드로오 비드의 마찰구속에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Frictional Constraint of Draw Bead)

  • 본 연구에서는 고속, 연속장업으로 이루어지고 있는 스템핑 공정에서 금형과 강판간의 접촉-슬립에 따른 마찰 및 윤활특성의 성능을 평가할 수 있도록 한 원형단면 형상의 드로오비드 마찰실험장치를 활용하여 가압력, 윤활유 특성, 드로잉 속도와 강 판의 표면특성 등에 따른 자동차용 냉연강판과 도금강판의 마찰계수와 드로오비드 저 항력에 대한 테이터 베이스를 구축하고자 한다.

합금도금강판의 수적에 의한 표면층의 부식기구에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Corrosion Mechanism by the Moisture on the Surface Layer of the Alloys Coated Steel Sheet)

  • Since the early 1980's the use of zinc-aluminum alloy-coated steel sheet(Galvalume) for vehicular corrosion protection has increased drastically. It is consisting of 55%Al-43.4% Zn-1.6%Si. Galvalume has a good corrosion resistance, heat reflectivity and shiny appearance, which has a dendritic structure of alloy layer. It has a good corrosion resistance due to dendritic structure. But, this also has a weak point against moisture during long period of transportation as sheeted and or coiled without any relation of chromating on the surface of steel sheet or not because of high humidity and temperature. Here, We studied the corrosion mechanism by the moisture.

저면압 영역에서 합금화 온도에 따른 합금화용융아연도금 강판의 마찰특성 평가 (Evaluation of Frictional Characteristic of Galvannealed sheet steel with different annealing temperatures at Lower Normal Loads)

  • This paper is designed to estimate friction and powdering characteristic of coating layer on galvannealed sheet steel with different annealing temperature, which is 465, 505, 515 and $540^{\circ}C$, Estimations of powdering and friction were done using a $60^{\circ}$ bending test and one side friction test, respectively. In order to obviously understand the effect of coatings on friction cross-section of coatings before and after friction test was also observed by SEM. The results show that powdering of coatings is increased with increasing of annealing temperature and that friction characteristic greatly depends on powdering which leads to increase of real contact area between tools and coatings.

자동차용 도금강판의 점용접성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spot Weldability of Automotive Steel Sheets)

  • The spot weldability of coated steels for automobile has been investigated. Coated steels of SPC-Zn DC, SPC Zn-Ni SC, SPC Zn-Ni DC, SPC Zn-Fe DC and OCCS were welded under different conditions of welding current, force and time. Coating thickness at the welded surface was reduced as increased welding current. Tensile shear strength(TSS) and cross tensile strength (CTS) were increased up to expulsion began, then dropped as increased current. Optimum conditions of welding force and time were different, however 200~250kgf and 15~20cycle were optimum for coated SPC (Steel Plate Cold). Weldability lobes were measured for each coated steel and they showed narrow range of working welding current. The organic composite coated steel (OCCS) had the highest current to get $\sqrt5{t}$ nugget size and narrowest working welding current range.

  • There is problem to reduce the car body weight for improving fuel consumption and $CO_2$ generation. As one of the solution, the multi material car body concept using aluminum alloys and high strength steels is proposed recently. Therefore, new welding processes by which these dissimilar material can be joined in high reliability and productivity are demanded. Laser spot welding was developed for joining of dissimilar metals. In the present work, Laser spot welding of zinc coated steel and aluminum alloy was investigated, and the process parameters were studied. Otherwise, the influences of process parameters on the weldability, the formation of intermetallic compound layer and the mechanical properties have been investigated. When intermetallic compound layer thickness was more than 1mm, specimen was failure in the interface.
