This study analyzed the respective teaching and learning-related services offered by the Centers for Teaching and Learning and the academic libraries to find the proper roles of libraries regarding this type of service. We interviewed librarians to collect the data. The content analysis of the qualitative interview data enabled us to identify the librarians' perceptions of teaching and learning support, service provision method, strengthening relationships with other academic units, recognition of libraries' roles within the universities, and generating more investment for the libraries. Finally, the analysis led to six suggestions for libraries' teaching and learning support functions, such as advertising the availability of specific academic discipline or unit-oriented library services, strengthening librarian's capabilities as educators, bolstering digital information literacy of the faculty members and students, injecting libraries' views into the development and maintaining fundamental knowledge-related programs, emphasizing the notion of human-centered libraries, and finding new ways to utilize library space.

This study is a basic study for establishing a comprehensive operation plan for the Incheon Global Campus Library in preparation for the 4th Industrial Revolution and the post-corona era. Based on this, it was intended to propose a direction for establishing a comprehensive operation plan in the future. As a result of the study, in the case of the first collection, a mid- to long-term plan for continuous expansion of the collection is required, and in particular, it seems that the expansion of major-related collections is necessary. In the case of the second service, it is necessary to support users' research by providing information services customized for each stage of research by users, information services customized for researchers, and research support services for departments, and it is necessary to provide information utilization education programs. Third, in the case of space, IGC users have very high demands for learning and research space, so it is necessary to improve education and related spaces that users want through space reorganization in the future. It is also necessary to expand the creative collaboration space as a place closely related to the lives of students, such as rest, etc. Lastly, in order to activate the homepage in relation to the homepage and information system, it is necessary to first expand the various contents and up-to-date data that users want on the homepage. In addition, it seems that the domestic electronic journal and DB provision plan should be implemented.

The purpose of this research is to develop the model for public libraries in Kyeonggi provincial office of education. The study discusses identities and development strategies for public libraries. The study investigates the current status of public libraries as well as cooperative systems between public and school libraries. The study suggests education - centric paradigm, differentiation between school library support and lifelong education, establishment of council by provincial office of education, and space changes for public libraries within the creative and intellectual framework. The study shares thoughts on identities of public libraries in provincial office of education, and will be utilized as the model for future development for public libraries in other provincial office of education.

This study aimed to analyze the overall operation status of the Bank of Korea library representing the economic library in Korea, investigate user satisfaction and demand, and to propose a direction for the development of the economic library in the future. To this end, a case study was conducted on changes in the external environment of major libraries at home and abroad, and a user survey was conducted. As a result, the future tasks include introducing smart systems, robotics some library services, non-face-to-face service response spaces that reflect the times, introducing big data analysis services, strengthening user-tailored systems, and activating SNS communication. It proposed developing specialized libraries, online reference and research support services, and providing original DBs for publications to strengthen expertise, maintaining and expanding cloud services, maintaining and expanding cooperative projects, and collecting national knowledge and information.

This study investigated librarians' perception and preference of cultural programs in the field of cooperation between school and public libraries. The findings are as follows: 1) Librarians and teacher librarians at school and public libraries perceive the importance of cultural programs in library service. 2) Online space was mostly preferred as a means of PR activities by librarians and teacher librarians at school and public libraries. 3) The preferred methods to cooperate projects between school libraries and public libraries were to implement programs through public librarians' field visiting, and to participate linkage program customized to individual school libraries. 4) Preferred types of cooperation were to sign MOU and to make a cooperative system between school libraries and public libraries.

The Journals of medical libraries an the primary resources of medical library collections, and the majority of them are foreign journals. Recently, medical libraries have some difficulties in purchasing materials due to the rapidly increasing journal Vices and the curtailment in the budget. A proposal for the establishment of an information center for controlling Korean medical bibliographies was suggested. This system will be expected to contribute to the users for acquiring materials more effectively.

본 논문에서는 월드와이드웹상에서 3차원 인터페이스를 기술하는 표준 사양인 VRML과 자바의 EAI(External Authoring Interface)를 통하여 사용자 간에 발생하는 상호작용들을 동기화 시키는 방법을 소개한다. 제시한 방법에서는 별도의 독립적인 응용프로그램을 작성하거나 동기화를 위하여 확장된 VRML을 사용할 필요없이 웹브라우저와 바로 호환하여 사용할 수 있으며 기존의 방대한 웹문서와 연계가 쉬우므로 범용적인 자료구축이 가능하다. 하지만, 가장 최근의 VRML97에서조차도 VRML이 제시하는 가상공간 다중 사용자 환경의 지원은 아직 미비하다. 더 이상 단순히 3차원 월드를 탐험하는 시기는 지났으며, 같은 공간상에서 혼자가 아닌 여럿이 함께 하는 다중 사용자 환경을 제공해야 할 것이다. 이에 자바의 네트웍 기능과 가상공간의 외부에서 동적으로 월드를 제어할 수 있는 EAI를 이용하여 부족했던 다중 사용자 환경을 지원함으로써 가상 공간 시스템을 구축할 수 있다. 그러나, 가상 공간에서 일어나는 이벤트는 단지 동일 브라우저에서만 유효하기 때문에 다른 사용자에게 전달할 때는 이벤트를 원격지의 이벤트와 연동하기 위하여 다른 방법이 필요하다. 사용자 상호작용 시스템에 있어서 이러한 이벤트를 결정하는 가장 중요한 요소는 아바타의 행동양식(avatar's behavior)이라 할 수 있다. 가상 공간에서 일어나는 이벤트의 대부분이 사용자에 의해서 발생되는 것들이다. 즉, 아바타의 행위에 따라서 사용자 서로 간에 상호작용이 일어나게 되며 이들 이벤트를 서로 동기화 함으로써 실시간 3차원 상호작용 시스템을 구현한다. 이렇게 구현된 시스템을 구현한다. 이렇게 구현된 시스템은 전자 상거래, 가상 쇼핑몰, 가상 전시화, 또는 3차원 게임이나 가상교육 시스템과 같은 웹기반 응용프로그램에 사용될 수 있다.물을 보존·관리하는 것이 필요하다. 이는 도서관의 기능만으로는 감당하기 어렵기 때문에 대학정보화의 센터로서의 도서관과 공공기록물 전문 담당자로서의 대학아카이브즈가 함께 하여 대학의 공식적인 직무 관련 업무를 원활하게 지원하고, 그럼으로써 양 기관의 위상을 높이는 상승효과를 낼 수 있다.하여는, 인쇄된 일차적 정보자료의 검색방법등을 개선하고, 나아가서는 법령과 판례정보를 위한 효율적인 시스템을 구축하며, 뿐만 아니라 이용자의 요구에 충분히 대처할 수 잇는 도서관으로 변화되는 것이다. 이와 함께 가장 중요한 것은 법과대학과 사법연수원에서 법학 연구방법에 관한 강좌를 개설하여 각종 법률정보원의 활용 내지 도서관 이용방법에 관하여 교육하는 것이다.글을 연구하고, 그 결과에 의존하여서 우리의 실제의 생활에 사용하는 $\boxDr$한국어사전$\boxUl$등을 만드는 과정에서, 어떤 의미에서 실험되었다고 말할 수가 있는 언어과학의 연구의 결과에 의존하여서 수행되는 철학적인 작업이다. 여기에서는 하나의 철학적인 연구의 시작으로 받아들여지는 이 의미분석의 문제를 반성하여 본다. 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.크기에 의존하며, 또한 이러한 영향은 $(Ti_{1-x}AI_{x})N$ 피막에 존재하는 AI의 함량이 높고, 초기에 증착된 막의 업자 크기가 작을 수록 클 것으로 여겨진다. 그리고 환경의 의미의 차이에 따라 경관의 미학적 평가가 달라진 것으로 나타났다.corner$적 의도에 의한 경관구성의 일면을 확인할수 있지만 엄밀히 생각하여 보면 이러한 예의 경우도 최락의 총체적인 외형은 마찬가지로 $\ulcorner$순응$\lrcorner$의 범위를 벗어나지 않는다. 그렇기 때문에도 $\ulcorner$순응

This study was conducted to examine the user's experiences with the public library in Daejeon using big data analysis, focusing on the text mining technique. To know this, first, the overall evaluation and perception of users about the public library in Daejeon were explored by collecting data on social media. Second, through analysis using online news articles, the pending issues that are being discussed socially were identified. As a result of the analysis, the proportion of users with children was first high. Next, it was found that topics through LDA analysis appeared in four categories: 'cultural event/program', 'data use', 'physical environment and facilities', and 'library service'. Finally, it was confirmed that keywords for the additional construction of libraries and complex cultural spaces and the establishment of a library cooperation system appeared at the core in the news article data. Based on this, it was proposed to build a library in consideration of regional balance and to create a social parenting community network through business agreements with childcare and childcare institutions. This will contribute to identifying the policy and social trends of public libraries in Daejeon and implementing data-based public library operations that reflect local community demands.

This study conducted a survey to measure recognition distance between the materials which are located separately in a children's library targeting 200 elementary school lower grade students, higher grade students, and school parents(adults). And compared recognition distance between the elements of materials of individual visitor group with multidimensional scaling and K-mean group analysis. Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) is a technique for projecting the cognitive state in space by evaluating the similarity or attribute of the analysis target. Even though it is mainly used for market diagnosis in marketing, It can also be applied to present an ideal physical layout plan by analyzing the distance. As a result of analysis, the main discoveries are as follows. First, elementary school students cognize child, baby and computer materials should be adjacent as a same group. But recognition of adults(school parents) is reflected by differing from elementary school students vastly. They cognize that computer materials should be formed as a special group separated from child and baby's materials. Second, elementary school higher graders and adults(school parents) groups also want to separate their main reading materials from baby's book, therefore They both want to secure silent reading space separating from baby. Third, as a result to confirming how this recognition distance system of materials is reflected in a real children's library through three children's libraries in Y-gu, Incheon, there is no library with structure according perfectly with a recognition system of a particular class, but a recognition system of adults and elementary school students is partially reflected because baby, child and computer materials, and baby and child materials are commonly separated and placed. It is difficult to insist that a recognition system of a visitor group, especially a recognition system of children is absolute consideration conditions in material placement of a children's library. However, understanding cognition of the user groups can be an important evidentiary factors to offer differentiated service space according to visitors and effective placement of the elements of library resources.

The study aims to prove the raison d'etre of public libraries in urban regeneration paradigm. Life SOC Plan is one of South Korea's urban regeneration policies. Public libraries are considered important in life SOC Plan because public libraries are "Social Anchors". Social Anchor is space-time-bounded place that accelerates diverse people's interactions. Social Anchor makes collective identity that supports production of social capital. Public libraries are institutions producing social capital but have weak collective identity because their missions(open, sharing, equality of information) don't allow boundaries and membership. The study conducted literature reviews and case studies to confirm how collective identity of public libraries strengthens. As a result, the study confirmed that renovating under-used space based on urban regeneration paradigm makes place identity of the under-used space to collective identity of public libraries. Thus, constructing public libraries by renovating under-used space is Social Anchor formation model based on urban regeneration paradigm.
