'스마트 기술(smart tech)'과 '도시화(urbanization)'라는 두 메가트렌드(megatrends)를 융합해 탄생한 스마트시티(smart city)가 전 세계적인 화두다. 스마트시티의 성장 가운데서 핵심적인 요소가 바로 '도시의 다양한 요소가 미디어(媒體, media)의 기능을 하는 커뮤니케이션이 중심이 된 도시'라는 점이다. 특히 메타버스 기술이 스마트시티에 접목되고 있음에 주목해야 한다. '초월'이라는 의미의 '메타(meta)'와 우주를 뜻하는 '유니버스(universe)'의 합성어인 메타버스(Metaverse)는 1992년 닐 스티븐슨(Neal Stephenson)의 소설 《스노우 크래쉬》에서 유래한 개념이라고 알려져 있다[1]. 메타버스는 정의하는 연구자에 따라서 크게 다르지만 흔히 '가상의 것(virtual thing)'으로 한정하는 경향이 있다. 하지만 최근에는 메타버스가 정치·경제·사회·문화 전반적 측면에서 오프라인의 현실과 온라인의 비현실 모두 공존할 수 있는 생활형·게임형 가상 융합 세계라는 의미로 보다 광의적으로 사용되고 있다. 최근 스마트시티의 변화를 보면 도시 운영이 고도로 지능화되고 다양한 콘텐츠가 증강되면서 <<도시 공간에서의 온라인과 오프라인의 경계 구분>>을 파괴하고 있음을 발견할 수 있다. 우리는 과거와 다름없이 물리적 도시 공간을 걷고 있지만 이제는 지형지물과 연결된 공간정보를 스마트폰으로 확인하고 또 도심의 디지털 사이니지(digital signage)를 통해 실시간 공공 및 상업 정보에 항시적으로 접하고 있다. 도시의 지향점으로 간주되는 스마트시티는 이제 일종의 '도시민 생활 플랫폼'으로 메타버스 기술과 융합 콘텐츠를 통해 도시민의 생활을 촘촘하게 연결한다. 본고에서는 '스마트시티가 메타버스 미디어 공간으로 기능하는 현상'을 '테코레이션(Tecoration: Technology + Decoration: 디지털 미디어 기술을 통한 도시 공간구축)'이라고 명명하려고 한다. 본고는 '메타버스 미디어 공간으로서 스마트시티 그리고 디지털 사이니지 테코레이션'을 주제로 '디지털 사이니지가 만들어 가는 스마트시티의 소통'과 관련된 주요 이슈를 다루려고 한다.

Sustainable development is the main stream of urban development in 21st century. Also, in contemporary cultural space, it is the pivotal paradigm that the development of culture complex and mixture of cultural space, educational facilities, information technology and public space. So, the purpose of this paper lies in presentation for building culture complex belt for innovation city. For this purpose, this paper has reviewed the developmental trend of cultural facilities, has analyzed cultural environment of Naju city, has set the vision and the strategy for Naju innovation city up, and finally has suggested and planned the method of culture complex belt for sustainable new town development.

A board-game is the genre which is the oldest among various game genres. Reflecting the issues, aspects & trend of the era, It contains social & cultural sources. For family activity, socializing & human networking, It is regarded such a good alternative leisure replacing on-line video game causing negative infection. In this research, for city marketing usage, we develop a specifically designed board-game with the source of historical people, must-see sights & local products. Also educational & commercial purposes are seriously considered.

도시의 변화탐지와 예측을 위한 기존의 중력모델은 주로 벡터기반 거리와 면적척도를 사용하였다. 위성영상이 폭넓게 활용되는 추세를 보이고 있는 최근에는 이 위성영상을 이용한 효과적인 래스터GIS기반 중력모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 래스터GIS기반 중력모델 방법을 제안하여 이를 전북 군산시 도시변화탐지에 적용하고 지표온도, 토지피복, 식생 변수를 검증하여 지표온도와 코지피복, 식생지수와의 +0.794의 강한 정의 상관관계를 검출함으로써 제안한 위성영상을 이용한 래스터GIS기반 중력모델이 육상 도시변화탐지 모니터링에 매우 효과적임을 입증할 수 있었다.

최근, 중국이 급속도로 도시화되고 경관 공간을 재건축하면서 대부분의 도시는 심혈을 기울여서 그 도시만의 이미지를 만들어 가장 쉽게 도시의 특색있는 경치를 나타낸 지역을 형성하였다 - 수변지역은 점점 도시 건설의 중점이 되고 있다. 황허(?河)하류 더저우(덕주德州)는 원래 "九達天衢 '神京門戶(구달천구, 신경문호:수도로 들어가기 위해 반드시 거치는 길이고 남북 길을 가로지르고 있다)"라 불렸고, "대운하에 물을 대는 고성(古城)"으로 여겨진 경항대운하((京杭大運河)의 중요 연하도시였기에 운하 경치지역으로 조성하는데 총력을 기울였다. 이 때문에 반드시 수변지역 환경조형물에 대해서 선행 연구를 해야만 한다.

산업혁명이 발달 이래 기계화, 산업화, 도시화가 계속됨에 따라 인간의 주거 환경은 획일화된 도시 공간, 환경파괴와 오염 등으로 쾌적함을 상실하게 되었다. 특히 근대에 이르러서는 합리성이나 효율성만을 앞세운 도시계획에 의해 인간은 도시환경에서는 물론 인간들 사이에서도 소외감을 느끼는 환경에 처하게 되었다. 자연친화적인 소재인 흙을 통한 자유로운 조형적 표현과 인간의 생화 속에서 기능적인 면에 도움을 준다는 도자 조형물은 도시환경개선과 도시문화 창출을 위해 그 영역을 확장할 수 있다.

This study, the meaning of historical and cultural content utilization in urban regeneration was examined and in the process, the causal relationship between each variable was verified through path analysis among physical, cultural, social, and economic factors. The purpose of this study is to find the main variables of historical and cultural content urban regeneration projects in which the moderating effect of economic factors and demographic characteristics, which are mediating effects, have a significant effect on resident participation and life satisfaction of local residents. Furthermore, by presenting a more integrated and effective urban regeneration policy plan, it is intended to ultimately contribute to the vitalization and direction of urban regeneration.

This research, which was started with a need for constant monitoring to find out urban societies and spacial effects by urban railway after the opening, was intended to empirically explore urban and social changes by the opening of Daejeon City metro line 1st which would greatly affect the spacial structure of the city. For this goal, we expected the effect of urban subway on the city with academic consideration and precedent study. Monitoring results of the subway station areas of Daejeon City metro line 1st showed the opening of urban railway had an influence on the flow of urban plan and urban space structure through population, land use, total-developing areas, and land price change. In other words, as urban railway opens the number of population and population activities centered on the subway station areas, and these movements led to the expansion of the commercial areas. Finally, they caused the average land prices to rise. Likewise, urban monitering is significantly useful comprehending the generally time-periodic changes of cities and even conceiving the present cities.

The Purpose of the study is to analyze the change of the unbalanced national development by the construction of multifunctional administrative city and innovation cities. In this study, index of unbalanced national development is measured by unbalanced distribution of population on national land. Gini's coefficient is used to measure the unbalanced distribution of population. As a result, the construction of multifunctional administrative city and innovation cities will relieve the unbalanced national development. but the effect will be insignificant. For the relief of unbalanced national development, various policy and strategy will have to develop.
