An UHF RFID tag is designed and fabricated using the national code in a bar-code with conductive ink. The bar-code sample was taken from a general bar-code from a general box. The conductivity of the conductive ink was measured, and the measured conductivity was used for the simulation tool to design the printed bar-code shape tag antenna. The tag antenna was fabricated using T-matching to reduce the size of the tag, and the bar-code tag antenna is recognized by both a general bar-code reader and an UHF RFID reader. The input reflection coefficient characteristic, the reading range pattern and the reading rate of the tag antenna are measured.

In order for electronic commerce to be successful, it must have a theoretical framework that considers the characteristics of the internet user who are consumers in the cyber space and impacts their purchase intentions. We were able to obtain participation of 350 people from across the country using 316 responses(34 responses removed), we derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 10.0 and AMOS 4.0 statistics package. We found that, the higher the degree of skill and the sense of challenge, the level of involvement and perceived service quality increased. And the degree of skill has a negative influence on awareness of perceived risk than the sense of challenge. Perceived service quality, perceived risk and involvement has a influence on purchase intentions.

This research describes the comparison broker's role and its effectiveness measurement framework of comparison shopping. We verified seller-led comparison challenge method provide comparison information of products to buyers more efficiently. Buyer's satisfaction of purchase (S) can be defined as an interactive function between seller's competitiveness vector (P) of products that supplied to the market, and buyer's informed level vector (B) of products that is known from a lot of sources. Then the buyer's informed level can be changed through the information analysis among products by transformation process using comparison matrix (C). So the role of comparison shopping is to construct a comparison matrix and to serve it to the buyers, and to change the buyer's informed level. The changed informed level influences a buyer's satisfaction, that improved satisfaction of purchase is defined as the effectiveness of comparison shopping. As a perfect construction and usage of comparison matrix is impossible, a more efficient method for improving the comparison effectiveness is the comparison challenge. This research shows that comparison shopping makes 9.32% and comparison challenge makes 19.11% enhancement of comparison effectiveness through television market data experiments.

One of main purposes to educate gifted/talented science students is to express their giftedness. Most of all, it is necessary to examine thoughts of gifted/talented students including a challenge and preparation of it, because their perception of science and scientists can affect on way of thinking, study course or occupation. To investigate this, we studied on the perception of science gifted/talented students toward Nobel science prize. They have lower possibility of Korean scientists' winning Nobel science prize, but they think when they grow up adult they can win it. And most of them have a challenge of winning Nobel prize. It is necessary to study educational stimuli and strategies for gifted/talented students to prosper a challenge of science.

전기이중층 커패시터 전극으로 사용하는 활성탄에 도전제로서 CNT와 super-p의 함량에 따른 이중층 커패시터의 특성을 연구하였다. CNT 함량이 4wt%까지는 도전제로서 CNT 함량이 증가할 수록 용량이 감소하는 반면 6wt%이상에서는 CNT 함량이 증가할 수록 단위 체적당 정전용량이 증가하였다. 충, 방전 특성과 직류 저항도 정전용량의 경향과 유사함을 보이고 있으며 이와 같은 결과는 비표면적이나 도전율에 의한 결과 보다는 분산성에 의한 결과로 예상된다. Super-p 10.5wt%, CNT 6.0wt%에서 단위 체적당 정전용량은 $22g/cm^3$, 직류저항 6.1[$\Omega$]의 전기이중층 커패시터 특성을 얻을 수 있었다.

본 연구는 현장 분진포집에 의한 도전율측정과 전기설비 위험을 평가한 것이다. 현장에서의 분진발생은 전기설비에 악영향을 주어 전기설비의 운영시 발생되는 것과 주변환경적 요인에 의해 발생되는 분진이 주를 이루고 있다. 현장에서 포집된 분진으로부터 분진의 종류, 도전율 특성에 의해 전기설비가 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 일부 부식성 가스에 의해 노출된 전기설비의 위험성을 분석하고 관리기준을 마련할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 분진의 종류에 따라 사고의 과정은 빠르거나 오랫동안 지속되었다가 발생되는 근원적 원인을 규명하고자 국내현장에서 분포되고 있는 분진의 종류와 특성 분석과 관련규정을 검토하고 현장실태에서 나타난 문제점을 검토하여 분진발생지역에서의 전기설비 안전관리를 위한 기준마련에 이용될 것으로 기대된다.

그동안 자판산업의 가장 큰 좌절을 안긴 분야는 음료분야를 제외한 일반식품자판기 분야이다. 이 시장을 엘도라도를 보고 그간 숱한 도전들이 이어졌으나 제대로 성공적인 시장 장착을 한 분야는 극히 드물다. 많은 제품들이 아이템의 독창성과 뛰어난 제품성능으로 무장하고 의욕적인 사업전개에 나섰으나 필드의 반응은 기대와는 달리 냉담하기 그지없던 경우가 대부분 이었던 건. 이에 `식품자판기는 한계가 있다`, `해도 안되는 분야다`라는 낙담과 무기력함이 얼마 전까지만 해도 무겁게 산업계를 짓 눌렀던 것이 사실이다. 그러나 최근 새롭게 시도되는 식품자판기 시장의 도전들이 기대이상으로 선전하고 있어 이 시장에 대한 새로운 가능성을 엿보이게 하고 있다. 더욱이 최근 외식문화가 때와 장소를 가리지 않고 간편하게 먹을 수 있는 테이크 아웃 열풍이 불고 있어 이의 새로운 틈새시장이 될 수 있는 식품자판기 시장의 존재가치도 과거와는 양상을 달리하고 있다. 그렇다면 식품자판기 시장이 테이크 아웃으로 대표되는 변화 양상과 맞물려 시장발전의 큰 호기를 맞을 수 있을까. 금호 기획특집에서는 새로운 희망기류 속에 활발한 도전들이 이어지고 있는 식품자판기 시장 현황과 지속 발전방안을 심층 진단해 봤다.

정유산업은 새로운 도전에 직면해 있다. 2000년대 들어 중국 경의 급속 성장에 힘입은 '정유업 황금기'를 구가했지만, 2008년 하반기 이후 세계 경기침체로 인한 '암흑시대'로 접어들었다. 경기침체로 수요가 둔화되는 반면, 중국을 비롯한 중동의 신증설이 본격화되며, 공급과잉 시대로 진입한데 따른 것이다. 아울러, 세계 경제의 패러다임이 '환경'으로 급속 재편되고 있는 점은 전통적인 정유산업에 위기감을 불러일으키고 있다. 화석연료 고갈과 함께, '온실가스' 감축이라는 시대적 요구는 정유산업에 일대 도전이다. '어두운 터널'을 지난다고 하면, 참고 견디면 되겠지만, 현 시대적 도전은 국내 정유업에 새로운 엔진을 요구하고 있다. 저(低) 마진 시대의 본업 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 고도화 설비 확충에 속도를 내고 있으며, 에너지의 안정적인 확보를 위한 석유개발 및 화석연료로 대변되던 에너지의 근본적 전환의 시기에 주도권을 선점하기 위해 신재생에너지 사업에도 발 빠른 움직임을 보이고 있다. 석유개발에서부터 석유화학제품까지 일괄체제를 구축하는 동시에 다음 세대 에너지 개발을 통해 종합에너지사로 DNA를 바꾸고 있는 것이다.

국가차원으로 R&D 성과제고를 위한 노력이 다각적으로 추진되고 있으며, 2015년5월 정부연구개발 (R&D) 혁신방안 세부실행계획 발표로 이의 추진이 가속화되고 있다. 본 고에서는 R&D 성과제고를 위한 첫 실행단계로 현재 R&D 기획 프로세스의 문제점을 분석하고, 연구 개발의 질적 수준을 높이기 위해 추격형 R&D 사업 위주의 국가 연구개발사업이 선도형 R&D 사업으로 전환되는 과정에서 제일 중요한 미래 도전 ICT 기술 발굴 전략(안)을 제안하고자 한다. 더불어 미래 도전 ICT 기술 발굴 전략의 한 예로 2014년부터 ETRI에서 수행하고 있는 ETRI SRA (Strategic Research Area) 발굴 프로세스에 대하여 알아본다.
