The Design of Information Security Management System for SMEs Industry Technique Leakage Prevention (중소기업 산업기술 유출방지를 위한 정보보호 관리체계 설계)

  • Since SMEs have recognized needs for industrial technique leakage prevention, they tend to construct information security system causing huge consumption of budget, yet they cannot organize information security team to operate integrated information security management system with consistency and it is fact that there only occur instant introductions of certain system. In this study, we designed information security management system for SMEs' industrial technique leakage prevention which is differentiated from those of large enterprises based on current status of SMEs' industrial technique leakage. Specifically we analyzed current status and vulnerability of SMEs' industrial technique leakage and we designed industrial technique leakage prevention management system for SMEs. Then we applied Delphi method to validate appropriateness of study result. We strongly believe that SMEs may estimate a appropriate level of investment on information security and develop countermeasures for control by utilizing this study result.

An Analysis on Meaning and Factors of the Arithmetical Thinking (산술적 사고의 의미와 요소 분석)

  • Arithmetic is the basis of school mathematics and in fact, number and operation in elementary school curriculum is the most basic and essential domain. Even though there has been a consensus that arithmetic should be taught more meaningfully beyond the emphasis of calculation skills and teachers should emphasize the aspect of the arithmetical thinking, it is difficult to find studies which focus on the arithmetical thinking itself. So this research aims to explore the meaning of the arithmetical thinking and extract the arithmetical thinking factors. In order to solve the research problems, we reviewed and analyzed the literatures and then conducted Delphi survey to extract arithmetical thinking factors. From the results of this research, we found the meaning of arithmetical thinking and the arithmetical thinking factors. Especially, the arithmetical thinking consists of 18 factors. It is important to pay attention to students' arithmetical thinking because there are various factors of the arithmetical thinking. It is necessary to identify the aspects of arithmetical thinking reflected in school mathematics based on the meaning of arithmetical thinking and its factors. Based on this, it is possible to find effective teaching and learning methods of arithmetic focusing on the arithmetical thinking.

  • Sustainable development is one of the important concept of the 21st century. Especially, Social sustainability is an important factor in today's society with the weakened community, and is needed exploring social sustainability in the residential environment as a container of human life. The purpose of this study was to develop the evaluation indicators and evaluation system of social sustainability in residential environment. In order to develop evaluation indicators first, the delphi expert survey was conducted to assess the adequacy of selected the evaluation indicators in previous studies. Second, expert survey using the method of AHP was progressed in order to analyze importance and weight of evaluation indicators and was analyzed using Expert Choice. The findings of this study are as followings; the evaluation system was composed of locality, communality and organisms. The communality is the most important. The locality was composed of historical and cultural, reflection of regional identity and homogeneous of regions. Reflection of local identity is the most important in locality area. The communality was composed of social integration environment, community activities and the community space. The community activities are the most important in communality area. The organism was composed of employment, self-sufficiency, welfare, population, safety and housing. Safety is the most important in the organism area.

  • It is the most important thing of the overall VE that we create inventive ideas from idea phase in the design VE. However, it is hard that it take a long time and create a superior idea using Brainstorming. And, it was real to lodge an alternative plan proposed on the idea thinking phase, it is true that an alternative plan of existing simply costdown apply to a change and insert isn't different from an inventive idea deduction. Also creating alternative idea, many expert hold on to only his field and it was exposed a limit depend on a team's experience or intuition than technical solution. In this study, we analyzed the problem of the present design VE processing and analyzed the problem through a survey to an expert, and then we'll suggest a possibility for an efficient design VE.

BSC를 활용한 출연연구기관 기관평가제도의 유효성 연구 : 기관평가지표 분석을 중심으로

  • 기관평가제도는 경영관리과정의 최종단계로 평가결과에 의한 인센티브 부여와 피드백과정을 갖는 경영관리의 중심분야 임에도 불구하고 아직까지 정부출연연구기관의 기관평가제도에 대한 유효성 평가에 대한 실증연구가 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서의 기관평가제도의 유효성에 대한 평가는 기관평가지표가 기관성과를 평가하기에 적절하게 구성되었는지의 여부와 연구기관의 의견이 반영되었는지 여부로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 세부적인 방법론을 사용하였다. 첫째, 연구기관의 특성분석과 선행연구를 통하여 연구기관의 BSC 모형을 도출하였다. 둘째, 출연 연구기관의 특성을 고려하여 관점을 도출한 후 전문가를 통한 델파이법(Delphi Method)으로 관점을 확정하였다. 셋째, 기존 평가제도에서 평가지표의 가중치(weight)를 분석하여 관점별로 분류한 후 BSC 형태로 재조정하여 기존 평가제도의 유효성을 분석하였다. 넷째, 피평가자의 설문조사를 통하여 피평가기관의 의견이 반영된 평가지표의 유효성을 분석하였다. 기존 평가제도의 평가지표와 연구기관의 의견이 반영된 평가지표가 BSC 모형에서 적절하게 구성되었는지 분석하기 위하여 연구기관의 BSC 관점간의 가중치가 기존 평가제도와 연구기관의 의견이 반영된 평가지표에 반영되었는지 검증하였다. 연구결과 기초 ${\cdot}$ 원천 연구에 주력하는 기초기술연구회, 산업화 ${\cdot}$ 상업화 연구에 주력하는 산업기술연구회, 공공성 ${\cdot}$ 대형연구에 주력하는 공공기술연구회간에는 미션과 특성이 다르기 때문에 검증결과 관점간의 가중치가 다르게 나타났다. 따라서, 현행 기관평가제도는 연구기관의 특성과 미션을 고려한 유효한 평가제도로 볼 수 있겠다. 연구기관의 의견이 반영되었는지 여부는 기존 평가제도와 연구기관의 의견이 반영된 평가제도를 대상으로 관점간 가중치의 우선순위로 검증하였다. 연구결과 관점간 가중치의 우선순위가 동일할 경우 현행 평가제도는 연구기관의 의견이 반영되었다고 볼 수 있으나, 검증결과 관점간 가중치가 다르게 나타났다. 또한, 추가적인 분석에서 연구회별 관점의 가중치와 소속 연구기관별 관점의 가중치를 분석한 결과 일부 연구기관에서는 연구회의 가중치와달리 나타났다. 따라서, 현행 기관평가제도는 일부 연구기관의 특성이 충분히 반영되지 않아서 유효한 평가제도로 볼 수 없다고 하겠다. 본 연구의 결과에 따라 출연연구기관의 기관평가지표에 대한 각 지표별 가중치와 지표 문항 개선시 유용한 자료로 활용되리라 본다.

A Study on the Construction of Curriculum Content for Training Assistive Product Specialist (복지용구 전문가 양성을 위한 교육과정 내용구성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop curriculum contents for assistive product specialists and to prepare professional standards for said curriculum. First, after identifying and targeting employees in the assistive product center, hospital and medical facilities staff, users of the assistive product, and instructors for the assistive product, the task importance and education required for each duty of the assistive product specialist were examined. Based on a demand analysis, the subjects(plan) for assistive product specialist was drawn and then the curriculum(plan) was developed. Regarding the developed subjects(plan) and curriculum(plan), a Delphi method was conducted with five professional panels to verify the validity. Finally, a curriculum(plan) for assistive product specialist was developed to include a total of 21 courses(17 compulsory courses, 4 elective courses) totaling 44 hours (36 hours for compulsory courses, 8 hours for elective courses). The construction of systematic content for of assistive product specialist curriculum for qualitative training of assistive product specialists is important. Through this study, it will now be possible to secure professionalism and qualitative improvements in curriculum for assistive product specialists.

Considering Information Security Professionals' Career to Analyze Knowledge and Skills Requirements (정보보호 전문인력의 경력에 따른 지식 및 기술 수요 특성)

  • As the awareness on the information security has been well developed, there have been various studies on effective training and management of the information security workforce. But, one of the most important things for the effective training is to develop education programs based on knowledge and skills requirements for information security professionals. This study aims to analyze the required and possessed levels of knowledge and skills for information security professionals' career. For this study, we selected 71 critical knowledge and skills for information security professionals by literature review and Delphi method, and we conducted a survey of information security knowledge and skills requirements for information security professionals to perform their jobs. As a result, we analyzed the current status of the information security professionals' knowledge and skills level and suggested some guidelines for educating information security professionals by their job career.

Development of Competency Model for Police' Digital Forensic Examiner (경찰 디지털증거분석관 역량모델 개발)

  • As digital evidence becomes more important in criminal investigations, disputes are increasing in court. As media diversifies and the scope of analysis expands, the level of expertise in digital forensics is also increasing. However, no competency model has been developed to define the capabilities of digital evidence examiners or to judge their expertise. There have been some studies that have derived the capabilities necessary for digital evidence examiner, but they are still insufficient. Therefore, in this study, 25 competency evaluation factors in a total of 9 competency groups were defined using methodologies such as expert FGI and Delphi survey. Specifically, it was defined as Digital Forensics Theory, Digital Evidence Collection&Management, Disk Forensics, Mobile Forensics, Video Forensics, infringement forensics, DB Forensics, Embedded(IoT) Forensics, and Cloud Forensics. The digital evidence examiner competency model is expected to be used in various fields such as recruitment, education and training, and performance evaluation in the future.

An Exploratory Study on the Globalization of Korean Cuisine through the Application of Multicultural Cuisine (다문화적 조리 접근법을 통한 한식 세계화에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • As Korean cuisine is one of our cultural assets and has global potential, it needs to be better marketed and known to the world. However, there is a lack of research examining what to and how to globalize Korean cuisine practically. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest fundamental reasons and ways to globalize Korean cuisine from a multicultural point of view. A Delphi method was selected because the study is suitable for a structured group of experts instead of unstructured groups or individuals. A panel of experts were selected from two groups, Korean experts and international experts. This research established the characteristics of Korean foods, the difficulties of Korean cooking methods and the incorporation or substitution of Western ingredients in two rounds. A panel of experts suggested strategies for globalizing Korean cuisine in the third round. As a result, meaningful solutions were suggested such as increasing the global profile and knowledge of Korean cuisine from 18 experts out of 23, developing various cooking methods for Korean-cuisine having distinctively Korean characteristics from 17 experts out of 23, developing recipes that are compatible with equipment and appliances in a western kitchen, and considering the differences in taste and texture(mouth-feeling) between Korean and the Western people.

The Development and Application of Integrating Instruction with Evaluation Materials for Strengthening of Independent Living Competence: Focused on Technology and Home Economics Education (기술·가정과 생활자립역량 함양을 위한 교수학습-평가 연계 자료 개발 및 적용)

  • The purpose of the study was to analyze the home economics education experts' and teachers' perception of ways to align instruction with evaluation, based on the 2015 revised technology and home economics curriculum for the purpose of developing the independent living competencies, and to provide examples of alignment in practice. The analysis is based on the data from a Delphi study (10 experts) and a survey of technology and home economics teachers(n=422). The results of survey indicated that experts and teachers perceived the instruction-assessment alignment to be most appropriate for project learning-project assessment, followed by project learning-portfolio assessment, problem solving learning-portfolio assessment, and problem solving learning-project assessment, in order. Based on the survey results, a model of instruction-assessment alignment and a teaching-learing plan were presented, based on 'Development task of life cycle and Life plan' unit. This was considered to be a proper method of instructional alignment for the purpose of developing 'independent living competence' with project-learning/project-assessment. The model focuses on consistency between instruction and evaluation, unity in methods, and the availablility of feedbacks of assessment for the improvement of independent living competencies. In conclusion, this study contributes as foundational information for teaching and learning-assessment alignment. Diverse methods of instruction-evaluation alignment is expected for future research.
