The purpose of this study is to complement the problem of lecture evaluation items and to improve the lecture evaluation items to fit to original purpose of lecture evaluation to enhance the lecture's quality. For this, meanings of good teaching, lecture evaluation domains and elements of preceding study, the contents and problems of lecture evaluation tools in A college were searched, and in this foundation, an improved lecture evaluation tool was suggested. As the result of this study, important features of the improved tool are followed: First, the compositions of evaluation domains, evaluation elements, and evaluation items were reconstituted. Second, to acquire the important information for the better lecture, the items were devised according to the features of good teaching in colleges. Third, the items concerned of evaluation elements which is commonly suggested by the lecture evaluation tools of preceding study were developed. Forth, if there is the information which is required for the enhancement of the lecture quality, the items were developed though the result could not be presented in the arithmetical means. Fifth, evaluation items to improve the problems of lecture evaluation tools which had been carried out in A college were developed.

본 고에서는 지식베이스엔지니어링이 기존의 제품개발 방법론을 개선하기 위한 지능적인 설계도구로서 컴퓨터를 사용하는 새롭고 흥미로운 대안임을 살펴보았다. 전문가의 설계 및 현장 경험을 조직적이고 체계적으로 수집하여 활용하는 것은 동시공학(Concurrent Engineering) 방법론의 실행을 위한 도구로서 매우 중요함을 살펴보았다. 또한 시스템의 효과적인 구축을 위해 어떤한 것들을 고려해야 하는지도 살펴보았다. 이러한 일련의 과정을 통해 설계 분야가 미약한 국내 환경에 지식베이스엔지니어링이 하루 속히 정착되기를 희망한다.

UML은 범용의 목적으로 설계된 모델링 언어이지만 않은 도메인 영역에서 사용되고 있다. 그것은 UML을 각 도메인의 특성에 맞게 확장할 수 있는 프로파일이라는 메커니즘을 자체적으로 보유하고 있기 때문이다. UML 표준 명세에 기술되어 있는 확장 메커니즘과 프로파일은 그 자체로 매우 잘 설계된 모델이나 그대로 설계 도구에 도입하기에는 부적합한 면이 않다. 본 논문에서는 UML 기반의 설계 도구에서 프로파일을 수용할 수 있도록 확장 메커니즘 모델을 개선하고 프로파일을 정의할 수 있는 정형적인 방법들을 제시한다.

As the amount of web information grows, a bookmark has become an important tool to reuse web information effectively which is relevant to users' information needs. Thus, this study aimed to investigate how bookmarks are used as a management tool of web information, and what functions users require concerned with it. For this purpose, semi-structured interviews and observations were carried out from 5 respondents, and a survey was conducted to investigate the relationship between bookmark using behaviors and requirements for function improvement. The users who use bookmark less frequently think bookmark feature essential for the purpose of reusing web information.

With the introduction of internet applications to the hotel industry hotel customers are very willing to use the electronic communication tools in their both searching information and purchasing behaviors. It is generally agreed that the internet communication tools can be a strategic one for less competitive hotels in the traditional marketing environment. This study found that there are significant differences among several classifications of hotels in the use of internet communications as a marketing tool. The study also found that there are some possibilities for local hotels to overcome the current marketing handicaps with internet communications.

본 논문에서는 영어 학습을 도와주고 영한 기계번역 시스템의 평가를 통해 기계번역 시스템의 성능 개선을 위한 도구인 HS-eLearner를 설계, 구현하였다. HS-eLearner는 영어 문장의 번역 뿐만 아니라 입력 문장의 구조, 문장에 사용된 단어의 의미를 제공하여 사용자의 효과적인 영어 학습을 보조하는 기능을 가진다. 또한 사용자가 번역된 문장을 평가하여 사용자에 의한 객관적인 번역 시스템에 대한 평가를 기대할 수 있으며 평가 결과를 개발자에게 제공함으로써 번역 시스템의 성능 개선에 사용될 수 있다. 즉 사용자와 개발자간의 커뮤니케이션을 제공함으로써 사용자의 요구를 수용할 수 있는 시스템으로의 개선을 용이하게 한다.

인간중심의 작업설계는 오래전 부터 공학의 중요한 과제로 여겨왔다. 이에 인간은 여 러가지 다양한 형태의 도구를 만들고 개선해 왔으며, 이 중 Handtool은 중요한 도구 중의 하나 이다. 인간과 도구가 그 사용에 있어 최적의 조화를 이루어갈 때 위험요소는 사라지게 되고 작업의 부하는 줄어들며, 작업시간의 단축과 함께 작업의 정확도는 나아지게 된다. 기술의 발달은 갈수록 복잡하고 위력적인 도구를 발명해 내고 있지만 아직도 우리의 주변에는 이의 설계에 있어 인간공학적인 요소가 충분히 고려되고 있다고는 할 수 없다. 실제로 최근에 와서는 많은 수 공구들이 동력화되고, 그 성능은 갈수록 나아져 가고 있는 반면, 이의 사용 으로 인한 사고라든지, CTS(Carpal Tunnel Syndrom)과 같은 누적외상병은 별로 나아짐이 없이 경우에 따라서는 오히려 심해져가고 있다. 따라서 도구의 인간공학적인 다지인의 목적은 위험요소의 제거, 작업부하의 절감 그리고 작업능력의 향상에 있다고 할 것이다. 기존의 연구 중 개별적인 Handtool의 인간공학적인 디자인의 예는 이미 많이 연구가 되어 있다. 그러나 이 러한 연구들의 사례는 일관된 시스템적인 접근방식을 갖지 못하여 본 연구에서는 인간공학적인 측면에서 Handtool의 설계를 위해 고려되어야 할 요소와 함께 그 체계적인 접근방식을 제시한다.

본 논문은 기업 온톨로지를 기반으로 하는 비즈니스 프로세스 컨설턴트 시스템(BUPCO)의 설계를 기술한다. BUPCO 시스템은 사용자 인터페이스, 프로세스 표현 도구, 프로세스 평가 도구, 프로세스 분석 도구, 워크플로우 영향분석 도구, 프로세스 시각화 도구로 구성된다. 그 기반에 기업의 프로세스 지식을 표현하기 위해 기업 온톨로지를 구축하고 온톨로지 추론을 위한 프롤로그 추론기를 개발하였다. BUPCO 시스템은 기업 업무 환경의 변화에 빠르게 적응할 수 있는 최적의 프로세스 개선안을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 시스템을 통해 기업은 내부의 각종 비효율성을 제거하고 프로세스와 자원을 최적화함으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 제고시킬 수 있을 것이다.

IMO has been proceeding in the maritime SQA for software quality is considered to be essential for the development of the introduction of the e-Navigation In order to ensure software quality, follow the prescribed procedures throughout the software development project and create the output as a result of executing the respective steps. This paper is introduced a case for applying to maritime software development using the tool that is capable of real-time monitoring and automated documentation. Also, It is discussed the improvement of procedures for applying the expected effects and maritime SQA for the tool utilization. The Development of customized tools for maritime SQA that is reflected an improved procedure for tool is the future goals.

As the knowledge-based society has been constructed, the size of work process that has to be done grows bigger and the amount of the information that has to be analyzed increases. So each company is trying to construct more conformable process models in business model. In order to support the process construction of companies practically, in this paper tools of Six Sigma is applied to process definition and tools of PSP is applied schedule management. And to use the proposed tools efficiently, the procedure of process definition and schedule management are suggested. The goal of the proposed method is to achieve the process aim within the Time-To-Market by applying the process management of organizations and persons. And the goal of individuals is to improve personal process with the collected data.
