In accordance with the completion of the spatial database building works in the central and/or local government authorities as well as the rapid popularization of various information services through internet, it is heavily required to provide spatial information services through World Wide Web. To provide a qualified spatial information service, it is crucial to have a Web-based GIS (Geographic Information Service) service system equipped with the publicity, the convenient accessibility, and the easy-to-use user interface. In this paper, we introduce a new component system for Web-based spatial information services based on the OpenGIS Simple Feature specification for OLE/COM[3] and OLE DB specification[4]. The important functionality of a Web-based spatial information service system includes its accessibility of various existing GIS server system and huge databases in addition to the resolution of response-time delay problems caused by transmitting a large amount of digital maps via internet[6]. To cope with these problems, our component system has been designed to access heterogeneous databases in transparent manner and to support vector-based and/or image-based image production techniques for shortening transmission time.

The main channels of the financial industry are rapidly changing to mobile. In this environment, banks are focusing on information and communication technology to secure their competitiveness, and rapid innovation is being pursued especially in the payment settlement sector. In October 2019, Korea also introduced open banking services to accelerate the financial innovation, such as the open conversion of financial settlement networks and the expansion of the use of simple payments. In this paper, an empirical study was conducted on the effect of domestic open banking quality factors on usage intention. The service quality factors for open banking were classified into interface design, innovation, security, and data sharing, and the technology acceptance model (TAM) was used to verify whether it has a significant effect on perceived convenience, usefulness and intention to use. According to the analysis results, while innovation and security did not have a significant effect on convenience and usefulness, interface design and data sharing were found to have an effect on perceived convenience. The results would provide implications for some quality issues for companies seeking to introduce open banking services as well as for the related academic arena.

In order to effectively promote a smart city, various urban information must be opened and linked, and the information system that each member can share is required. In addition, it is necessary to establish a cooperative system in which citizens and citizen's organizations can participate. In this study, the components and conceptual model of a smart city platform were proposed to create a smart city that enables citizen participation. Its components include sensors for collecting data from the real world, information storage and management, information sharing and standard system, citizens' personal information protection and management system, utilization and service, etc. For the conceptual model, roles of smart city members were defined, so that citizen-centered participation and services could be made. It also includes data collection, information linkage and sharing, and service configuration system. Citizens can perform various roles such as data collector and provider, service planner or requestor, service beneficiary, etc. Ultimately, free communication and exchange of opinions with citizens is a key factor in the success of smart cities.

This paper focus on the demand for broadcast and video archive contents by users outside broadcasters as the archive openness and sharing projects of terrestrial broadcasters have become more active in recent years. In the process of creating works using broadcasters' released video footage, the study examined the criteria by which video footage is selected and the methods and processes utilized for editing. To this end, the study analyzed the the case of the 5.18 footage video sharing project 〈May Story(Owol-Iyagi)〉 contest organized by KBS in 2022, in which KBS released its footage about the May 18 Democratic Uprising and invited external users to create new content using them. Analyzing the works that were selected as the winners of the contest, the research conducts in-depth interviews with the creators of each work. As a result, the following points are identified. Among the submitted works, many works deal with the direct or indirect experience of the May 18 Democratic Uprising and focus on the impact of this historical event on individuals and our current society. The study also examined the ways in which broadcasters' footage is used in secondary works. We found ways to use video as a means to share historical events, or to present video as evidence or metaphor. It is found that the need for broadcasters to provide a wider range of public video materials such as the May 18 Democratic Uprising, describing more metadata including copyright information before releasing selected footage, ensuring high-definition and high-fidelity videos that can be used for editing, and strengthening streaming or downloading functions for user friendliness. Through this, the study explores the future direction of broadcasters' video data openness and sharing business, and confirms that broadcasters' archival projects can be an alternative to fulfill public responsibilities such as strengthening social integration between regions, generations, and classes through moving images.

웹 서비스는 최근 급속한 발전과 함께 기존의 단절적이고 폐쇄적인 서비스에서 벗어나 정보를 개방하고 공유할 수 있는 웹 2.0 시대로 발전하고 있다. 또한 스마트 폰과 같은 휴대용 단말기의 빠른 보급과 함께 웹 서비스는 고정된 장소에서뿐만 아니라 이동 환경 등 다양한 장소에서 사용될 수 있어 웹 서비스에 대한 관심이 더욱 고조되고 있다. 이러한 웹 서비스는 Open API(Application Programming Interface)를 이용한 형태로 제공된다. 따라서 수집한 Open API 정보를 빠르고 쉽게 사용하려면 사용자에게 필요한 정보만을 제공할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국외의 타겟 사이트에서 획득한 Open API 데이터를 기반으로 데이터 마이닝을 통한 Open API정보의 시맨틱 어노테이션에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.

This study intended to show the way of evolving 'National Geographic Information Clearinghouse' to 'National Integrated Geospatial Portal'. For this purpose we have analyzed Geospatial One-Stop Portal in the US and then suggested future model of National Geographic Information Clearinghouse. The Integrated Geospatial Portal model is based on the Reference Model for Open Distributed Processing(RM-ODP) which is an international model for information distribution and sharing. The Integrated Geospatial Portal architecture consists of the data layer, middle-ware, presentation layer. It will help users to determine their fitness for nation wide GIS application and provide tools for accessing, visualizing, or ordering various geospatial data.

박물관 3.0시대의 도래와 함께 박물관 경영 측면에서 빅데이터 분석, 그리고 공유와 개방의 관점 및 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼과 마케팅 도구로써 소셜 미디어의 영향력이 증대되고 있다. 모바일 애플리케이션이나 비콘에 의존했던기존의 박물관 빅데이터 분석과는 달리, 본 연구에서는 전시에 대한 인스타그램의 해시태그를 분석함으로써, 관람객 분석도구로써 인스타그램 해시태그의 효용성과 가치를 입증하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 최근 2년 동안 국내에서 개최된 다섯 개의 전시의 인스타그램 해시태그를 수집 및 시각화했다. 그 결과, 모든 전시의 인스타그램의 해시태그는 전시명, 전시장소, 전시회, 지역명, 작가명에 집중되었다. 결론적으로 인스타그램의 해시태그는 전시관람 경험에 대한 분석을 위한 빅데이터로 사용하는 것이 부적합했다. 또한 관람객 개발을 위한 도구로써 인스타그램 해시태그의 효용성과 가치는 입증되지 못한 반면, 노출형에 해당하는 해시태그의 정보 확산에 대한 잠재력은 확인되었다.

IP기반 미디어 서비스는 대규모 사용자를 확보할 수 있고, 사용자 규모에 따른 수익을 올릴 수 있기 때문에 방송사에서는 중요 서비스의 하나로 인식하고 있다. 사용자의 지속적이고 빠르게 변화하는 새로운 서비스에 대한 요구사항들을 만족시키기 위해서 방송사는 보유하고 있는 관련 시스템들을 항시 새로운 서비스에 유연하게 대처할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 IP기반 미디어 서비스에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 체계화된 방송콘텐츠 서비스 개방형 아키텍처 (OASIS: Open Architecture for Systematic IP-based Services)를 제안한다. 'OASIS'는 제작 시스템에서 자동으로 콘텐츠(예. 에센스와 메타데이터)를 수집하고 다양한 서비스에 맞게 수집된 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 체계적이고 유연한 아키텍처이다. 더불어 OASIS는 방송콘텐츠 저작권 확보 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 하였기 때문에 최근 중요시되고 있는 저작권이 확보된 콘텐츠를 서비스할 수 있다. 제안하는 아키텍처는 시스템들 간에 콘텐츠를 교환할 때 표준화된 메타데이터와 ID를 사용하여 교환하게 함으로써 서비스 할 콘텐츠를 자동으로 시스템화하여 수집할 수 있다. KBS는 2년간의 작업을 거쳐 방송콘텐츠를 공유하는 데 필요한 메타데이터와 ID의 표준화 작업을 수행하였으며, 이를 기반으로 체계적으로 자동화된 수집 체계를 고안하였다. 다양한 서비스에 유연하게 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위한 측면으로는 openAPI(Application Programming Interface)를 활용하여, 서비스의 요구에 맞는 콘텐츠 내용을 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 마지막으로 라이선스 관리 측면으로는 방송 콘텐츠 제작 시 수집할 수 있는 계약 정보 및 서비스 유통 가능 범위를 체계화함으로써, 제작 시에 저작권 정보를 수집하고, 해당 콘텐츠와 연동하여 서비스 가능 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안한 아키텍처를 활용하여 다양한 서비스의 요구에 대응할 수 있는 콘텐츠 서비스 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

As open data(public data) began to be recognized as a source of national economic development, many countries began to build public data portals and provide open data to the private sector. In accordance with this trend, open source communities have begun to develop open data platform such as CKAN and enable to share dataset among open data platforms by applying metadata standard technology. However, many governments and local governments are still making it difficult to share data between data portals because they build their own platforms. In this paper, we propose a DCAT-based metadata transformation tool to solve these problems, and show how to transform a dataset into DCAT.

Sharing and reutilizing of research data could not only enhance efficiency and transparency of research process, but also create new science through data integrating and reinterpretationing. Diverse policies about research data sharing and reutilizing have been developing, along with extending of research evaluating spectrum that across research data citation rate to social impact of research output. This study analyzed the scale and citation number of research data which has not been analyzed before in korea through data citation index using Kruskal-Wallis H analysis. As result, genetics and biotechnology are identified as subject areas which have most huge number of research data, however the subject areas that have been highly cited are identified as economics and social study such as, demographic and employment. And Uk Data Archive, Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research are analyzed as data repositories which have most highly cited research data. And the data study which describes methodology of data survey, type and so on shows high citation rate than other data type. In the result of altmetrics of research data, data study of social science shows relatively high impact than other areas.
