2차선 도로의 평지의 서비스 수준 A에서는 Walder 방법, 서비스 수준 B, C, D에서는 지체시간 방법, 서비스 수준 E에서는 차두간격 방법, 구릉지, 산지 특정구배에서는 실측 자료 및 TWOPASKI Simulation에 의한 방법을 적용하였고, 고속도로의 평지에서는 차두간격 방법, 그릉지, 산지, 특정구배에서는 실측 자료 및 VEHEQ Simulation에 의한 방법을 적용하였다. 양방향 2차선 도로는 한 방향당 차선이 하나이므로 추월시 대형차의 영향이 고속도로보다 크기 때문에 각 서비스 수준별고 승용차 환산계수를 제시했으며, 고속도로의 승용차 환산계수는 용량에 가까운 상태에서의 승용차환산계수를 제시하였다. 본 논문은 1992년 KHCM의 양방향 2차선 도로 및 고속도로의 승용차 환산계수 산정에 실지로 적용된 방법론 및 자료를 수정없이 그대로 제시하여 독자들이 승용차 환산계수 산정에 이용된 자료의 양 및 연구 수준의 정도를 이해할 수 있게 하고 독자의 평가를 통하여 미비한 부분은 추후 개정 작업에 반영하기 위함이다.

After National Mathematics Education Advanced Plan represented in 2012, mathematics education fields began to attention to 'Storytelling'. Because the plan contains important topics, reinforcing mathematics education, improving understanding about mathematics, and enhancing self-guided learning. As one of the methods for improving understanding about mathematics, Storytelling in mathematics is emphasizing recently. The purpose of this study is to analyse the articles about 'Storytelling Mathematics' to find how the media report it. Also, we discuss the direction of Storytelling in mathematics education. The conclusion of this study is that most of the privately-owned company is using the Storytelling as a tool for advertising commercially. Readers have to make a decision which articles are true or useful. A policy makers must ponder how the 'Storytelling Mathematics' policy affect the demands and suppliers in education.
