Major telecommunication companies are leading on providing mobile contents service to customers. With changes in technology and social areas, most organizations are struggling to achieve the competitive edge over other organizations. Like others, university has the same problems to meet clients' needs to become being competitive. The research is to provide meaningful thoughts by analyzing empirical data and provide meaning information for University being competitive with IS and Mobile campus related decisions.

On Dec 1, 2008, according to the special law for the information disclosure of education relevant institutes, the educational information of each university is opened at their homepages and at portal web sites. Every university, thus, is in the moment to set up strategies to consistently respond to following information disclosure as well as the one already disclosed. The strategy should contain the assurance of the basic accountability mechanism of the university. On the occasion of the public announcement of the university information, the present study has a purpose to examine the structure of the university accountability and to suggest a mechanism, which is necessary for effectively and efficiently executing the increasing accountability practices in disclosing and announcing the information. To meet the purpose, this study introduces how to redesign university jobs as practices focused on evidence information for the accountability and also suggests solutions how to improve the mechanism for the accountability responsibility, which include clarifying the roles and responsibilities for accountability jobs, revising the process of information disclosure and building the information systems for an accountability.

This paper suggests several methods of improving information securities of universities through the investigations of the current status of information securities in universities, which is becoming a hot topic in knowledge and information societies. In this paper, universities were randomly selected according to their size, and surveyed through email questionnaire to the persons in charge of security in each university, and 27 universities and 18 colleges were replied. From the survey results we confirmed that the pre-prevention is the most important thing in securing information assets, also in universities, and, in this paper, systematic support must be strengthened to establish a comprehensive security management policy and guidelines for the universities, and the importance of information assets and the necessity of security needs to be shared with the members in the universities. Moreover there must be full administrative and financial support, including recruitment and training of information security professionals and the establishing a separate security division.

최근 USN 기술은 건축, 물류, 통신 등 전 산업에 걸쳐 다양한 분야에서 활용 되어 삶의 질을 향상 시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 USN 기술을 파라솔에 적용한 스마트 파라솔 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 시스템은 환경 센서를 통해 환경정보를 실시간으로 수집하고 모니터링 할 수 있으며 수집된 환경정보를 바탕으로 파라솔을 제어할 수 있는 시스템이다. 제안하는 시스템은 연안습지, 유명 관광지등 에서 관광객들에게 휴식을 취할 수 있는 편의공간을 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 관광지의 정보를 제공함으로써 관광지의 위상을 제고 할수 있다.

본 논문에서는 여행지 리스트와 이에 대한 정보를 포털 사이트에서 검색하지 않고 사용자가 원하는 지형과 분위기에 따른 여행지를 추천하고, 근처 숙소나 맛집, 교통편 등과 같은 정보를 통합적으로 전달해줄 수 있는 챗봇을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 챗봇은 사용자들에게 원하는 여행지의 키워드를 보여주고 그 키워드에 맞는 여행지 및 여러 가지 정보를 추천해주는 기능을 제공한다.

대학이 급변하는 환경에 적극적으로 대처하고, 경쟁력을 제고하기 위해서는 대학 시스템의 근본적인 변화가 필수적이다. 이를 위해서 대학은 기존의 교육 공급자 입장에서의 행정 위주의 운영 방식에서 탈피하여 대학 본연의 목표를 재정립하고 교육과 연구의 수월성 을 확보하여야 하며, 이 목표를 성취하기 위해 대학의 자원을 합리적으로 투입·분배하는 과 정과 방법을 설계·구현하여야 한다. 대학의 정보화는 이러한 경영혁신의 중요한 추진 도구 가 될 수 있다. 대학의 정보화는 이러한 경영혁신의 중요한 추진 도구가 될 수 있다. 본 논 문에서는 대학 본연의 목표인 교육·연구를 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 대학정보화 추진의 틀 을 제시하였고, 정보화 대상 업무 중 중점 업무를 분류·정리하였으며 정보화 추진 전략을 수립하였다. 또한, 대학정보화의 사례를 들어 구체적인 정보화 추진 과정을 소개하였다.

This study explored the user's information needs and information behavior for the development of academic library services. The content analysis of qualitative data showed that the in-depth interview participants have six types of information needs such as 'suitability, up-to-dateness, uniqueness, reliability, practicality, and convenience' while going through societal, educational, and research-related changes. Interview participants solved their information needs by acquiring the resources necessary for each individual's task through information behaviors using information media, human resources and the places. Each participant tried to solve his/her information problem through individual efforts based on their different media and information utilization capabilities. Based on the analysis, this study presented four directions in the development of academic library services. They are an personalized information literacy service, a space to meet the characteristics of information needs, an infrastructure platform for exchanging human resources, and an accessible support service for utilizing information media.

본 연구는 첨단 정보기술의 도입에 따른 우리나라 대학도서관 조직의 변화를 인력구조와 직무구조적인 측면에서 조사하고, 대학도서관이 자동화시스템으로 변화될 경우 효율적인 조직운영을 위한 모델을 제시하였다. 연구방법은 대학도서관 조직구조의 변화요소들에 관한 이론을 국내외 문헌을 통하여 검토하고 설문조사를 실시하여 문제점을 도출하였다.

This paper analyses the trends in library and information science curriculum in North America, in order to address the characteristics of the subject modules in LIS education institutions in advanced countries. The research is based on the related literature review and the analysis of universities' webpages. The analysis includes a comparison between GSLI and SIS, the curriculum and subject operations of Library and Information science courses, the number and kinds of core and optional modules and subjects.
