Design and Implementation of the Quantity Surveying and Shop Drawing System for Structures (BIM 기반 골조 물량산출 및 도면생성 모듈의 설계와 구현)

  • 최근 설계 단계에서 설계품질 향상과 시공 단계에서 비용 절감을 효과를 기대하며 3차원 BIM 관련 기술에 대한 관심이 높아가고 있으며, 또한 부분적으로 기술 도입 효과가 나타나고 있다. BIM 기술은 크게 BIM 도구를 활용하여 설계정보를 디지털화하는 모델링 단계 기술과 BIM 모델로부터 설계 정보를 추출하여 업무 진행에 필요한 형태로 가공, 변환하는 정보 활용 기술로 구분하여 생각할 수 있다. BIM 기술에 대한 근자의 높은 관심에도 불구하고 실제 현장에 적용되어 가시적인 성과를 내는 데에 한계를 보이고 있는 이유 중 하나로 후자의 정보 추출 및 활용 기술의 범위와 완성도의 한계를 들 수 있다. 즉 많은 노력을 통하여 BIM 모델을 구축하더라도 이를 기반으로 물량산출, 도면 생성 등 가장 기본적인 업무조차도 현장에서 바로 사용할 수 있는 수준의 기능이 제공되고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 건축 골조를 대상으로 3차원 골조 모델을 이용하여 골조 물량, 특히 정확한 물량산출이 상대적으로 어려운 철근에 대하여 철근의 이음, 정착 등이 고려된 실행물량을 산출할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한 3차원 모델을 기반으로 철근 배근시공도와 가공일람표를 관련 기준에 따라 정확히 자동 작성함으로써 골조공사가 효율적으로 수행되고, 특히 정확한 이음 및 정착과 가공 계획을 통하여 철근 손실율을 최소화함이 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 BIM 기반 골조 물량산출 및 도면생성 시스템과 관련하여 주요 시스템 설계 내용과 구현 결과에 대하여 기술한다.

  • Recently, construction industry shows active expansion in overseas construction market. But the active work limited in construction work, on the other hand, design-drawing work is evaluated shortage of competitive power. So this study aim to improve the competitive of 'domestic design-drawing work'thorough objective evaluation. Objective evaluation is consist of 'design attribution'. Design attribution is based on the execution drawing and complement by existing reasearch, expert interview. And then, list up the 'design attribution' evaluation list to carry out a survey targeting hands-on worker. Survey is consist of 'Likert 5-point scale, FMEA method'. As a result, construction company and design company show different opinions in both relative position evaluation and importance evaluation.

  • The present serial cadastral maps, which have lots of problems arisen from map matching processes, have very limited applications. That is, the poor quality of serial cadastral maps has kept us from using them. Therefore, a special project for improving the quality of serial cadastral maps was proposed by korean cadastral specialists to solve those problems. The primary purpose of this study is to provide effective ways of serial cadastral map production by reviewing the errors of the present situation-based serial cadastral map production using GIS and digital orthophoto.

  • Revit program is one of the architectural design programs based on the BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, which is attracting attention as a next-generation three-dimensional architectural design technique. Revit is a program that enhances the information input side and makes it easy to understand components by making it an object called an information family of components from the design stage, but there is no program that easily compares the drawing output files extracted from this program. It is difficult to analyze the changes to the same drawings modified at the time of collaboration and easily share the drawing information. In this paper, we propose and implement a version management system for the output files on the same drawing, so that the parallel collaboration work of output drawing files through Revit can be efficiently performed. We propose an improved KMP algorithm.

  • If blueprint of analysis objects is not exist or this blueprint complexes, previous prediction techniques for product design have a problem that do not identify the exact physical characteristics. Even if target for analysing exists, transforming into a format that is supported by the program is a troublesome. To solve these problems, this thesis explains method for easily inputting design drawing and reducing the time of product design. In determining the physical characteristics of the target, method using color information is applied with electromagnetic analysis software to enable the analysis without relation to input type. Methods using color information to identify physical characteristic include some procedures. The first step is to number each of the colors, these colors number information includes material eigenvalues corresponding to the color. Next step analysis electromagnetic phenomena according with color information.

A Study on the Unified Method of Coordinate Registration in Cadastral Map Information (지적도면정보 좌표등록의 통일화 방안 연구)

  • Cadastral map information is created by registering parcel information such as location, lot number, land category and boundary through the cadastral survey. However, with regard to boundary point coordinate, computerized cadastral information data was registered to either two decimal places (unit in centimeter) or three decimal places (unit in millimeter) so that a confusion in cadastral administration and cadastral survey has been caused. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to look for a method of matching two different coordinate systems through the consideration of registration of cadastral information data and area calculation. In conclusion, the result of the investigation not only shows that areal change and the creation of minute polygons resulted from land alteration could be solved by changing boundary point coordinate from two decimal places to three decimal places, but also suggests that the related laws and regulations to register boundary point coordinate to three decimal places should be institutionally corrected and applied.

  • As for the former analogue method of photogrammetry, We have obtained final digital drawing by creating the stereo model from overlapped images through orientation process using plotting instrument and processing restitution procedure. However, digital photogrammetry batch processes such using small computer system thus We make an attempt automatization of the procedures. And without the production of stereo model, We could obtain 3D digital data through analysis method. Therefore, an objective of this study was to implement a surveying system that could 3D surveying positions using the digital image to reduce limitations of control point surveying and photographing conditions more efficiently to produce digital drawing. By the result, photogrammetry can practice and make out digital drawing to a computer by digital camera of a comparative low-cost. Small scale area can become practical use to drawing production etc. for facilities management because area can make out digital drawing economically than general surveying.

  • Recently, design automation of installation drawings and design elements has been required in the elevator industry. This is recognized as an important role in securing adaptability on site, reducing design errors, and enhancing export competitiveness. However, in case of a small company doesn't have enough resources to develop the program, and it is difficult to develop a design automation program. Therefore, it is necessary to have an automatic drawing generation program that enables small companies to easily invest and use, while allowing users to concentrate on productive tasks. In this paper, we propose an automatic drawing generation program using parametric coding technique. This program is linked with the web service and automatically creates the drawing when the user enters the site information on the web. This is useful for elevator installation and maintenance due to reduced drawing time for elevator drawings.

  • The compensation data for submerged land have been filed in the form of document or managed with spread sheet like Excell up to now. In the case of dam or highway construction, huge compensation data for the submerged or included land have been managed inefficiently by the administrative manpower. Moreover, where and how to keep the enormous data becomes big problems. In response to the requirements, an submerged land compensation management system based on the location and property information of parcels was developed. The compensation management system has many functions including site searching for compensation, compensation money computing, and compensation data managing. It is expected that the submerged land compensation management system creates various information effects.
