In Korea, middle and small-sized company takes up an absolute majority of all businesses, and most of them are founded as a limited company. Yet, it is a type of business that fits a company of certain size, and its establishment process is complicated due to various reasons such as investor protection. It is also required to have strict organization structure based on the principle of separation of ownership and management. Accordingly, as the principles may undermine entrepreneur's will to start business, there has been dramatic change in legal system on business establishment and management since 2010. The changes include streamlined process at the foundation stage and digitalization of many regulations on business establishment and operation for more convenience in starting business. Also, new business types for small-sized companies were adopted, and freedom to select business name has been enhanced. The issue of non-par value stock has been allowed, and various types of stock have been adopted for more convenient financing, defense against hostile M&A, and easier business succession.

Since realtime search words are centered on the fact that the search growth rate of an issue is rapidly increasing in a short period of time, it is not possible to express an issue that maintains interest for a certain period of time. In order to overcome these limitations, this paper evaluates the daily and hourly persistence of the realtime words that belong to the top 10 for a certain period of time and extracts the search word that are constantly interested. Then, we present the method of using the time series analysis and the neural network to know how the interest of the upper search word changes, and show the result of forecasting the near future change through the actual example derived through the method. It can be seen that forecasting through time series analysis by date and artificial neural networks learning by time shows good results.

Software Education will be implemented at elementary, middle and high schools starting in 2018. The goal of software education is to help students develop Computational thinking skills. Especially, using robots in software education increases student interest and helps to increase creativity. In order for software education using robots to be effective, education for teachers should be effective. The development of effective education contents for preliminary teachers can be said to be the success of software education. By the way, effective education can be said to begin with an accurate analysis of the subjects. In order to develop an effective curriculum for preliminary teachers, it is necessary to grasp the level of preliminary teachers who will carry out the software education using robots. Therefore, in this paper, we surveyed the experiences, levels and perceptions of preliminary teachers to help develop software education curriculum using robots.

1Gb급 이상 기억소자의 캐패시터 재료로 주목받고 있는 (Ba,Sr)TiO3 [BST] 박막의 전극재료로는 Pt, Ru, Ir과 같은 금속전극과 RuO2, IrO2와 산화물 전도체가 유망한 것으로 알려져 있다. 그런데, DRAM의 집적도가 증가하게 되면, BST같은 고유전율 박막을 유전재료로 사용한다 하더라도, 3차원적인 구조가 불가피하게 때문에 기존의 sputtering 방법으로는 우수한 단차피복성을 얻기 힘들므로, MOCVD법이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 연구되었던 Pt에 비해 식각특성이 우수하고, 비교적 낮은 비저항을 갖는 Ru 박막증착에 대한 연구를 행하였다. 본 연구에서는 수직형의 반응기와 저항 가열 방식의 susceptor로 구성된 저압 유기금속 화학증착기를 사용하여 최대 6inch 직경을 갖는 기판 위에 Ru박막을 증착하였다. Precursor로는 기존에 연구된 적이 없는 bis-(ethyo-$\pi$-cyclopentadienyl)Ru (Ru(C5H4C2H5)2, [Ru(EtCp)2])를 사용하였으며, bubbler의 온도는 85$^{\circ}C$로 하였다. Si, SiO2/Si를 사용하였으며, 증착온도 25$0^{\circ}C$~40$0^{\circ}C$, 증착압력 3Torr의 조건에서 Ru 박막을 증착하였다. Presursor를 운반하는 수송기체로는 Ar을 사용하였으며, carbon과 같은 불순물의 제거를 위해 O2를 첨가하였다. 증착된 박막은 XRD, SEM, 4-point probe등을 통해 구조적, 전기적 특성을 평가하였으며, 열역학 계산을 위해서는 SOLGASMIX-PV프로그램을 사용하였다. Ru 박막의 증착에 있어서 산소의 첨가는 필수적이었으며, Ru 박막의 증착속도는 30$0^{\circ}C$~40$0^{\circ}C$의 온도 영역에서 200$\AA$/min으로 일정하였으며, 첨가된 산소의 양이 적을수록 더 치밀하고 평탄한 표면형상을 보였으며, 또한 더 낮은 전기 전도도를 보였다. 그리고 증착된 박막은 12~15$\mu$$\Omega$cm 정도의 낮은 비저항 값을 나타냈으며 이것은 기존의 sputtering 법에 의해 증착된 Ru 박막의 비저항 값들과 비교될만하다. 한편, 높은 온도, 높은 산소분압 조건에서 RuO2의 형성을 관찰하였으며, 이것은 열역학적인 계산을 통해서 잘 설명할 수 있었다.

This paper presents how to determine the system reliability of a typical shallow foundation constituted four potential correlated failure modes of hearing capacity (BCM), consolidation settlement (CSM), moment (MFM), and tension shear (PCM). Through the idenfication of the distinct and different modes and evaluation of range of system reliability, the obtained conclusions are as follows; 1. The CSM and the PCM are the lowest and highest of reliability indices of single performance function, and the BCM and the MFM are medium of them. 2. For the correlated failure modes, the hi-modal bounds Is narrower and lower of failure probability than the unimodal bounds. Not to be overestimated, therefore, the system reliability should be based on the second-order bounds using correlated performance functions.

The weapon system acquisition for national defense is too costly, risky and requires high quality result. Because of these characteristics of the weapon system acquisition, the modeling and simulation is a prerequisite process for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of weapon system acquisition. We call the process as SBA (Simulation Based Acquisition). However the modeling and simulation entails costs of model development, execution and analysis. Thus, the SBA's effectiveness analysis is needed. Especially, we developed 4 types of index which represent the effectiveness thoroughly and we applied them to various weapon systems' acquisition process. This work presents the necessity of SBA by showing the application of suggested effectiveness index in various defense weapon system acquisition cases.

Education system of Korea faced to enterance examination of universities in modern capitalism society. Education authority is confused by this, and then schools lost their goal for education. Mu-Wi in "Tao Te Ching" of Lao-tzu in one of Chinese old philosophers and ${\kappa}{\varepsilon}vo{\varsigma}$ of "Philippians" 2:6-11 give important meanings to modern people. Mu-Wi is anti-meaning of Jak-Wi or In-Wi, and means doing with natural state. This means that politicians do follow natural rule returing Jak-Wi or In-Wi to Mu-Wi in society with Jak-Wi or In-Wi. In addition, the meaning of ${\kappa}{\varepsilon}vo{\varsigma}$ is to love and serve people for calling of mankind from God through Jesus who gave himself to death in the society with hate and Jealous. It is great lesson of the saint and gives valuable and important meaning in education reality of Korea.

This study was to analyze the effects of sudden rise in cortisol and human symptoms in the situation of rescue at river, The experimental results are as follows. The subjects were A, B, C, and the values of cortisol elevation before and after diving were 6.30ug/dl, 6.50ug/dl, and 6.57ug/dl, respectively. However, in the subject D, the elevation of cortisol before and after diving was significantly elevated to 11.00ug/dl. The reason for this is thought to be the depletion of physical strength through weighty due to the inferiority of the underwater view and tense during the sudden rise. The subjects E showed significantly lower cortisol elevation before and after diving, as 4.28ug/dl, because the age of E was the youngest of the subjects and the anxiety was low due to abundant experience of deep sea diving. Fatigue is 7 to 8, anxiety is 7 to 9, Both showed high values. Psychological strain increased fatigue in underwater search, and poor visual field seemed to increase anxiety. The research results will be provided as empirical data on the safe underwater search activities of rescuers.

『옥추보경』(玉樞寶經)은 송대의 유명한 도교 경전으로 정식 명칭은 『구천응원뇌성보화천존설옥추보경』(九天應元雷聲普化天尊說玉樞寶經)이다. 송·원시대 이후 『옥추보경』은 중국 각 지역에 광범위하게 전해지면서 많은 영향을 끼쳤으며, 명나라의 세종(世宗)과 신종(神宗)은 『옥추보경』을 새로 간행하여 직접 서문을 쓰고 동시에 매우 숭앙하였다. 『옥추보경』의 집주본이 조선에 전해진 시기는 대략 명대 시기로 보고 있으며, 조선시대에 전해졌던 『옥추보경』 집주본은 융경(隆慶) 4년(1570)에 전라도 무등산(無等山) 안심사(安心寺)에서 최초로 발간되었다. 그러나 당시 안심사 판본은 첫 페이지와 경문 중의 또 다른 페이지가 없는 불완전한 판본이었다. 옹정(擁正) 11년(1733)에 송몽삼(宋夢三), 서두추(徐斗樞) 등의 제안에 따라 영변(寧邊) 묘향산(妙香山) 보현사(普賢寺)에서 『옥추보경』을 새로 간행하게 되었다. 하지만 이 또한 불완전한 판본이었으며, 병진년(1736)에 잃어버린 두 페이지를 우연히 찾게 되면서 완전한 판본을 이루게 되었다. 이후 광서(光緖) 무자년(1888)에 김흡(金潝)이 『옥추보경』을 새로 교정하였고, 계룡산(鷄龍山)에서 이를 다시 간행하였다. 명대의 『도장』에 수록된 『옥추보경』 집주본에는 신장도(神將圖)가 포함되어 있지 않았다. 하지만 조선시대 세 종류의 판본은 모두 신장도(神將圖)가 포함되어 있다. 이 외에도 조선시대 간행본과 비슷한 판본으로 영국의 대영도서관 소장본과 일본 천리대학(天理大學) 도서관의 소장본 및 중국 국가 도서관 고적관의 소장본이 있다. 그런데 안심사 판본은 41명, 보현사 판본은 47명, 계룡산 판본은 48명의 신장도가 포함되어 있으며, 대영도서관은 45명, 중국 국가 도서관은 45명 등으로 차이가 있다. 이러한 판본들에 수록된 신상의 수가 다른 이유는 아직 명확하지 않다. 이에 본문에서 필자는 먼저 계룡산 판본 『옥추보경』에 근거하여 48신장의 내력에 대한 초보적인 고찰을 진행하였다. 언어상의 문제로 『옥추보경』과 관련된 한국의 연구 성과를 반영하지는 못했지만, 『옥추보경』의 48장과 대순진리회의 『전경』에 등장하는 48장이 어떠한 연관이 있는지를 조명하는 데 유의미한 기초 작업이 될 것으로 전망한다. 이를 토대로 나아가 대순진리회의 48신상도와 『옥추보경』의 판본간의 형태적 특징에 주목하여 면밀한 상호 분석을 시도함으로써 대순진리회의 신앙체계와 『옥추보경』의 관련성을 규명하는 데 일조할 수 있기를 기대한다.

Korea is known to have seasonal frost during winter and the effect of low temperatures and water may cause a weakening of pavements. For that reason, frost protection layers have been constructed in pavements to avoid damage caused by frost action. The practies established in USA and Japan have been adopted as anti-frost design methods in Korea. However, the characteristics of Korean soils are different. Additionally, there is no formulation of a reasonable equation for frost penetration depth and the criterion to identify potentially frost-susceptible soils in present pavement design manuals in Korea. Therefore, adequate pavement design procedures in seasonal frost areas, as well as construction and maintenance practices are required. In this paper, frost penetration depths along national roads in Korea were measured and analyzed over several years. The frost penetration depth was analyzed with respect to the provinces of Korea and sunny/ shaded areas. Additionally, measurement results were compared to the formula of the US Army Corps of Engineers and Ifukube in Japan.
