Information sharing behavior in the Internet has raised much interest. Recently, social network sites provide a new information sharing channel for the users who want to connect with others based on common social background or tastes. Especially, we focus that a social network site becomes one of major routes for information sharing about socially influential issues. Therefore, studying how information is diffused via a social network site may give theoretically, practically significant implication. Based on the assertion, we investigated user's behavior to mediate other user's information messages. We define information mediating behavior as concurrent actions of filtering and distributing behavior of the digital content that is originated from one of the connected users. In this study, we intended to understand the effects of information mediating behavior, and tried to understand characteristics of re-mediating of previously mediated information. Using an agent-based simulation model, we found that information mediating behavior increased the extent of information diffusion significantly. In addition, even a small degree of mediating probability could boost up the level of information diffusion in the case of a re-mediating condition. We believe that those findings provide remarkable insight of research and business application on both of information sharing and diffusion in a social network site.

This paper attempts to explore the use of social metadata in academic libraries. A total of 173 academic libraries were examined and analyzed. Various social metadata were reviewed, involved with users' participation and contribution. Error-reports, tagging, recommendations, ratings, reviews, comments, sharing, and community were identified that support selection, sharing and collaboration through social engagement. Suggestions drawn from the findings are offered to utilize social metadata in order to enhance users' contribution and interaction. It is hoped that this exploratory study will provide insight into the use of social metadata in academic libraries.

지역 사업에 있어서 주문 배달 시스템은 고객의 편의 제공 및 Franchise의 수익 구조에 큰 영향을 준다. 주문 배달 시스템에 있어서 중요한 점은 다양하게 존재하는 지역 정보들을 효과적으로 이용하는데 있다고 할 것이다. 현재 국내 사이트에서 구축되어 있는 지역 정보 관리 시스템은 분리된 해당 지역 정보만 제공하고 있는 실정이다. 즉, 통합된 체계의 정보 서비스가 되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 전국의 모든 지역 정보 관리를 시행하는 사이트는 전무한 상태이다. 본 논문의 부 프로세스에서는 지역 사업을 하는 데 있어 필요로 하는 다양한 지역 정보를 데이터베이스화하고 그에 따라 여러 가지 형태의 UI(User Interface)를 제공하고, 또한 상점에서 사용하는 사용자 프로그램의 개발과 상점의 특성을 파악하여 그에 맞는 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 부 프로세스의 개발의 기반 구조가 되는 관리자 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 즉, 지역 사업을 합에 있어 초기 데이터 구축 및 사업권 영역의 확장 및 관리라는 측면을 고려할 때 각 지역을 관리하게 될 MF(Master Franchise)와 F(Franchise)가 협력하여 현지의 현실감 있는 정보를 즉시적으로 반영하며 구축해 나갈 수 있는 관리자 시스템을 개발한다.

인터넷의 발달로 인터넷 사용자는 기하급수적으로 증가하게 되었으며, 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 수많은 응용프로그램들이 개발되고 있다. 인터넷상에는 수많은 사이트(site)들이 존재하며 방문자들의 주목을 받기 위하여 여러 가지 기법을 선보이고 있다. 그러나 컴퓨터상의 정적인 2차원 평면하에서는 현실감 및 입체감을 경험하는 것이 한계가 있다. 따라서 플래시(flash)와 같은 플러그인(plug-in) 및 동영상을 도입하여 동적인 컨텐츠를 제공하는 사례가 늘고 있으며 한편으로 최근 가상현실(Virtual Reality) 기법을 이용한 사이트들이 점차 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 가상현실은 컴퓨터가 제공하는 3차원의 컴퓨터 그래픽 기술을 이용하여 사용자와 온라인으로 상호대화를 하는 기법이라고 간단히 정의할 수 있다[2,3]. 가상현실을 이용하여 3차원 실시간 구현 기술을 웹에 적용시킴으로서 3차원 공간에서 현실감을 느낄 수 있게 함과 동시에 입체적인 정보를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있게 하는 기법들이 속속 선보이게 되었다. 현재 다양한 인터넷 기반 3차원 가상 현실 기술이 각각 서로 다른 기술 및 특징들을 가지고 나와 있다. 3차원 가상 공간을 구현한다. 선택한 물체에 사진 이미지기반 방식과 3차원 모델링 방식을 모두 적용하여 보다 현실감 있고 모든 방향으로의 접근이 가능하도록 하며. 또한 3차원 사운드 및 동영상도 함께 제공하며 가상 공간과 인간의 실질적 교감을 현실화 시키는 인터페이스를 제시하는 데에 연구의 목적이 있다.

The rapid growth of e-business market makes new online companies to start and existing offline companies to join in this area. As the number of players of this market grows rapidly, the competition among them is very intense. Many companies invest huge resources to online marketing including search advertisement, email advertisement and banner advertisement. Because these traditional online marketing activities mainly focus on how to invite visitors to their web sites, ROI of these marketing activities are getting lower. Many companies are looking for a new marketing method to escape this situation. In this paper, we propose ROMS (Realtime Online Marketing System) which supports tools to improve conversion ratio of e-commerce sites, ROMS gathers behavioral data of visitors and analyzes it in realtime. ROMS supports live chats, visitor profiling, context analysis, event detection, and live marketing. With ROMS, personalized offers based on visitors' realtime context can be made for each visitor.

성공적인 창업을 위해서는 창업가의 준비가 선행되어야 하지만, 매력적인 사업 아이디어의 계발이 뒤따라야 한다. 그러나 지금까지의 창업연구는 창업행동과 사업성과에 영향을 미치는 창업가 요인에 치우쳐 있으며, 사업 아이디어의 계발과 평가에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이 연구는 고객이 상품을 구매하기 전 인터넷 검색엔진에서 해당 상품에 대한 검색을 하는 경우가 일반화되고 있다는 사실과 고객이 검색엔진에 입력하는 키워드는 고객의 의도를 대변한다는 사실을 기초로, 키워드로 표현된 사업 아이디어의 매력도를 객관적으로 측정하는 방법을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다.이 연구는 키워드로 표현된 사업 아이디어 매력도(BIA)를 구매의도를 가진 잠재고객의 자사 웹 사이트 방문수로 정의한다. 키워드로 표현된 사업 아이디어 매력도(BIA)는 [해당 키워드의 조회수(Q) ${\times}$ 구매의도 비율(R) / 경쟁 사이트의 수(S)]의 수식으로 나타낼 수 있으며, 수식을 구성하는 변수 중에서 해당 키워드의 조회수(Q)와 경쟁 사이트의 수(S)는 검색엔진에서 쉽게 제공 받을 수 있으므로, 구매의도 비율(R)만 알 수 있다면 BIA를 비교적 정확히 추정할 수 있다. 연구자는 특정 분야 키워드 100개를 선정한 다음, 전문가로 하여금 각 키워드의 구매의도 비율(R)을 추정하게 하고, 전문가 추정 없이도 구매의도 비율을 예측할 수 있도록 각 키워드의 구매의도 비율(R)을 예측하는 주요 데이터를 의사결정 나무 기법으로 도출하고, 의사결정 나무 기법으로 도출된 데이터로 구성된 회귀식을 제시함으로써 키워드로 표현된 사업 아이디어 매력도(BIA)를 객관적으로 평가하는 방법을 제시한다. 이 연구는 사업 아이디어의 계발과 평가에 대한 객관적인 기준을 제시함으로써 창업의 성공률을 높이는 데 기여할 수 있고, 창업연구에 새로운 방법론을 도입했다는 점에서 의의가있다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the subject and standards of evaluation on integrated IR interface. For this study, we studied the preceding research about major IR interface models. We took the survey for interface elements which were verified by experts. These interface elements are divided twe viewpoints. One is the cognitive viewpoints which are the page design, content design, site design, output form, usability and aesthelic facet. The other is the objective viewpoints which are page design, dontent design, site design, output for and usability. We found that these evaluation elements have a crediblilty.

Nowadays, web defacement becomes the utmost threat which can harm the target organization's image and reputation. These defacement activities reflect the hacker's political motivation or his tendency. Therefore, the analysis of the hacker's activities can give the decisive clue to pursue criminals. A specific message or photo or music on the defaced web site and the outcome of analysis will be supplying some decisive clues to track down criminals. The encoding method or used fonts of the remained hacker's messages, and hacker's SNS ID such as Twitter or Facebook ID also can help for tracking hackers information. In this paper, we implemented the web defacement analysis system by applying CBR algorithm. The implemented system extracts the features from the web defacement cases on zone-h.org. This paper will be useful to understand the hacker's purpose and to plan countermeasures as a IDSS(Investigation Detection Support System).

This study focuses on the on-line civic social movement which is based on the individual dimension. This kind of on-line social movement is organized voluntarily by the citizens who have the common concerns about issues and problems raised in the net. In the context, this paper analyzes what is the characteristics of discourse formed in the process of public discussion concerned about the anti-Nix movement. And, this study also analyzed who was processed the anti-Nix movement through which steps and what kinds of way in the case of anti-nix movement. Based on the research results, the anti-Nix movement is led by the organizer of the movement and the active participants of it. This study also found out that the various movement strategies of the site organizer were the major reasons of the success of anti-Nix movement. This study also found out that the discussion board of anti-Nix movement is close to the function and role of traditional public sphere rather than those of the swearwords and libels.

Bayer 공정은 가성소다를 이용하여 보오크사이트로부터 수산화알루미늄을 추출하는 공정이다. 그러나 보오크사이트 추출 후 1차 침전공정에서 반응한 보오크사이트 잔사는 침전시킴으로써 깨끗한 공정액을 분리하는 데 이때 침전되지 못한 다량의 분산성 고형물이 공정액 중에 존재하게 되는데 이를 분산성 보오크사이트(레드머드) 미립자라하며 보통 80-100mg/$\ell$의 농도를 나타낸다. 그러므로 이를 제거하기 위해 다음 공정인 입상여과필터 공정을 사용하는데 이때 필터링 효율증대를 위해 보조제로써 다량의 소석회(Ca(OH)$_2$)를 투여하여 공정액 중의 고형물을 농도를 8-100mg/$\ell$에서 5mg/$\ell$로 낮추는 공정을 사용하고 있다. 특히 국내 수산화알루미능 제조회사일 KC(주)의 경우 소석회 사용량이 일 10톤, 년간 약 3,600톤을 사용함으로써 소석회의 사용량에 따라 같은 량의 슬러지가 발생되게 된다. 따라서 여과후 발생되는 슬러지의 처리비용 문제(연간 9천만원)와 소석회의 미립자에 의한 공정액의 2차 오염과 제품 품질 저하(quality claim) 및 소석회 사용량에 따른 연간 원료비(연간 3억원) 등의 상당한 문제점을 나타내고 있는 실정이다. 아울러 최근 고품위 수산화알루미늄의 공급 요구에 따라 여과시 정제기준이 점차 낮아져 이제는 1mg/$\ell$ 이하를 유지하여야 하는 근본적인 문제에 봉착해있는 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 소석회를 사용하는 입상여과법을 대체하기 위한 신공정개발을 추진하였으며, 그동안 카트리지여과법 등의 다양한 실험 결과로부터 최근 필터 보조제를 첨가하지 않는 물리적 여과방법인 세라믹 막 여과법의 적용 가능성을 확인하고 친환경공정인 세라믹 막 여과 실용화 공정 기술을 개발하였다. 세라믹 막 여과 법은 여과 보조제를 사용하지 않으므로 2차적인 슬러지 발생등의 환경문제를 발생하지 않으며, 공정액에 첨가제를 투입하지 않으므로 순환형 친환경공정으로 각광받을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 고온, 고농도의 NaOH 수용액의 처리에 적합한 막소재와 발생될 수 있는 제반 문제점 등을 파악하였고, 장기간의 실험을 거쳐 최적 투과 압력(Trans membrane pressue), 세정 조건 및 주기, 막재질에 있어서 보강하여야 할 Point, 최적 운전 조건들을 토출해 내었고, 향후 실제 Plant에 적용할 계획이다.
