Our country is operating designating the 6 free economic zones. Korea has designated fixed areas as economic special zones and made their management and living conditions equivalent to the level of advanced countries they are to support. One-Stop Service for the administrative demands that require the assistance at a national level in foreign investment, education, finance etc. However, these free economic zones are modified by regional development projects rather than inviting foreign capital. For the free economic zones to be operated effectively, the following methods should be followed: first, active management support activities should be constructed for the purpose of attracting foreign capital, second, a business model specifically designed to attract foreign capital should be implemented, third and finally, the independence and professionalism for the free economic zones should be strengthened.

The notion of independence is currently a focal point in public discourses in relation to the elderly. In most countries, the promotion of independence, not the alleviation of dependence, has been addressed as a priority goal in the formulation of social policies for the elderly and the term of independence is used in policy documents as if it were unproblematic. In most cases, policy documents do not offer a clear definition of independence, but generally the term is interpreted as self-sufficiency and health. Accordingly, in order to promote independence of the elderly, concrete strategies such as employment, social activities, participation, direct payments are being introduced in many advanced countries. This study critically reviews these discourses and strategies, and attempts at developing an understanding of how independence and dependence is constructed in contemporary social policies for the elderly. It is our critical point that we explores the meaning of the independence and dependence from the perspective of the elderly. Findings of this study are as follows: The elderly participated in this study tended to construct the meaning of 'independence' as privacy, self-esteem, autonomy and freedom. They also tended to perceive and interpret, from their perspective, the 'dependence' as a natural law and process, affection among human beings, reward and fruit of their lives, social justice and social responsibility. In this sense current policies for the elderly have not fully reflected the perspective of the elderly. Therefore, it is argued what is important in policy formulations for the elderly is to make efforts to reflect the perspective of the elderly on policy-makings for the elderly in terms of independence and dependence.

This study is focused on viewing the March 1st Movement, a national movement uprisen nationwide during the Japanese occupation period, and women's independence movement from an angle of worldpeace. The March 1st Movement was held nationwide when our national sovereignty was lost, and it can be defined as a form of peace movement in view of world history. Particularly, the March 1st Movement was the people's independence movement without distinction of class, region and sex. The direction of national independence and freedom implied in the independence movement during that time period needs to be interpreted newly in view of world peace. Firstly, the urgent task to complete during that period was to accomplish independence in view of the times and the national people, and it was a form of peace movement. Secondly, the women who participated in the March 1st Movement changed into spontaneous participants or activists for the national independence movement and, thereafter, continued a history of women's independence movement of Korea. Lastly, the March 1st Movement became widespread domestically and to foreign countries such as China, Japan, Russia, Europe and America, so that its spirit of freedom and peace appealed to the weak countries in Asia. Furthermore, it worked as a spiritual support for the independence movement of Korea. As mentioned above, the March 1st Movement needs to be newly understood in view of world peace, and, out of that movement, Korean women's independence movement deserves a highlight as a peace movement stream in the world history of women.

This paper is concerned with the free vibration analysis of an annular plate with boundary conditions of simply supported-free, clamped-free and free-free, respectively. Exact solutions for the natural frequency and mode of an annular plate can be obtained by solving the differential equation but other methods such as the Rayleigh-Ritz method and the finite element method can be also used. In this research, we applied the Independent Coordinate Coupling Method(ICCM) to the annular plate and prove that the ICCM can accurately predict the natural frequency and mode shape of the annular plate. The numerical results show that the ICCM can be used effectively for the free vibration problem of plate with a hole compared to the Rayleigh-Ritz method and the finite element method.

This paper is concerned with the free vibration analysis of a circular plate with an eccentric circular hole by the Independent coordinate coupling method(ICCM). It was proved in the previous study that the ICCM can accurately predict the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the annular plates and can also be used for the free vibration analysis of the simply-supported circular plate with an eccentric circular hole. In this study, the clamped and free boundary conditions were considered for the circular plate. The numerical results show that the ICCM can be used effectively for the free vibration problem of circular plate with an eccentric hole compared to the finite element method.

Si 웨이퍼제조 시 나오는 페슬러지에서 SiC 연마재와 절삭유를 분리해내면 Si 분말을 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서의 SiC는 폐슬러지 Si 분말에 C 분말을 혼합하여 제조할 수 있다. Si-C-O 3성분계는 Si, $SiO_2$, SiC, C 4개의 응축상과 CO, SiO, $CO_2$, $O_2$ 4개의 기체상이 가능하고 생성물들 간의 평형관계를 깁스 자유에너지에 의해 평형 반응식이 계산되어질 수 있다. 계산된 평형 반응식은 2개의 SiO, CO 분압이 각각 X, Y 좌표평면에 나타나는 상안정도를 그려볼 수 있다. 상안정도에서 자유도가 2인 경우는, $SiO_2$가 불안정하므로 SiC와 C가 공존하는 영역에서 온도를 독립 변수로 놓으면 나머지 독립 변수는 SiO 나 CO 기체 분압 둘 중 하나가 되어 하나의 직선으로 나타낼 수 있다. 직선을 경계로 각 응축상들의 안정영역을 하나의 좌표평면에 나타낸 후 온도에 따른 SiC의 안정영역을 알아본다.

The concept of homology design has been devised for the application to large telescope structure by S.v.Hoerner. It is defined that the deformation of a structure shall be called homologous, if a given geometrical relation holds, for a given number of structural points, before, during, and after the deformation. Recently, the need of homology design in the structural design has been increase due to the required precision in the structure. Some researchers have utilized the theory on the structural design with finite element method in the late 1980s In the present investigation, a simple method using geometrical equality constraints is suggested to gain homologous deformation. The previous method is improved in that the decomposition of FEM eqation, which is very expensive, is not necessary. The basic formulations of the homology design with the optimization concept are described and several practical examples are solved to verify the usefulness and validity. Especially, a back-up structure of a satellite antenna is designed by the suggested method. The results are compared with those of existing researches.

바람에 의해 발생하는 장대교량의 진동현상은 버펫팅과 와류진동 그리고 플러터 등으로 구분할 수 있으며, 특히 설계풍속에 해당하는 강풍에 안전한 교량을 설계하는 것이 주된 관심사항이다. 이러한 장대교량의 공기역학적인 안정성 검토에 사용되는 플러터 계수를 풍동실험을 통하여 산정하였다. 본 논문에서는 일반적인 플레이트 거더교의 강풍에 대한 안정성을 검토하기 위하여 풍동실험을 수행하였으며, 자유진동 기법과 강제진동 기법을 사용하여 추출한 플러터 계수를 비교하였다. 자유진동 기법은 교량단면에 초기변위를 주어 상하 및 회전 진동을 하는 교량단면의 변위를 측정한 후 system identification 기법으로 플러터 계수를 구하게 된다. 그리고 강제진동 기법은 상하방향의 강제진동과 회전방향의 강제진동 실험을 독립적으로 수행하여 교량단면에 작용하는 풍하중과 단면의 진동을 분석함으로써 플러터 계수를 추정하게 된다. 그리고 플러터 계수의 비교를 통하여 강제진동 기법과 자유진동 기법의 장단점을 분석하였다.
