Leaf and bulb of wild garlic (Allium victorials var. platyphyllum) from Ulleung Island and Gangneung region were extracted with water and 70% ethanol and investigated on its antioxidative activity. Total polyphenol content of Ulleung island wild garlic was higher than that of Gangneung region. Total polyphenol content in bulb was high compared to content of the leaves, and 70% ethanol extract of Ulleung Island leaf was high in 72.50 mg/g. Flavonoid content in leaf was higher than that of bulb, 70% ethanol extract of Ulleung Island leaf was high in 73.30 mg/g. Electron donating activity of 70% ethanol extract from Ulleung island and water extracts (55.13%) from Gangneung were higher than those of other extracts. Bulb extracts on electron donating activity were higher than those of the leaf extracts. SOD like activity of extracts was high in 70% ethanol extract of wild gallic leaf cultivated at Gangneung. Hydroxy radical scavenging activity of wild gallic was high in leaf extracts compared to activity of bulb extracts. Hydroxy radical scavenging activity (58.85%) of Ulleung island wild gallic leaf extracts was higher than that of the wild gallic leaves of Gangneung. Lipid peroxidation inhibitory activity was both high in water and 70% ethanol leaf extracts of Ulleung island and Gangneung region, especially, 70% ethanol extract of leaves from Ulleung island was the highest 73.33%. These results suggest that extracts from wild garlic could be used as an antioxidative functional food source.

Dosangugok is located at Dosan-myeon, Andong City, Gyeongbuk and its original landscape was analyzed based on Valley4 Buncheon among Dosangugok. In order to estimate original landscape of Dosangugok, landscape elements were extracted after investigating ancient literatures including 'Nongamjib' and poetry/prose relevant to Dosangugok, landscape elements that could be confirmed at local site survey were suggested and arrangement of Buncheon village was estimated based on painting works. In analysis of poetry/prose, 29 landscape elements were extracted and as a result of local site survey, 6 places including Jeomam (Jari-bawi), Nongam (Gwimeok-bawi), Sajaseok (Saja-bawi), Sangam (Elephant rock), Dae and Bungang were confirmed to be existed at present and in painting works, Rocks such as Aeildang on the rock adjacent to Bungang, Buncheon Seowon at its backyard village, Bungang Byeoneui Gwimeokbawi, Jeomam were confirmed to be expressed even though not expressed in detail. Survey was performed based on ancient site of Nongam head house in parallel with interview with 17th eldest grandson(Ph.D. Lee, sung won)of Nongam Lee, Hyeon Bo and local site survey and original landscape was reproduced by making its result as a drawing and preparing an estimated map around this area.

제주도산 사미류의 분류학적 연구를 하기 위하여 1965년 7월부터 1987년 7월까지 제주도의 6개 지역(제주도, 비양도, 서귀포, 신천, 역산포, 우도)에서 채집하여 보관중이던 표본을 동정·분류하였다. 그 결과 2 복 9과 19종의 사미류가 제두도에 분포하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌고, 이들중 Gorgonocephalus dolichodactylus Dderlein , 1911, Astrocladus ludwigi9Dderlein, 1896) , Astroboa arctos Matsumoto, 1915 al camphipholis pugetana Lyman , 1861 4 종은 한국미기록종이다.
