In this paper, the current status of health care services for senior citizens at home and abroad was analyzed and based on this, the limitations and improvements were analyzed to propose the establishment of IoT-based Total Silver Care Center. IoT-based Total Silver Care Center may be conveniently monitored the health status of the elderly through various sensors, medical devices, and smart bands. And based on this, it can improve the quality of nursing services through time-saving and work efficiency of nursing providers. In addition, health care interventions may be provided in a timely manner if there is a change in the health status of users. And real-time imaging systems can help overcome mental difficulties.

  • The purpose of this study is to explain about the path effect through the structural equation model between the service experience, depression level, lifestyle and quality of life of middle-aged people for policy suggestions to improve the quality of life of middle-aged people. Using the 13th Korea Welfare Panel Study, SPSS were used for demographic analysis and analysis was carried out using AMOS to establish a structural equation model. The analysis showed that service experience, depression level, and lifestyle all had a direct and significant impact on quality of life, and that path coefficients between each path were all significant. This indicates the need for lifestyle-oriented management services for physical and mental health regardless of income level to improve the quality of life for middle-aged people, and there are implications of this study in providing a policy framework and suggestions that programs should be developed through research.

  • Recently, digital advertising has shifted towards delivering messages through short ads of less than 15 seconds, and on social media, ads need to convey the message within 5 seconds before consumers skip them. Although the length of advertisements has decreased, advancements in artificial intelligence algorithms and big data analysis have made it possible to deliver personalized messages that cater to consumers' interests. In this changing landscape, the importance of delivering tailored messages through short and efficient ads is increasing. In this study, we examined the effects of message framing as part of effective message delivery. Specifically, we examined the differences in the effects of two framings, "health" and "environment," for vegan products. The growing consumer interest in health and the environment has elevated the interest in vegan products, and the vegan market is expanding rapidly. Consumers purchase vegan products not only for personal health benefits but also due to their ethical responsibility towards the environment, which can be considered ethical consumption. Previous research has not shown the differences in the effects between health and environment message framings, and the research has been limited to vegan food products. This study investigates the differences in the effects of health and environment message framings using a dish soap product category. By identifying which advertising messages, either health or environment, are more effective in promoting vegan products, this study provides insights for companies to enhance their message framing strategies effectively.

  • This paper develops the argument that the 'Healthy Cities Approach' extends beyond the boundaries of officially designated Healthy Cities and suggests that signs of it are evident much more widely in efforts to promote health in the United Kingdom and in national policy. It draws on examples from Leeds, a major city in the north of England. In particular, it suggests that efforts to improve population health need to focus on the wider determinants and that this requires a collaborative response involving a range of different sectors and the participation of the community. Inequality is recognised as a major issue and the need to identify areas of deprivation and direct resources towards these is emphasised. Childhood poverty is referred to and the importance of breaking cycles of deprivation. The role of the school is seen as important in contributing to health generally and the compatibility between Healthy Cities and Health Promoting Schools is noted. Not only can Health Promoting Schools improve the health of young people themselves they can also develop the skills, awareness and motivation to improve the health of the community. Using child pedestrian injury as an example, the paper argues that problems and their cause should not be conceived narrowly. The Healthy Cities movement has taught us that the response, if it is to be effective, should focus on the wider determinants and be adapted to local circumstances. Instead of simply attempting to change behaviour through traditional health education we need to ensure that the environment is healthy in itself and supports healthy behaviour. To achieve this we need to develop awareness, skills and motivation among policy makers, professionals and the community. The 'New Health' education is proposed as a term to distinguish the type of health education which addresses these issues from more traditional forms.

  • Purpose: The study aimed to identify plans to revitalize occupational health nursing at industrial worksites. Methods: First, a literature review was conducted to derive the questions. Next, we used the Delphi method with two rounds to obtain experts' opinions. The 15 expert participants were seven occupational health nurses and eight professors from nursing colleges. Results: The analysis of opinions indicated that occupational health nurses should be competent in clinical nursing care to perform health management and health promotion activities of workers. It is necessary to develop high-quality occupational nursing services that can prevent and manage occupational diseases and work-related illnesses. Moreover, an improved system for stable employment of these nurses should be implemented. Conclusion: This study confirmed that occupational health nursing is an independent and important area for improving workers' disease prevention and health promotion. It will provide basic data for initiating occupational health nursing and expanding the role of the occupational health nurses.
