  • This study aimed to develop the standardized contents and methods for preventing sexual harassment for hight school students preparing for employment after graduation. Delphi methodology was used with 30 experts. Three-round Delphi surveys were analyzed using Kendall's coefficient of concordance W analysis, appropriateness for reliability of consensus opinion. Data were analyzed respectively by descriptive statistics using SPSS Win version 20.0. Results of this study showed that standardized contents were classified with 3 domains and 83 contents, then 46 contents were selected from Kendall's W analysis and weight rank. Finally, 37 contents have taken as standards contents for prevention education. If high school students are educated with systematic standardized education before employment, it will be prevented sexual harassment in the workplace after graduation.

  • Public transportation accessibility has been evaluated through minimum level of service for public transportation. However it is evaluated based operators rather than users. This study analyzed the users' accessibility(first-mile, last-mile) to public transportation using altteul transport card data. As a result of user's accessibility of public transportation, rural areas was lower than that in the urban areas. This study calssified type 1 and 2 based average approach time, and average approach time of Type 1 and 2 were more than average approach time of total area. We propsed an efficient introduction of autonomous public transportation on-demand service using delphi survey. As a result of delphi survey, experts agreed on 9 items regarding function, service item, route operation, approach distance, route mileage, punctuality.

  • In this study, the Delphi method and AHP (analytic hierarchy process) were used to evaluate tunnel collapse risk from a comprehensive and multifaceted perspective. Influence factors were established through literature reviews, previous studies, and brainstorming sessions with expert groups, resulting in the construction of five main classification systems. A panel of 21 experts was formed, and three rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted to prevent errors and biases in the expert judgment process, thereby enhancing reliability. Ultimately, 14 influence factors were identified through CVR (content validity ratio) and COV (coefficient of variation) analyses of the experts' responses. Subsequently, the AHP method was applied to assess the relative importance of each influence factor and calculate the final composite weights. The timing of support and reinforcement had the highest priority, followed by groundwater inflow, joint conditions, support pattern levels, and auxiliary methods. These findings help identify the key factors affecting tunnel collapse risk and provide a foundation for developing strategies to improve tunnel safety.

  • Objective : This study aimed to conduct a Delphi survey of occupational therapists with experience in elderly occupational therapy to derive items about the 'Elder Leisure Value Assessment Tool'. Methods : This study was conducted in two stages. The first stage was the collection of preliminary questions, and the second stage was the Delphi survey. In the first stage, a literature review and analysis of the 2019 National Leisure Activity Survey were conducted. The modified Delphi technique of the Delphi investigation was implemented in two rounds. Results : In the preliminary item collection phase, 39 items were selected for leisure value assessment and 45 were listed for the participating leisure activities. Subsequently, a Delphi survey of 25 professional groups resulted in 38 leisure value assessment items and 45 participating leisure activities. Conclusion : The questions drawn from this study are meaningful because they can identify specific leisure activities that the elderly participate in, as well as the various values that the elderly consider important when participating in such activities

  • This study is focused to find the ways to improve the effective BIM introduction plan on school building construction by Delphi Technique. For this, the questionnaire is made by in-depth interviews of 10 BIM specialists, the survey of other 30 experts was carried out. The results of 30 experts Delphi survey are as followed. (1) The haptic effect of BIM introduction is very rare as lack of awareness and information on BIM. (2) Problems are arising from deficiency of training and experience on BIM. (3) Practical utilizations of BIM are very useful. (4) Barriers of the spread of BIM are high cost and insufficient environments. (5) The development potential of BIM is high. In order to activate the BIM market, the introduction of an accurate evaluation criteria and rational cost calculation standard are needed.

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of a instrumental activities of daily living training program called grocery shopping for schizophrenic patients in Delphi. Methods : The final program items and contents were completed through the first and third delphi surveys from August 2018 to March 2019. The expert composition selected 26 occupational therapists related to mental health. Three surveys were conducted and 23 experts participated in the Delphi survey. The second questionnaire, which was created from an open questionnaire, was designed to indicate the degree of importance using the Likert 5-point scale. As a result of the response of the 3rd questionnaire, the level of expert consensus was reconfirmed by analyzing average, standard deviation, and content validity ratio (CVR). Results : Three rounds of Delphi research reveal four categories of questions: grocery shopping views, product purchase strategies, necessary functions, and expert knowledge and experience on how to make purchase decisions. 24 items were selected. Through the 2nd and 3rd Delphi surveys, 4 items that did not meet the criteria of goodness of fit of each item or duplicated the contents were deleted and finally 20 items were extracted. Conclusion : Experts' agreement on grocery shopping technology was drawn from an occupational therapy perspective so that patients with schizophrenia living in the community could recover and participate as a member of society.

  • FIDIC White Book is a Model Services Agreement between the Client and the Consultant. This study aimed to derive the Key Risk Sub-Clauses out of 63 Sub-Clauses of General Conditions of the FIDIC White Book by using the Delphi technique. A panel of 40 experts with more than 10 years of experience and expertise in overseas construction services agreements and FIDIC White Book was formed, and the reliability was improved in the direction of increasing the consensus of experts through a total of three Delphi survey processes. In the first Delphi survey, a closed-type survey was conducted on the impact of risk among 63 Sub-Clauses of General Conditions on a Likert 5-point scale, and 26 main risk Sub-Clauses were derived. The Content Validity of the results of the first Delphi survey was verified with the CVR value. In the 2nd and 3rd Delphi surveys, a closed-type survey was conducted on a Likert 10-point scale for 26 main risk Sub-Clauses and the risk possibility and impact of each main risk Sub-Clause were evaluated. The reliability of the 3rd Delphi survey result was verified with the COV value. Total 14 Key Risk Sub-Clauses were derived by applying the average risk possibility and impact of each of the 26 main risk Sub-Clauses to the PI Risk Matrix. The results of deriving Key Risk Sub-Clauses showed that agreement on specific scope of service, delay management, and change management were the most important. As a result of this study, from a practical point of view, consultants of consulting companies provide guidelines that should be reviewed to minimize contractual risks when signing service contracts with clients. From an academic point of view, the direction of research on deriving key risks related to service contracts for consultants participating in overseas construction is presented.

  • This study draws on the current momentum to diversify open government data research through multidimensional scaling and model development. It formulates a quality assessment model applicable to library open data, taking into consideration the paucity of such research in the field. The model was developed using the Delphi method and verified for validity and reliability on the basis of a survey administered to library open data users. The results of the fourth round exhibited an average of 4.00 for all measured elements and a minimum validity of .75, rendering the model appropriate for use in quality assessments of library open data. The convergence and stability results provided by the expert panel fell below .50, confirming that there was no need to conduct further surveys in order to establish the validity of the Delphi method. The model's reliability likewise garnered results of .60 and above in all three dimensions. This Model completed with the input of the Delphi panel was put through a verification process in which library open data users such as domestic and international librarians, developers, and open data activists reviewed the model for validity and reliability. The model scored low on validity on account of its failure to load all measure factors and elements pertaining to the three dimensions. Reliability results, on the other hand, were at 0.6 and above for all dimensions and measured elements.
