Structural Relation Model on Customer Satisfaction of Biggest Discount Retailers (대형할인점의 고객만족도를 위한 구조적 관계 모형 연구)

  • In this paper, it should be established what influence to customer satisfaction by advertisement and promotion, store management and quality of products of large discount stores, and in order to present the structural relation model. In order to establish it empirically, this study proposed a structured alternative model by conducting a survey to customers live in metropolitan areas who use biggest discount store, through the SPSSWIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. This analysis shows a number of points, first, customers were aware of having meaningful impact on store management to products quality. Through broad and clean store represents confidence appears to have a products quality. Second, the store management were shown to have a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction. Cleanliness and atmosphere of store, convenience of parking facilities, and transportation convenience of their roles in customer satisfaction seem to believe. Third, advertising and promotion is shown to not affected meaningful impact on stores management, products quality and customer satisfaction.

  • In this paper, a point-to-multipoint wireless communication system based on Bluetooth specifications, which is possibly applied to very large vessels, is implemented and analyzed. Here, a communication network is composed of a slave Bluetooth module connected to the task computer and multiple master Bluetooth modules equipped with a sensor. And exploiting the point-to-multipoint data communication among the Bluetooth modules, a surveillance system that recognizes and controls a variety of emergency situations happened on a large vessel is implemented. It is, therefore, considered that the wireless communication system implemented in this paper is possibly exploited a basic technology for the digital shipbuilding of the next generation.

  • 국내 커피산업에 있어서 2020년 기준으로 개인 커피전문점 점포수는 7만 5520곳으로 전체 커피전문점 점포수의 90%를 차지하였으나, 국내 3대 대형 커피프랜차이즈(스타벅스, 투썸플레이스, 이디야)의 매출액 비중은 60%으로 대형 커피프랜차이즈의 매출비중이 매우 높다[1]. 개인 커피전문점의 경우 대형프랜차이즈에 비해 자본력과 브랜드 파워 부족으로 어려움을 겪고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 마이클포터의 Five-Forces Model을 커피산업에 적용하여 한국 커피산업 외부환경을 분석하고, VRIO 분석을 통해 개인 커피전문점 내부자원을 분석하여 개인 커피전문점의 발전을 위한 경영전략을 도출하고자 한다.

A Study on the Re-examination of Parking Requirements for Discount Stores and the Utilization Plan of Parking Space (대형할인점 부설주차장의 설치기준 재검토 및 활용방안 연구)

  • This study conducted parking demand-supply analysis of 13 big discount stores' in Busan using qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Based on the analysis, we reexamined the parking requirements in discount stores and suggested effective use plan of established parking lots. We found that all big discount stores in the study had more parking spaces than actual parking demands. Also, there are differences of parking occupancy rate by their location types. Third, even if the minimum standard for parking provision in the stores is reduced by up to 20%, they would be adequate to respond current parking demands. Thus, we suggest to consider different parking standards depending on location types. Finally, in order to utilize surplus parking spaces, this study suggests to examine whether parking with various purposes besides shopping is permitted or not.

  • Holographic Stereogram can provide the depth perception without the visual fatigue and dizziness because it use multiple images acquired from the multiple viewpoints. In order to produce a holographic stereogram, it is necessary to obtain perspective images of a live object and record it on film using a digital hologram printer. when acquiring perspective images, the hologram without distortion can be produced only when the perspective images with a constant distance between the camera and the target is obtained. If the target is small, it is possible to keep the constant distance from the camera to object. but if it is large, this is difficult to keep the constant distance. In this study, we photograph the large object using the POI (Point of Interest) function which is one of the smart flight modes of drone to produce perspective images required for the hologram production. after that, problems such as the unexpected shakings and distance change between camera and object is corrected in post production. as a result, we produce the perspective images.

  • The present study attempts to provide the practical methodology to determine the spatial boundary of trade area, not depending on conventional circle-based regional analysis, but adopting dimension-diverging conception based on GIS and road connectivity by exemplifying a large-scale discount store with an outlook to enhance accuracy and reliability in trade area analyzing. Unlike the preliminary researches frequently relying on circular form of interpretation which were not likely to exclude obstacles blocking the accessibility to trade areas, the method suggested by the study is to suggest an alternative way for demarcating the trade areas more practically with better access by excluding in-between obstacles. Finally, we show verification of proposed cost models and performance by join strategy.

Comparison of Spring Cultivars of Radish for Kakdugi Preparation (봄무 품종별 깍두기 가공 적성의 비교)

  • Physicochemical and sensory properties of Kakdugi prepared with spring cultivars of radish were compared during fermentation. Among 5 cultivars,` ‘Bagkwang’‘Chunhadaehyung’and ‘Bakbong’ were heavier in average weight and longer in length than others. Sugar content and hardness were the highest in ‘91144’and ‘Bakbong’, while moisture content, in ‘Bagkwang’ and ‘Bakbong’, During fermentation at 20$\^{C}$ for 11 days, a great decrease in pH and great increase of acidity were observed in five Kakdugi samples after day 2. The acidity of ‘Bagkwang’ and ‘Housebommoo’ increased rapidly after day 2 until day 5 and then reached around 1.04-1.08% (lactic acid) at day 11, while those of ‘91144’ and ‘Bakbong’ increased slowly until day 5, but after day 7 increased rapidly up to 1.2-1.3%(lactic acid). ‘91144’ showed the highest ‘a’ value(redness), but ‘Bagkwang’, the lowest. Decrease in hardness during fermentation was the least in ‘Bakbong’, while ‘Chunhadaehyung’, the greatest. The result of sensory evaluation suggested that ‘Bakbong’and ‘Housebommoo’ were the best among spring cultivars of radish for Kakdugi preparation.

  • 점농어, Lateolabrax maculatus는 옛부터 우리나라의 횟감으로 이용되던 어종으로 대 크기가 100cm를 넘는 대형종이다. 그리고, 성장이 빠르고 담수적응력이 강할 뿐만 아니라 수온변화에도 강해 해상가두리 및 축제식 양식대상어종으로 선호하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 점농어의 양식활성화를 위해서는 전용 배합사료의 개발이 시급하다. 그러나 배합사료개발에 관한 연구는 거의 없어 효율적인 해면양식이 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 점농어의 생산량 증대를 위한 일련의 연구로 점농어 배합사료 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 단백질 수준을 달리한 사료를 제작, 공급하여 점농어의 사료내 단백질 요구량 수준을 알아보고자 실시하였다.
