본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.22 WRAN 표준화 중심으로 진행되고 있는 스펙트럼 센싱 기술에 관련된 내용들을 살펴보고 현재 IEEE 802.22 WG에 제안된 스펙트럼 센싱 기술들을 간략하게 소개하고 있다. 그리고 본논문에서는 IEEE802.22 표준화에 제안된 각사의 센싱기술들 중에서 최종적으로 표준안의 부록을 채택하는 방법으로 활용되었던 센싱기술 성능평가 방법인 다섯 가지 시뮬레이션 시나리오들에 대하여 설명하고 있다. 그런데 현재 IEEE 802.22 표준화에 제안된 센싱기술들은 Working Group에서 제시한 12개로 이루어진 DTV 신호 파일에 의해 센싱기술의 성능 검증을 위한 시뮬레이션을 수행하고 있다. 이의 DTV 신호들은 와싱톤 도심지 및 뉴욕에서 수집되었는데, 도심지, 교외, 주거지역 및 시골지역, 그리고 옥내외 채널환경 등 다양한 채널환경에서 수집된 신호들이다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 스펙트럼센싱 시스템의 구성을 제시하고 있고, 제시된 스펙트럼 센싱 구조에서 스펙트럼관리기능모듈, 스펙트럼센싱 기능 모듈, 그리고 채널집합분류기능 모듈에 대한 CPE와 기지국의 역할을 설명하고 있다. 또한 coarse 센싱 방법과 fine 센싱 방법의 결합으로 제시될 수 있는 hybrid 센싱 방법으로 incumbent 신호세기 및 센싱 단계에 따라 고속의 스펙트럼 센싱 타임(sensing time)을 도모할 수 있는 스펙트럼 센싱 과정을 제시하고 있다.

최근 일부 도심 지역에서 중산층이 특정지역으로 몰리며 원래의 거주자를 밀어내는 젠트리피케이션 현상과 주거비용 상승으로 인하여 도심에서 농촌으로 이동하는 유턴현상이 일어나고 있다. 이러한 이유로, 서울의 인구는 2016년 기준 28년 만에 천만 명이 붕괴되었다. 서울의 감소된 인구는 자연스럽게 수도권 외곽이나, 지방으로 분산되었고, 지자체의 인구가 초고령화로 나아가는 현재의 상황에서 지역사회에 도시민과 자본의 유입은 균형 있는 지방자치에 한 걸음 다가갈 수 있는 방법으로 활용 가능하다. 이와 같은 배경으로 풍부한 관광 자원과 지리적 이점 등을 이용하여 자본의 유입이 많을 것으로 예상되는 강화도 지역에 대해 강릉 카페거리 사례를 바탕으로 젠트리피케이션 모델을 검토 하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 해방기(1945~1950)의 한국 영화에 대한 분석을 통하여 도시의 주거풍경을 고찰하는 것이다. 이는 문화적 산물인 영화가 당대의 인간 행위, 주거문화, 도시풍경 등을 반드시 투영한다는 점을 전제로 진행되었다. 고찰을 위해 1946년부터 1949년까지에 해당하는 7편의 작품들이 선정되었으며, 각 영화의 장면들과 등장인물의 대사, 관련 신문기사나 평론, 시나리오 등이 종합적으로 분석되었다. 영화 속에서 도시주거풍경은 크게 2가지로 나타났다. 첫째, 사회문화적 혼란 속에서도 아파트나 문화주택 등 서구적 주거공간들이 조명되었는데, 이는 일반 대중의 동경과 호기심을 반영한 결과였다. 둘째, 서울 도심의 구석구석이 의도적으로 비추어졌는데, 이는 해방 직후의 혼란 속에서 서서히 안정을 찾아가고 있는 장안의 모습이 그대로 담긴 것이며 서울의 풍경 자체가 관객들에게 전시물이었다.

본 연구는 다핵구조를 형성하고 있는 대도시의 도시공간구조 진단을 위해 도심 및 부도심의 인구분포상의 구심력 및 유효범위의 변동성을 측정하였다. 이를 위해 부산광역시를 대상으로 1995년부터 2005년까지 5년 간격으로 도심 및 부도심의 인구구심력의 유효범위 변화를 측정하고자 5km 단위로 범위를 확장하여 인구밀도함수 중 음지수함수를 활용한 결정계수 값의 변동성을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 인구분포에 대한 공간적 영향권역의 변동성을 파악하여 도심 및 부도심의 생성, 성장, 쇠퇴 등의 진행과정에 따른 각 과정별 도심 및 부도심의 인구구심력의 유효범위와 도심 및 부도심간의 충돌과정에서의 유효범위 변화과정을 분석하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 중앙동은 지속적인 결정계수의 감소를 보이고 있으며 서면(부전동)은 설명력이 큰 변화없이 유지되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 도심으로부터 5km씩 거리를 늘려 인구밀도함수를 적용한 경우에도 부전동의 경우는 10km이후부터 중앙동은 15km구간 이후부터 대체로 증가하였다. 전체적으로는 부산의 인구가 감소추세임에도 불구하고 지속적인 분산화 단계인 것으로 나타나 보다 효율적인 도시공간구조를 형성하기 위해 도심 및 부도심지역의 도심기능강화와 인접지역의 양호한 주거지역 공급이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 결과는 도시공간구조의 변동성이 갖는 구체적인 공간적 차원의 정보를 제시하여 효율적 공간구조의 재편을 위한 정책적 접근의 기초자료로의 활용이 기대된다.

The current environmental issue is how a dwelling adapts into a given climate in which the design is applied by ecology without damaging the natural environment. In another word, the main issue in the twenty first century will be how we meet the human needs to dwellings applied by the residential environment. Therefore, we have to provide a hospitable place for residents' mental and physical health through "Green Design," emerging as the critical design of urban collective dwellings. Based on these conceptions, the purpose of this study is to suggest the way of designing the urban collective dwelling applied by ecology, proffering wealthy life style to residents with the preservation of natural environment as applying an ecological concept into the design of collective dwellings that represent a contemporary housing type for urban residents. In order to design the urban collective dwelling applied by ecology, this study introduces the outdoor design in friendly surroundings, the collective construct of a delightful housing, and the organic connection between inside and outside rooms.

As a result of rapid economic and social change, the number of large-scale builing is expected to increase. In response to the growing increase, It will be a greater demand for up-to-date for heating and cooling, illumination, communication and disaster protection system as well as a sharp rise in overall energy consumption. Gradually the living of apartment building is increasing by growing population. In basic data will be offered for the energy conservation programs, and establishing some standards for the energy consumption in future. By understanding how energy sources are actually utilized in existing apartment houses, we can develop more appropriate strategies to maximize both the efficient use of energy and its conservation.

The purpose of this study is to examine the exterior remodeling examples of urban houses which have been changed to be mixed-use buildings with commercial use, and to guide the future exterior remodeling. Some of the research results are as follows: 1) Exterior remodeling of commercialized urban detached houses is focused on two-dimensional changes of exterior surface, rather than on three-dimensional changes of mass or shape. 2) Unlike commercial buildings generally relying on signboards to express their commercial nature, the exterior-renovated houses with commercial uses mainly rely on the image of whole building shape based on exterior materials and colors. 3) Installations of free-standing walls and double skins are preferred as exterior remodeling techniques, due to the structural limitation of exterior walls.

The purpose of this study is to propose an architectural design process adopting design concepts with weight on them. The process of the study is as follow; First, design concepts for the study are classified by the hierarchy. Developing process of those design concepts which had been adopted for a creative thinking was investigated. Second, after putting different weight on diverse design concepts, this study propose a design process adopting design concepts with different weight. Finally, the proposed process adopting design concepts with weight was verified through a case study of elementary school project. The case study was carried out by questionnaires 3 times. Experimental results verified the hypothesis which was about the process adopting design concepts with different weight. Architects can precede their design process with confidence about setting design concepts by the result of this study.

This study intends to make a counterproposal for re-building existing high-rise/high-dense buildings and for planlessly re-constructing multi-dwellings. Also, it proposes the plan instruction fur reconstruction by small collective housings through annexing parcels in the residence Inner area. This study can be summarized as below: (1) Remained site generated by site boundaries can be utilized by annexing two or more parcels. (2) Vacant lots between buildings can be utilized as building space or common space by small-sized annexation. (3) Bad effect of residential environment caused by simultaneous development of total blocks can be minimized. (4) Formation of site size and plane, which are advantageous to reconstruction, is available. (5) Accessibility to neighboring roads can increase. (6) Residents' participation in development can increase in economical and planning aspect. In order to utilize these planning instruction, residents' participation and improved public ownership system for parcel annexation are required.

The objective of this study is to analyze and to shed light on the evolutions of factors with the wall structure and their relations with production mechanisms of urban form. this study based on followings; literature review of existing study and setting up of examination factors, analytical review of each wall's current situation and problems, analytical review of each wall's urban regeneration. The significance of this study is in that the study use a contemporary map showing the actual spatial arrangement in the period, instead of using the historical map. We understood the planning methods to interpret the site's historical urban trace and memory. Based on the results, this study presented the solution for the placeless and potential energy.
