The Delphi is a popular technique for forecasting based on the opinions of experts. It is important to know how valid and reliable the technique is. In this paper, we analyze accuracy and precision of the Delphi in IT and BT of Korea, and also discuss the relationship between them. As a result of the analysis, the accuracy and precision of the forecasts partly have significant differences according to their area and degree of expertise. Besides, significant correlation between the accuracy and precision of forecasts with high expertise is found. The result indicates that the precision of forecasts can be a criterion of the accuracy of them.

This research is try to find what kind of LBS service & advertising methods are needed and demanded based on LBS technology by Delphi research method. The professional 50 panels are selected and questioned 3 times for what kind LBS service & advertising methods are needed and demanded. Through first questionnaire six category and detail kinds of LBS service & advertising method are found. and through second & third questionnaire degree of need & demand for detail LBS service & advertising methods are found. The result of this research will help to develope LBS industry & advertising industry by making them prepare for demanded LBS service.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to develop a competency indicators of occupational therapists for occupation-based intervention by conducting a Delphi survey to occupation-based intervention experts. Methods : After analyzing the data related to occupational therapists indicators in korea, the results of Delphi survey were collected three times from October to December 2016. Based on the results, we developed occupational therapists competency indicators for occupation-based intervention through expert panel's opinions. Results : Based on the eight competency elements, the competency indicators were examined by 133 primary and 133 secondary competency indicators. Finally, 131 competency indicators were developed based on 8 components as occupational therapist competence indicators for occupation-based intervention. The results of the third delphi showed a high level of content validity of .95, stability of .10, convergence of 0, and consensus of 1. Conclusion : The developed occupational therapist competence indicators for occupation-based intervention could be used in various clinical decision making such as occupation-based intervention, education training, education development and evaluation.

기술추세분석(trend analysis)이나 특허분석(patent analysis) 등과 같이 객관적 자료를 이용하는 여타 기술예측방법과 달리, 델파이 방법은 해당 분야에 대한 전문가들의 식견(또는 주관적 평가)을 예측의 유일한 원천으로 하고 있다는 점에서 예측결과에 대한 신뢰도 분석을 강하게 요구하고 있다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 본 연구에서는 최근에 실시된 산업기술예측(1998) 자료를 이용하여 델파이 방법을 이용한 기술예측의 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 분석은 전문가들의 예측결과에 대해 내적 일관성의 유지 여부와, 전문도가 상이한 집단간에 예측 결과의 차이가 있는지 여부를 중심으로 이루어졌으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응답 결과에 내적 일관성이 있는지 여부를 검정한 결과 생물·정밀화학분야를 제외한 모든 분야에서 일관성을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 두번째, 전문도가 높은 응답자들일수록 자신의 예측결과를 확신하고는 있으나, 전문도가 낮은 응답자들에 비해 예측결과에 이견이 큰 것으로 분석되었으며, 마지막으로 전문도가 높은 응답자들과 그렇지 않은 응답자들 사이에 기술과제의 예상 실현시기에 대해서는 거의 차이가 없는 반면, 합의(consensus)의 정도는 큰 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 델파이 방법을 이용한 기술예측을 설계하는 데 있어 몇가지 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 첫번째로 기술예측시 전문가들의 예측결과에 대해 내적 일관성이 존재하는 지 여부를 검증할 수 있도록 예측과정을 설계하는 것이 바람직하다는 것이다. 이러한 설계과정은 델파이 방법이 예측결과를 검증할 만한 객관적인 장치를 지니지 못하고 있다는 점에서 더욱 필요하다고 하겠다. 두번째는 정보로서의 가치가 큰 전문도가 높은 응답자들의 예측결과를 활용하기 위해서는, 예측결과에 대한 이들의 합의(consensus)의 정도를 높일 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다는 것이다. 델파이의 최종 라운드가 진행된 이후 이들에 대해서만 추가적인 라운드를 실시하거나, 예측과정에서 이들에게 관련 정보를 제공하는 것도 하나의 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다.

정보시스템의 위험분석은 평가결과의 신뢰성을 위해 전문지식을 가진 여러 명의 평가자에 의해 실시된다. 위험분석은 평가자의 주관적인 관점이 많이 작용하며 평가결과들 간에 편차가 생긴다. 따라서, 평가자 간에 의견을 조정하고 절충하는 절차가 필요하다. 하지만 일반적인 면대면(面對面) 의견조정 방법은 여러 가지 부작용이 있다. 본 연구에서는 비대면(非對面) 전문가 의견조정 방법인 델파이 방법을 연구하고 이를 위험분석 도구에 적용하기 위하여 웹기반 델파이의견조정시스템을 설계 및 구현해 보인다.

본고는 장비 부문에 대한 시장 전망을 하기 위하여 방법론을 정립하고 그에 대한 연구 결과를 제시한 사례 분석이다. 본고에서는 특히 네 가지 주요 장비 부문, 즉 기업의 구내 오피스 접속, 기업의 기간 네트워크, 교환기 및 전송 부문에 대한 초고속 관련 장비 및 기존 장비부문에 대한 비교 분석을 행한다. 시장 전망의 방법론으로서 본고에서 주요 분석 대상으로 하고 있는 초고속 네트워크 관련 장비와 같은 신규 장비 부문은 과거 자료가 존재하지 않기 때문에 이에 대한 방법론으로서 델파이 방법을 채택하였다. 또한 본고에서는 델파이 방법에 의한 정량적인 결과를 얻기 위하여 여러 가지 가능한 대안 등을 고려하였으며, 이와 관련한 체계적인 방법론을 정립하였을 뿐만 아니라 델파이 방법에 의해 얻어진 결과를 분석하는 방법을 제시하였다.

Purpose: Given the emergence of a new profession called a palliative care aide, this study aims to develop the scope of its practice using the Delphi consensus method. Methods: This study was participated by a panel of experts comprising 36 members who were involved in either hospice palliative care practice or making relevant policies. Through a four-step Delphi study, the feasibility of the duty, task and task element was examined. Among the results, items that scored over 4.0 out of 5.0 were selected. Results: The analysis of the Delphi study suggested four job duties, 15 tasks and 46 task elements to be included in the practice scope for palliative care aides. Conclusion: This study defined the scope of practice for palliative care aides, which is expected to prevent any conflict or confusion regarding their job and to promote the quality of their service.

Based on the service scenario proposed by the existing Kim Tae-wan (2018) who can safely evacuate inmates with the help of a mobile application linked to a fire detection system in the event of a fire, the final purpose of this study is to develop the scenario by incorporating more realistic scenarios with mobile stimuli that can help them escape or act through the Delph In addition, to make the scenarios produced more realistic considering the structure and copper lines of a typical building, expert scenario verification and Delphi technique were applied to exclude unnecessary or impractical aspects of the existing scenarios. The results of the second Delphi survey showed that the primary psychology that could be seen at the time of the fire alarm were doubts, safety concerns and alarm, and the results of the second Delphi survey were analyzed, and the satisfaction of the content adequacy (CVR), convergence, and consensus was derived. Finally, this was applied to create a scenario in which a mobile application was assisted to evacuate the fire response phase. This study will allow the use of methods to increase the evacuation rate of those who are in the event of a fire.

이 연구에서는 농업을 7개 기술분야로 나누어, 우리나라를 포함한 10개국의 기술수준을 특허, 논문, 델파이 분석을 통하여 비교하였다. 그 결과, 기술분야별로 한국의 순위를 살펴보면 특허분석의 경우 대부분 4위 혹은 5위를 차지하고 있으나 논문 순위는 대부분 8위 혹은 9위이다. 델파이분석의 경우 대부분 기술분야가 5-6위로 나타났다. 기술별로 보면 국민식량의 안정생산기술 분야와 농축산물 고품질 안정생산기술 분야가 상대적으로 높은 수준을 보유하고 있다고 나타났다.
