Study on the GIS Based Environmental Assesment Techniques for Environmental Friendly Road Route Plan (환경친화적인 도로노선 계획을 위한 GIS 기반 환경성 평가기법 연구 - 도로노선대 선정방법 개발 -)

  • This study intends to develop a GIS-based environmental assesment technique for environmental friendly road route plan using a spatial analysis function. After embodying an impact range based on the analysis of factors which cause the environmental damage by the road construction, a literature survey on a diverse grading cases and legal regulations was conducted. As a quantitative model for the spatial analysis, AHP was selected. As the environmental assessment, 8 items such as topography & geology, animals & plants, soil ecology, water quality, air quality, noise, land use, and landscape were selected. and then finally classified into three-grades using a pairwise comparison of the alate collected by a questionnaire surveying, weighting values were applied to there 8 items. The highest weight value, the grade 1 among eight was 0.191 for animals & plants. As the result of verifying the above method for the case region, the most environment-friendly road route could be generated.

  • An optimal network design method using continuous form of design variables is considered. Modified Hooke-and-Jeeves algorithm has been implemented in order to solve nonlinear progamming problem which is approximately equivalent to the real network design problem (NDP) with system. efficiency criteria(i. e. travel time and costs) and construction cost as objective function. Various forms of construction cost function, locations of initial solution, and dimension of initial step size of link improvement are taken into account to show the validity of this approach. The results obtained are quite promising in terms of the numbers of evaluations in solving NDP, and the speed of convergence. Finally, some techniques in choosing efficient intial solution, initial step size and approximation are given.

  • 본 연구는 VGIS(Virtual Geographic Information System)을 이용, 환경친화적인 도로건설을 위해 실제 좌표를 사용하므로 3차원 도로의 선형과 구조물을 설계하였다. 그리고 시공 중에 발생 할 수 있는 민원문제 및 설계변경 시 효율적인 의사결정 할 수 있도록 하였다. 대상지역은 전라남도 장흥군의 최대 역점사업인 관광을 테마로 한 정남진 가는 길을 컨셉으로 한 '가고 싶은 길', '보고싶은 다리', '기억하고픈 터널'을 주제로 설계하였으며 명실공히 남도의 새로운 관광명소가 될 자연관광도로가 될 것으로 기대된다. 기존의 3차원 설계에서는 평면적인 선형과 구조물의 형상을 이해하는데 상당한 시간이 소요되었지만, 구조물을 3차원으로 설계함으로써, 비전문가라도 구조물을 쉽게 파악할 수 있었다. 그리고 3차원 설계는 기존 구조물과 신설될 구조물 사이에 공사 중 발생할 수 있는 환경 및 민원문제를 사전에 파악할 수 있었다. 또한, 실제와 같이 구현된 도로와 구조물의 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 각종 의사 결정에 있어 보다 시각적 효과를 증진시켜 효율적인 의사결정을 가능하게 하였다. 본 연구에서는 실제 평면 설계에 쓰이는 좌표 값을 3차원설계에 적용하였다. 도로 노선 및 경관분석에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 보이며 VGIS를 이용하므로 도시계획, 식물, 토양, 수로 또는 도로형태, 홍수계획 등 많은 일들이 평가에 사용된다. 여기서는 구조물 3차원 설계에 관한 기초적인 연구를 시행하였으며, 3차원설계를 통해 의사결정 시 효율적인 판단을 할 수 있었고, 환경 친화적 시공 및 설계에 대한 연구가 이루어 져야 될 것으로 판단된다.상의 "일반원칙의 통용"을 계약성립(Formation of Contract)의 과정별로 정리하였다.의 가치, 생활의 편익 등을 증대한다는 믿음 때문이다. 한편 현실은 여러 가지 역기능이 함께 나타나고 있다. '네티즌 윤리강령'까지 선포했지만, 진정한 네티즌 윤리는 강령을 선포했다고 저절로 확립되는 것이 아니다. 네티즌 각자의 실천의지가 있어야 한다. 인류가 새로운 이상향이라고 추구하는 가상사회는 윤리적인 사고와 행동으로 질서를 유지하지 못하면 인류의 밝은 미래는 보장할 길이 없다. 21세기 정보화 사회, 인터넷 사회를 맞이한 우리는 이 세상을 참으로 살기 좋은 세상으로 만들어야 할 고귀한 책무를 안고 있다. 아무리 험한 길, 어려운 과제라 할지라도 그 목표를 잃어서는 안 되며, 그 해답을 얻는 노력을 결코 게을리 해서는 안 된다.기여한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 이들 프로그램은 특히 보조금을 통해 어선의 제3국 영구이전과 낡고 비효율적인 어선의 신조를 가속화시킨 것으로 보고되고 있다.받고 그 의견에 대한 결과를 게시하여 학생들이 제공되기 원하는 식단을 급식 시 제공하여 학생들이 식단선택에 동참할 수 있는 기회를 주는 것이 바람직하겠다. 또한 영양사는 학급의 반대표와의 정기적인 모임을 가짐으로서 학생들의 불만사항 및 개선 요구사항에대해 서로 의견을 교환하여 설문지조사가 아닌 직접적인 대화를 하여 문제점을 파악하고자 하는 적극적인 자세가 필요하겠다. 특히 아침식사의 결식 빈도가 높았고 이는 급식성과에 부정적인 영향을 줄 뿐 아니라 학교에서 제공하는 음식의 섭취정도에도 영향을 주고 있으므로 학생들에게 학부모와 전담교사 및 학교영양사는 학생들에게 이상적

Investment Ranking Decision Using MCDA in Dam Projects (MCDA 기법을 이용한 댐사업의 투자우선순위 결정)

  • In empirical evaluations of public projects and public provided goods, MCDA(multicriteria decision-making analysis) has helped decision makers with an adequate policy decision-making tool since it allows taking into account a wide range of assessment criteria. As a tool for decision-making of conflict management, MCDA has demonstrated its usefulness in many public projects such as road, dam and harbor construction. In this study, to use this merit of MCDA, dam project assessment indicators from points of social, economic, environmental and practical views are developed based on sustainable development of water resources, and weighting factors are also estimated by means of questionnaire survey. In order to decide project investment rank, developed evaluation indicators are applied to 6 existing dams under investigation for a rehabilitation project. In addition to, it is recognized that the project practicability has become more important indicator as well as environmental and social issues. This is because cooperation and support from a local government and people are regarded as one of the most important problems in public projects recently.

  • Many research and case study for BIM have mainly been focused on architecture domain. However, it is insufficient to civil engineering domain. Although BIM will be applied to civil engineering domain. because national BIM standard and delivery system of BIM is not ready, these demands are increasing. First of all, this paper analyzed the current status of the IFC international standards and BIM of civil engineering domain. Second of all, we established the roadmap for BIM development for civil engineering domain. And this paper studied on the BIM application of road construction for a step by step development of civil engineering. Finally, we conduct case study about road project by applying to construction information classification.

Airborne video as a remote sensor for environmental monitoring of linear infrastructure: a case study and review

  • At present, environmental monitoring of linear infrastructure is based mainly on field sampling. The 'integrated mapping' approach has received only limited attention from field scientists. The increased environmental regulation of corridor targets has required remote sensing research to develop a sensor or technique for targets ranging from 15 m to 100 m in swath width. In an attempt to identify the optimal remote sensing system for linear targets, an overview is provided of the application requirements and the technology currently available. The relative limitation of traditional remote sensing systems in such a linear application is briefly discussed. It is noted that airborne video could provide, in a cost-effective manner, information required for a very narrow and long strip target utilising the narrow view angle and dynamic stereo coverage. The value of this paper is warranted in proposing a new concept of video infrastructure monitoring as a future research direction in the recognition of sensor characteristics and limitations.

  • The study proposed a strategy for supporting North Korea's SOC construction in the future by reviewing domestic and foreign cases. According to the literatureanalysis, we developed a candidate list of technology for SOC of North Korea in terms of Construction Management / economy sectors. The category is North Korea SOC construction support, and the sub-category is North Korea SOC construction support program. The implementation procedures included the following six steps: Preparation, Support for Establishing Construction Industry Base, Support for Establishing Business Management Base, Support for HR Management Base, Business Model Establishment/Expansion, and Monitoring of Management Result. Lastly, we developed twenty-five candidates of detailed technology. In the future, it is necessary to decide a methodology for project implementation by each scenario after selecting a study area, and to develop a more specified scenario.

  • This paper presents a GIS-based method of spatial analysis that can be applied to the line determination in traffic infrastructure project . It is based on the spatial analysis of the sensitivity or suitability of areas relating to the integration of new infrastructure routes, carefully considering the requirement of intervention optimizing . It makes the comparison of alternatives and a final selection of a"best route " easier, offers new possibilities and simplifies and accelerates the whole process of line determination. The developed method for route-alignment is tried out by an example project for road planing in Germany. It point out that during the line determination all aspects can be equivalently and adequately evaluated. So this method is well suited as a new tool within a line determination procedure and can bring enormous advantages in the planning process of traffic infrastructure projects. projects.

  • Recently, the government has improvement projects of dangerous road for the site that has very high accident rate due to bad geometric structures of the road. Although, route selecting of the road is a basic and important process, but the process of route selecting must consider the technical, safety and environment factor together. Also, the technology for the 3-dimensional terrain model can be used as an important factor in planning and designing for selecting alternative route projects. In the course of experimenting with the 3-dimensional topography generated by the combination of the digital map and drawing of route, the technology as been developed to offer the multi-dimensional access to the potential construction sites from the nearby main roads. This 3-dimensional digital elevation model has made it possible to make various terrain analysis base on GIS, which provides real-time virtual access to the designated construction sites for development planning and construction projects. Therefore, this study presents a reasonable plan for route selecting from some alternative routes through subjective evaluation and classify the methods linked basic design of road construction.

  • While the growth of Taegu has occurred through the land readjustment project, the public sector development project and the construction of roads, its growth pattern has been shaped by physical constraints such as mountains, streams and rail roads. The processes of urban growth of Taegu are classified into four stages: the stage of urban embryo in the Chosun Era; the formation stage of the basic urban system after the Japanese Colonial Era up to 1960; the stage of urban growth in the industrialization period from 1960s to 1980; and lastly, the stage of urban expansion and maturation, with construction of extensive newly developed districts, after the 1980s. Since its promotion to a metropolitan city with the inclusion of Seongseo, Wolbae, Gosan, Ansim and Chilgok in 1981, those regions have grown into newly developed residential districts, with its accompanying high density and high rise apartments complexes, through the public sector development project. These newly developed districts are located about six to seven kilometers away from CBD of the city along with main radial roads. The sites are also located on the route of the fourth belt way of the city. While the Sangin, Seongseo and Jisan Beommul newly developed districts have developed contiguously with the existing built-up areas, the Siji and Chilgok districts have developed separately by the green belt and the Geumho River, respectively.
