Public transportation accessibility has been evaluated through minimum level of service for public transportation. However it is evaluated based operators rather than users. This study analyzed the users' accessibility(first-mile, last-mile) to public transportation using altteul transport card data. As a result of user's accessibility of public transportation, rural areas was lower than that in the urban areas. This study calssified type 1 and 2 based average approach time, and average approach time of Type 1 and 2 were more than average approach time of total area. We propsed an efficient introduction of autonomous public transportation on-demand service using delphi survey. As a result of delphi survey, experts agreed on 9 items regarding function, service item, route operation, approach distance, route mileage, punctuality.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 소방력을 효율적으로 배치하기 위해 전문가를 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하여 우리나라의 환경과 수요에 부합하는 소방력 배치기준의 핵심요소를 파악하기 위함이다. 설문조사는 소방력 배치기준 핵심요소들의 객관적인 비교결과를 제시하기 위하여 델파이 기법을 활용하였다. 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때, 우리나라의 소방력배치는 관할면적과 관할인구에 기초한 단순배치에 머물고 있다. 국내 소방력 배치의 문제점을 개선하기 위해서는 소방환경과 소방수요, 소방력과 관련된 다양한 변수들을 반영할 수 있는 새로운 소방력 배치기준을 마련해야 하며, 시 도별 지자체의 환경에 따른 소방력 배치가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Objective : This study aimed to develop evaluation items based on Parten's social play developmental stages to measure social play in preschool children. Methods : Through a literature review, the investigation items according to Parten's social play developmental stages were collected. Two Delphi surveys were conducted using 22 expert panels. An understanding of the contents of the preliminary items was determined via parents of preschool children. The evaluation method was established through an expert advisory meeting. Results : Through data collection and the Delphi survey, a total of 89 items were drawn, including 12 unoccupied behaviors, 7 onlooker behaviors, 14 solitary play, 16 parallel play, 17 associative play, and 23 cooperative play items. The average content validity ratio of the Delphi survey was 0.85. The stability was 0.15. The consensus was 0.78. The final preliminary evaluation items comprised a total of 40 items, including 17 for associative play and 23 for cooperative play. Conclusion : An evaluation items that can measure social play in preschool children was developed, and its content validity was verified. It is expected to be used as an evaluation tool in clinical practice.

Science education researchers have discussed more effective STPD(Science Teacher Professional Development) based on a variety of perspectives, pointing out the limitations of traditional STPD. In this study, we selected eight major issues for more efficient STPD based on the literature review, summarized the literature review contents for each issue, and proposed a draft STPD standard based on the literature review. Using the draft STPD standard, a questionnaire for the Delphi survey was developed and a two-phase Delphi survey was conducted. The questionnaire consisted of 25 statements describing the STPD standard, and respondents were asked to indicate the validity and importance of the statement on a Likert scale, followed by an explanation and suggestions for revision. Twenty-one science educators and science teachers participated in the Delphi survey, and the results of the second round of the survey showed high levels of agreement on the validity and importance of all statements describing the STPD standard. For the content validity ratio and coefficient of variation, all statements met the criteria, and for the convergence and consensus, all but two statements met the criteria. Two statements were revised to reflect comments from the Delphi survey and were included in the final STPD standard. As a result, we developed STPD standard consisting of 23 statements in eight categories, and we discussed the disadvantages and advantages of the developed STPD standard and how to utilize them, as well as suggestions for future improvement and research.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of a instrumental activities of daily living training program called grocery shopping for schizophrenic patients in Delphi. Methods : The final program items and contents were completed through the first and third delphi surveys from August 2018 to March 2019. The expert composition selected 26 occupational therapists related to mental health. Three surveys were conducted and 23 experts participated in the Delphi survey. The second questionnaire, which was created from an open questionnaire, was designed to indicate the degree of importance using the Likert 5-point scale. As a result of the response of the 3rd questionnaire, the level of expert consensus was reconfirmed by analyzing average, standard deviation, and content validity ratio (CVR). Results : Three rounds of Delphi research reveal four categories of questions: grocery shopping views, product purchase strategies, necessary functions, and expert knowledge and experience on how to make purchase decisions. 24 items were selected. Through the 2nd and 3rd Delphi surveys, 4 items that did not meet the criteria of goodness of fit of each item or duplicated the contents were deleted and finally 20 items were extracted. Conclusion : Experts' agreement on grocery shopping technology was drawn from an occupational therapy perspective so that patients with schizophrenia living in the community could recover and participate as a member of society.

The purpose of this study is to establish definitions on Metaverse and Metaverse literacy and to develop a framework for Metaverse literacy utilizing a Delphi study and in-depth interview methods with experts on Metaverse and digital, and future education. 9 experts participated in the Delphi study and 4 took part in the in-depth interview, and Delphi study data was collected via emails from January 12th to 17th and in-depth study data was gathered via zoom from March 1st to 19th in 2022. To establish the definition of Metaverse, 6 existing definitions were presented and ranked with calculated means of each definition, and additional comments were collected. To build the definition of Metaverse literacy, 1 existing definition was shown and calculated with the degree of agreement, and additional feedback was gathered. To develop a framework for Metaverse literacy, 12 sub-concepts were presented and ranked with calculated means of each concept. After applying feedback of the Delphi study, the authors re-established the definitions of Metaverse and Metaverse literacy, and re-develop the framework for Metaverse literacy. In the in-depth interview, feedback on these definitions and the framework was collected. After these processes, the definitions of Metaverse and Metaverse literacy were finalized, and the framework for Metaverse literacy was developed. Based on the results, implications and limitations of the study, and possible future study are discussed.

Based on the service scenario proposed by the existing Kim Tae-wan (2018) who can safely evacuate inmates with the help of a mobile application linked to a fire detection system in the event of a fire, the final purpose of this study is to develop the scenario by incorporating more realistic scenarios with mobile stimuli that can help them escape or act through the Delph In addition, to make the scenarios produced more realistic considering the structure and copper lines of a typical building, expert scenario verification and Delphi technique were applied to exclude unnecessary or impractical aspects of the existing scenarios. The results of the second Delphi survey showed that the primary psychology that could be seen at the time of the fire alarm were doubts, safety concerns and alarm, and the results of the second Delphi survey were analyzed, and the satisfaction of the content adequacy (CVR), convergence, and consensus was derived. Finally, this was applied to create a scenario in which a mobile application was assisted to evacuate the fire response phase. This study will allow the use of methods to increase the evacuation rate of those who are in the event of a fire.

South Korea is carrying out and expanding smart grid pilot projects to build a framework for a national smart grid and expand overseas markets. It is important to properly evaluate performance for the projects and further develop related businesses in a more desirable direction. This study is to provide evaluation criteria for the performance of smart grid pilot projects and a basis for further continuous development according to the type of projects. Evaluation criteria were selected through reviews of documental materials and expert discussions. The viability of the proposed draft in the situation of South Korea was examined by expert Delphi surveys. The Delphi surveys were conducted twice, and therefrom drawn were 18 evaluation criteria for 6 evaluation categories.

The study was designed to forecast and derive future core technologies using Delphi method in Korea agriculture. Based on the technologies, agriculture in Korea will be expected to improve as a core and strategic industry producing high value added in 21 century. Questions were given to specialists by each technology in order to survey importance, realization time, level of R&D in Korea and the leading country, leading group of R＆D, effective policy, etc. for each technology. The survey for Delphi was confined to the specialists in the area of crop production. The 44 core technologies were derived and 39 specialists answered the survey.

In this study, I worked on necessary contents for Information Literacy of Korean universities by Delphi Method. The survey resulted in 100 necessary contents in five categories and each category presents average points and ranks of importance. Contents of high rank in each category should be valued highly when educational programs are to be designed. One remarkable difference in comparison with ACRL standards is that there are a lot of contents involved with basic understanding about Scientific Information System and Information Technology and knowledge application in this study, and another is that there is a lack of contents which require analytic judgements. The significance of this study lies in presenting directions and discussion points in designing of Information Literacy of Korean universities.
