Due to the development of Internet, number of online documents and the amount of web services are increasing dramatically. However, there are several procedures required, before you actually find what you were looking for. These procedures are necessary to Internet users, but it takes time to search. As a method to systematize and simplify this repetitive job, this paper suggests a DotQuery based interactive search agent. This agent enables a user to search, from his computer, a plenty of information through the DotQuery service. which includes natural languages. and it executes several procedures required instead. This agent also functions as a plug-in service within general web browsers such as Internet Explorer and decodes the DotQuery service. Then it analyzes the DotQuery from a user through its own program and acquires service results through multiple browsers of its own.

최근 급속하게 발전하고 있는 컴퓨터, 인터넷 분야의 디지털 기술과 함께 방송 환경도 기존의 아날로그 방식에서 디지털 방식으로 바뀌어 가고 있다. 최근 이러한 디지털 방송 환경의 도입으로 A/V 프로그램의 고화질 서비스 제공과 더불어 다양한 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 방송망을 통해 전송할 수 있는 데이터방송 기술에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 현재 실시간 운영체제(Real Time O/S)를 이용한 독립형 데이터방송 셋톱박스들의 성능은 Java 나 XML을 기반으로 저작된 콘텐츠들을 처리할 수 있으나 MPEG-4와 같은 객체 기반의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 처리하기에는 연산 능력의 한계를 가지고 있다. 그러나 앞으로 데이터방송 서비스의 발전 방향은 시청자가 직접 방송 내용에 대해 활발하게 상호 작용을 할 수 있는 대화형 방송 서비스로 발전할 것이다. 이러한 대화형 방송에서 사용되는 콘텐츠는 복잡하고 계산량이 많이 요구되며 이를 처리하기 위해서 셋톱박스는 높은 연산량을 가진 다양한 멀티미디어 기능을 처리할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 디지털 지상파 데이터방송시 ATSC-DASE 기반의 콘텐츠와 MPEG-4 콘텐츠를 수신하고 처리할 수 있는 PC 기반의 고성능 셋톱박스에 대한 설계 방안을 제안한다.

In the 21s1 century, it may be possible to offer comprehensive service by integrating all communication media under the development of digital technology without the classification of broadcasting and communication. In addition, it will be begun to perform HDTV broadcasting by focusing on the Metropolitan area in 2001yr and will permit over 100 channels for satellite communication, thus multi-channel TV broadcasting age has come in Korea. Therefore, this study is to identify the future environment of TV broadcasting and service area in ISDB age and to present new interactive type publication satellite TV transmission system, which provides customizing type digital screen book publication, by analyzing satellite broadcasting technology to create Korean cultural area around the Korean peninsula.

IP(Internet Protocol)망을 이용한 IPTV가 활발하게 제공되고 있다. IPTV는 기존의 방송방법과는 다르게 대역폭에 제한 없이 서비스를 제공할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한 통신 기능이 가능하므로 기존 방송에서 서비스 할 수 없었던 대화형 방송 등의 서비스가 가능해 졌다. 그러나 공용 통신망을 사용하므로 기존 방송에서는 문제가 되지 않았던 전송오류 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 사용자가 급격히 증가하거나 데이터가 폭주할 때, 방송 품질이 급격하게 열화 될 수 있으며, 이는 방송 서비스 상에서 문제를 일으킨다. 방송 서비스의 품질을 일정하게 유지하기 위해서는 IPTV서비스의 객관적인 모니터링이 필수적이며, 국내외 표준화 기관에서 IPTV 서비스의 품질 모니터링을 위한 표준화 작업이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IPTV의 품질측정관련 표준을 검토하고 IPTV 서비스 상에서 사용자 품질을 측정할 수 있는 방법을 고찰한다.

소셜 네트워크 서비스는 사용자간의 통신수단 및 자신을 표현하는 하나의 수단으로 사용되면서 다양한 정보를 보유하고 있다. 이러한 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 모바일 디바이스를 통하여 사용하는 사용자가 늘어 가고 있다. 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 컴퓨터 디바이스를 통하여 사용하는 경우 컴퓨터 디바이스 내부에는 캐쉬, 히스토리와 같은 일반적인 웹 서비스 이용 로그 기록을 남기게 된다. 모바일 디바이스를 사용하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용하는 경우 원활한 서비스 이용을 위하여 사용자의 개인 정보, 친구 정보, 대화 내용과 같은 유출되면 악용 될 수 있는 민감한 정보를 모바일 디바이스 내부에 저장하여 서비스 한다. 이러한 민감한 데이터는 적절한 보안 관리가 실행되어야 한다. 하지만, 다양한 보안 취약점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 모바일 소셜 네트워크 서비스 데이터 관리 보안 취약점에 대하여 분석하고 대응방안에 대하여 연구한다.

Computer-Aided Control Engineerig(CACE) 프레임워크는 컴퓨터 제어시스템의 개발비용과 신뢰성에 대한 위기에 대처하여, 제어시스템 엔지니어링 분야의 독립적인 소프트웨어 패키지들을 상호 호환성 있게 통합하여 컴퓨터 제어시스템의 모델링과 구현, 유지보수 및 소프트웨어 재사용에 이르는 라이프사이클 전단계에 걸쳐 일관적으로 사용될 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 개념의 개방형 통합 소프트웨어 패키지 운영체제가 광범위한 응용분야에서 재사용될 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 5가지 서비스 클래스를 제공하는 프레임워크라는 기반구조에 의해 개발되어야 한다. 프레임워크에서 제공하려는 서비스들은 여러 응용분야의 소프트웨어 패키지들을 통합적으로 운영하기 위하여 필수적으로 요구되는 서비스 개념으로서 데이터베이스 서비스, 모델정의 서비스, 태스크 운영 서비스, 사용자 대화 서비스, 프로세스 통신을 위한 메시지 서비스들이 존재한다.

WiBro 서비스는 휴대형 단말기를 통해 실외에서도 정지 및 이동중에도 고속도로 인터넷에서 접속하여 필요한 정보나 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 이용할 수 있게 하는 통신 서비스이다. WiBro 유무선통합커뮤니케이션 서비스는 WiBro 뿐만 아니라 유선 초고속 인터넷, 무선랜 등 통합 환경에서 메신저, 영상대화, MMS, e-메일 등 다양한 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 제공하는 서비스로 언제 어디서나 사용자가 상대방과 연결될 수 있는 유비쿼터스 커뮤니케이션을 제공한다. 다양한 단말, 장비기기들 및 사업자간의 상호 운용이 가능하도록 IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) 아키텍처를 기반으로 SIP 표준 프로토콜을 사용하여 구축되었으며 IP 커뮤니케이션을 중심으로 다양한 응용서비스 연동 및 제공이 가능하다.

Artificial Intelligence is one of the technologies that are being discussed in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, attracting the attention from companies around the world and this technology is being applied to various industries such as education, finance, automobile, etc. AI integrated ChatBot is a system designed to respond to user questions according to defined response rules. This system is gradually expanded from simple inquiry responses for intelligent virtual assistant service, weather, traffic, schedule, etc. to service provisions through user pattern analysis, to solidify its position as a life-style service. As a result, research on AI integrated ChatBot platform has become necessary. Therefore, this study suggests the design and implementation of an intelligent chatbot service platform for small businesses.

The Rich Communication Service(RCS) is a next generation mobile messaging service. Since it has been developed and managed by a wireless service provider, 3rd party application developers cannot utilize the RCS features in their apps. A few studies have been proposed to solve this problem, even though they were not viable level of deployment. This paper presents a Web-based Rich Communication Service Software Framework(WebRSF) to help the 3rd party application developers adopt RCS features easily. WebRSF converts complicated RCS protocols to simple web-based protocols for providing the RCS 1-to-1 chat service to the 3rd parties. Communication protocols between WebRSF and its clients are defined in this paper. Also, a network configuration diagram and a message flow diagram are defined. Finally, performance evaluation between the WebRSF client and the RCS client are performed to simulate the load on clients' devices. It shows that the WebRSF client has 17% less loads than the RCS client while initiating sessions, and has 25% more loads after initiating sessions.
