교육인적자원부의 대학구조개혁은 향후 대학교육의 질적 고도화를 위한 기초이며 이러한 혁신을 위해서는 고등교육에 대한 충분한 재정 투자가 뒷받침 되어야 하겠다. 지속적인 경제성장을 위해서는 기술혁신과 이를 위한 인재양성이 최우선일 것이며 이런 점에서 정부는 대학에 대한 투자를 과감하게 확대해야 할 것이다.

Technology and society have undergone continued progress and improvement. Thus, constant changes are required for university education, which then directs social development. This study analyzed the current status of educational innovations in the field of building construction at domestic universities in South Korea. The major findings of this study are as follows. Lectures on educational innovations have been introduced in the field of building construction at domestic universities. Five out of 50 universities were found to offer lectures on innovation. Notable innovative teaching methods being introduced were team-based learning and flipped learning. The biggest difference between innovative and traditional teaching methods was whether to encourage students to perform self-directed learning. In this manner, there were also differences in evaluation methods, weekly lecture schedules and learning support tools. Thus it is determined that continuous research and efforts for innovation in university education are necessary to respond to the ever-present changes in society.

신임 대통령과 정부가 해야 할 일은 수없이 많겠지만, 그 중 고등교육의 혁신만큼 국가 경제와 산업의 지속적 성장에 결정적인 영향을 미치는 사안은 그리 많지 않을 것이다. 선진제국들이 앞다투어 고등교육의 혁신에 몰두하고 있다는 사실은 이를 잘 입증해 주고 있다. 여기서는 우리나라 고등교육의 일대 혁신을 위해 신임 대통령과 정부가 특별히 역점을 두었으면 하는 바를 밝혀 보고자 한다.

대학이 급변하는 환경에 적극적으로 대처하고, 경쟁력을 제고하기 위해서는 대학 시스템의 근본적인 변화가 필수적이다. 이를 위해서 대학은 기존의 교육 공급자 입장에서의 행정 위주의 운영 방식에서 탈피하여 대학 본연의 목표를 재정립하고 교육과 연구의 수월성 을 확보하여야 하며, 이 목표를 성취하기 위해 대학의 자원을 합리적으로 투입·분배하는 과 정과 방법을 설계·구현하여야 한다. 대학의 정보화는 이러한 경영혁신의 중요한 추진 도구 가 될 수 있다. 대학의 정보화는 이러한 경영혁신의 중요한 추진 도구가 될 수 있다. 본 논 문에서는 대학 본연의 목표인 교육·연구를 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 대학정보화 추진의 틀 을 제시하였고, 정보화 대상 업무 중 중점 업무를 분류·정리하였으며 정보화 추진 전략을 수립하였다. 또한, 대학정보화의 사례를 들어 구체적인 정보화 추진 과정을 소개하였다.

This study emphasizes that the survival strategy of universities should be a co-evolution strategy based on ecological thinking. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to present a theoretical framework for dividing the university innovation ecosystem into four stages and building a co-evolution strategy for each step, as universities play a prominent role in regional innovation ecosystems. Thus, our research method focused on literature research, and the theoretical framework for the university innovation ecosystem used Moore's Enterprise Ecosystem Model (1996). The university's ecological innovation strategy is divided into four stages of development, and a step-by-step co-evolution strategy is presented. Findings are summarized as follows. The pioneering stage involves the creation of values of the university-led innovation ecosystem. The expansion stage focuses on the establishment of critical mass. The authority stage covers maintaining authority and bargaining power. The renewal stage features continuous performance improvement. In particular, this theoretical model of the university-regional innovation ecosystem is meaningful in that it provides a theoretical basis for enhancing the effectiveness of government financial support projects, and for individual universities, it provides a framework for strategies suitable for their ecosystem building process.

This study aimed at examining the relationship among organizational learning competency, organizational commitment, protean career attitude, and organizational innovativeness as perceived by university faculties and staff as organizational innovation becomes a key challenge for universities to thrive for strengthening competitiveness. The analysis results are as follows. First, organizational learning capabilities showed a positive effect on organizational innovativeness. Second, organizational learning capabilities had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Third, organizational commitment had a positive effect on organizational innovativeness. Fourth, in the relationship between organizational learning competency and organizational innovativeness, organizational commitment showed a mediating effect and protean career attitude showed a moderating effect. Through this study, The results implies that universities should provide organizational environment to enhance organizational commitment of university faculties and develop protean career attitude thrive in changing environment.

Purpose The innovation capability nowadays has become increasingly prominent in the universities not only for schools but also for teachers. However, due to less attention to the knowledge utilization and management, also some objective constraints, which caused the low level of the innovation capacity for our universities teachers under the current development in China. Meanwhile, transactive memory system (TMS) and knowledge sharing are important contents in knowledge management. The combination of both systems will contribute to a much more comprehensive understanding and performance of knowledge management. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationships between TMS, knowledge sharing, and innovation capability among Chinese university teachers' teams, and to propose the practical implication to integrate effectively internal knowledge of the team to improve innovation capability. Design/methodology/approach In order to exam and verify the hypothesis proposed, we developed a questionnaire with 16 survey items, and each item comes with a five-point Likert-type scale. Hyperlink of online questionnaire was shared through WeChat. It's collected 201 responses from 14 universities in China, and the responders are teaching groups' leaders. And all together 191 responses were filtered out as the valid samples. And we analyze the data set and test research hypotheses by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Findings All hypotheses are supported. The results reveal that knowledge sharing plays an important role in this study as the mediating role. TMS is positively associated with the innovation capability. And the knowledge sharing plays a significant role as mediating value between them, and influences the TMS's effect on innovation capability. It's thus cleared that if our teachers could well communicate, exchange and collaborate with other teachers in the same group, the innovation capability among the teachers would be improved effectively.
