This paper investigates structural characteristics of internal vertical diaphragm and its influence on the connection strength between concrete filled tubular(CFT) column and beam. CFT columns are hybrids that combine two materials in one member. They have the benefits of steel for high tensile strength and ductility and of concrete for high compressive strength and stiffness. Analytical method of the flexural strength of vertical diaphragm to account moment transfer between panel zones is presented using yield line theory. Connection design is verified by a set of monotonic tests and numerical analysis with different diaphragm thicknesses. Plastic zones of CFT flange was found and matched closely to FEM results. Both analytical and experimental results showed good agreement that vertical diaphragm effectively alleviates the stress and transfer the force.

According to recent figures, 35% of the world's blades are made using prepreg blades, by Vestas and Gamesa. They are the most advanced in the market today. In this study, we investigated the validity of the finite element method (FEM) applied to an FE analysis of a hybrid composite wind-turbine blade. Two methods were suggested for a composite FE analysis: using the equivalent properties of the composite or using stacking properties. FE analysis results using the stacking properties of the composite were in good agreement with results of using the equivalent properties. The difference between FE results was approximately 0.6~13.3%.

Noryangjin fisheries wholesale market is the largest wholesale seafood market in Seoul and the steady supply of fish is important in meeting consumer demand. Recent expansions (such as discount stores) has changed the fish distribution model and Noryangjin Fisheries Market is developing a new customer-oriented service strategy. In this study, we found the customer satisfaction factors and established a survey system for customer satisfaction for Noryangjin fisheries wholesale market. In addition, the customer satisfaction and loyalty levels are accurately diagnosed through surveys; in addition, the strategic direction of the customer satisfaction of Noryangjin fisheries wholesale market is presented.

Despite the PB diffusion introduced as a strategic competitive factor from the change of a retailing business, the study of PB perceived quality in a customer aspect is poor. Therefore, this study led the influential factors to retailer attribute and product attribute through overall analysis. Also, the study found the influential attributes affecting the perceived quality and analysed the influential power linking to customer satisfaction and preference through the perceived quality. The examined results of the study have known that each attribute links to customer satisfaction via the only perceived quality. The strategic PB sales advantage should be achieved as giving customers the overall perceived quality, and has shown that it can increase the customer preference for PB.

The construction industry has complicated production processes with diverse disciplines and subcontractors, which is the major cause of lowered productivity. To solve this problem, multi-trade subcontract system is recently suggested. Some general construction companies have applied this method to some sections of work process. However, this is in the early stage of application. The purpose of this study is to define an integrated contract package for improving both contractor and subcontractor efficiency. First, this study recognizes construction company to need of multi-trade subcontract system. Finally, it suggests feasible activities which can be useful for a construction company to apply to this subcontract system.

The execution speed is not an important factor for Java programming language when implementing small size application program which is executed on the web browser, but it becomes a serious limitation when the huge-size programs are implemented. To overcome this problem, the various research is conducted for translating the Bytecode into the target code which can be implemented in the specific processor by using classical compiling methods. In this research, we have designed and realized an intermediate code translator for the native code generation system with which we can directly generate i386 code from Bytecode to improve the execution speed of Java application programs. The intermediate code translator generates the register-based intermediate code from *.class files which are the intermediate code of Java.

This paper proposes the architecture of Intermediate System to Intermediate System routing protocol. IS-IS is a link state routing protocol designed to provide routing in a network layer protocols with datagram services. IS-IS has favored scalability and stability. So, it is important to support IS-IS for the MPLS system used in backbone networks. Especially, IS-IS must provide network state information and available resource information for supporting qualify of services in MPLS network. Therefore, we propose the design architecture of IS-IS routing protocol and the implementation technologies. Also, we propose extended architecture for traffic engineering in ATM based MPLS system.

The purpose of this paper is to establish a standard finite element analysis model of a piston by carrying out three dimensional modeling of a series six-cylindered CNG engine's piston to forecast temperature distribution at stationary state and the following thermal stress and variation, and cross checking it with existing analysis. Also, in order to evaluate the affects of the cooling system to the piston's heat load, the paper analyzed piston's temperature and thermal stress distribution according to the cooling water temperature changes and the following variations. As a result, the maximum temperature was found at the center of the crown in the piston and the maximum thermal stress occurred from the lower part of the piston.

The style of a film is the element that makes audience realize director's purpose directly. As the film's spectacular background have became important it's hard to find non-wide screen film, and audience and theaters are very familiar to 1.85:1 film ratio and even wider. Nevertheless, did not follow this trend but to chose narrow film ratio and shallow focus. This film, of which the background is Nazi's concentration camp, does not allow audience to catch more information than main character Saul. It's because the director aims to make audience Saul's position in the film. This paper discuss how the style of reflects the director's intention.

항행하는 선박은 자기선박 주변을 하나의 영역으로 생각하여 그 영역안에 타선박의 허가하지 않는 자기만의 영역을 가지고 있다. 지금까지 우리나라에서는 선박간의 항과거리를 일본의 자료를 이용하여 해상교통 환경평가의 하나인 해상교통혼잡도를 평가하고 있다. 이 일본의 자료는 30년전의 자료이며 선박의 고속화${\cdot}$대형화로 인하여 선박간 항과거리는 선박의 통항형태, 항로의 종류, 선박의 크기에 따라 상이할 것으로 사료된다. 하지만, 상기의 모든 요소를 다 가미하여 일반화한 연구는 찾아보기 힘들며 상당한 자료를 이용하여야 하므로 분석하는데 시간이 많이 걸릴 것으로 판단된다. 이 연구에서는 해상교통량이 대단히 높은 중국 상해항을 입출항하는 선박간의 항행거리를 기초로 선박간의 최소 항과거리를 모델화함으로써 우리나라 실정에 맞는 해상교통혼잡도 평가에 이용하고자 하며, 선박운항자들의 항행에 최소 항과거리를 제공함으로써 안전항행에 도움을 주고자 한다.
