The purpose of this study is to present a guide for the development of research data management education programs for researchers affiliated with domestic universities and research institutions. In order to present the relevant program guide, first, we investigated and analyzed educational programs for overseas research data management. The educational programs studied and analyzed are RDMRose, RDMLA, DataONE, Digital Research Alliance of Canada, NNLM, PARTHENOS and Coursera. In addition, in order to confirm the appropriateness of the education program, it was reviewed through the detailed competency of data literacy researched in Korea. As a result of the review, most of the detailed competencies for data literacy were satisfied. Finally, a program guide for researchers was presented by synthesizing the research data management education programs that were investigated and analyzed. The results of this study will help develop research data management education programs that can systematically support and activate researchers belonging to universities and institutions.

요즘 우리의 생활 속에서 차세대 신기술로 주목할 만한 것이 바로 "빅 데이터" 이다. 하지만 빅 데이터는 아직 구체적인 개념이 모호한 상태이다. 빅 데이터란, 기존 데이터베이스 관리도구로서 데이터를 수집, 저장, 관리, 분석할 수 있는 역량을 넘어서는 대량의 정형 또는 비정형 데이터 집합 및 이러한 데이터로부터 가치를 추출하고 결과를 분석하는 기술을 의미한다. 이러한 분석된 데이터들은 여러 방면으로 활용이 가능하다. 이를 통해 기업에서는 비즈니스적인 활용이 가능하며 예측과 분석을 통해 사업전망을 내다볼 수도 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 모델 혁신을 위해 빅 데이터 기반 예측분석이 왜 필요한 지에 대해 논의하고 기업들이 혁신을 촉진하기 위해 사업전략 목표에 예측모델들을 활용하는 운영 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to determine crucial factors of consideration in ensuring the successful implementation of research data management services. The study begins by extracting a range of service areas from their equivalent in existing research on data management services. It then collects relevant information via e-mail survey from eight individuals respectively overseeing research data management services at six university libraries and one institution located throughout the United States, Germany, and Australia. Having originated in overseas cases, the resulting factors of consideration were reviewed by domestic experts in research data management services. The finalized areas of research data management services consist of nine categories. The crucial factors of consideration in RDM services are connection between research services and research data management services; national/university-level/institutional agreements; metadata entry personnel and required elements; strategies for the provision of specialized staff; major service area selection through user demand analysis; effective linkage between research data and research results; and close cooperation with users and related organizations.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors which have an effect on researcher's behavior and attitudes about depositing data from sponsored research. I analyzed the behavior, barriers, incentives and information infrastructure of 135 researchers in 35 Korean research institutes. The survey identified several factors that may encourage timely deposit of data by researchers. According to the analyzing factors, I propose the following methods in perception, incentives, use, policy and information infrastructure aspects.

반도체 미세화, Glass 대면적화에 따른 산포관리 및 불량방지 필요(공정이격관리), 설비 데이터만으로는 Sensitivity가 낮아 공정 관리 어려움에 따른 대안 필요, 향후 추가 센서에 대한 접목이 용이한 SW Frame 필요, 양산적용을 위한 설비 및 FAB Host의 자동화 연계 개발 필요, 이종데이터의 통합를 통한 최적의 진단 및 관리가 필요합니다(SCM:툴박스). 즉, 기존의 장비 Parameter가 아닌 실제 공정시 Chamber로부터 얻을 수 있는 물리, 전기, 화학적인 데이터를 적합한 이종(異種) 센서를 직접 부착하여 이들 데이터를 통합 관리 분석 및 실시간 Monitoring을 통한 공정 진단 및 실시간 진단을 실행하는 솔루션입니다. 실 공정 시 적용이 유리한 OES 데이터를 주요 인자로 이외의 기타 데이터를 추가로 통합하여 특화된 분석환경과 공정 모니터링을 통하여 TAT (Turn Around Time)를 줄이고, MTBC (Mean Time Between Clean)를 늘림으로써 궁극적으로 칩메이커의 제품의 가격 경쟁력을 확보 할 수 있는 기능이며, 설비사 입장에서는 자사설비의 지능형 시스템을 위한 제반 기술이기도 합니다.

위성은 임무를 수행함에 있어 수많은 주변장치와 탑재체로부터 데이터를 받는다. 이렇게 획득된 데이터를 활용하여 위성의 자세도 제어하고 전력도 관리하며 탑재체 목적에 따라 기상도 관측하고 해양도 관측하는 임무들을 수행한다. 또한 위성을 개발하면서 수행되는 여러가지 테스트에도 데이터를 활용한다. 이런 일련의 업무를 수행하면서 획득된 데이터는 위성내부의 관련 장치들에 대한 상태 정보를 확인하고 지상국에서 이상유무를 판단할 수 있는 정보도 제공하게 된다. 그러나 원하는 모든 데이터를 지상으로 보내기에는 대역폭이나 저장공간에 제약사항이 있다. 이런 이유로 필요한 데이터를 일정 포맷에 맞도록 정의한 후 데이터를 내려보낸다. 이런 데이터는 지상에서 데이터베이스로 관리된다. 본 논문에서는 국내 최초 정지궤도 위성인 천리안 위성의 데이터베이스를 분석하여 원격측정 데이터의 흐름을 이해하고자 한다.

마이크로 어레이 기술로 인해서 유전자의 발현 데이터를 대량으로 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 따라서 실험조건에 따른 유전자 발현 양상을 한눈에 볼 수 있게 되었고. 이를 기반으로 유전자간의 조절 관계를 예측할 수 있게 되었다. 또한 실험 이미지와 분석 파일들이 많아짐에 따라서 이러한 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하고, 저장하는 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 이 두 가지 시스템을 통합함으로써 유전자 조절 네트워크 분석에 필요한 발현 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하고 손쉽게 얻을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 분석 결과 또한 효율적으로 관리할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 유전자 네트워크 분석 시스템과 마이크로 이미지 및 분석 데이터 관리 시스템을 통합한 시스템을 소개하고 각 시스템에서 제공하는 기능과 통합 시스템의 특징에 대해서 소개한다.

본 연구는 공공기관에서 생산되는 기록물로서 가장 일반적이고 대표적인 공문서의 장기보존과 접근을 위한 상호운용성을 갖춘 보존 메타데이터 요소를 설정하는데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적으로는 기록물관리 표준인 ISO 15489에서 제안하는 메타데이터 요소와 우리나라의 메타데이터 요소의 비교분석을 통해 전자문서관리시스템의 최고 핵심인 공문서의 보존 메타데이터 항목을 연구하였다. 이는 향후 우리나라 환경에 적합한 표준화된 기록물 보존 메타데이터를 구축하는데 유용한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The main purpose of this study is to analyse and evaluate the metadata elements of 'Records System' and 'Electronic Document System' specifications for Korean government agencies based on functional requirements of ISO 15489. This present paper begins with discussing the characteristics of recordskeeping metada, and extract the metadata elements fulfilling the ISO 15489 functional requirements. And this study tries to compare the metadata elements of current specifications with ISO 15489 elements. Based on these analyses, it suggests the directions for improving current metadata specifications and for developing national metadata standard.
