The purpose of this study was to investigate the demand of K-nursing in Southeast Asian nursing colleges, and to promote international exchange convergence. In this study, we surveyed the professors and students who were living in Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. For investigating the demands of the topics, two times of surveys were conducted using the google form In the first survey, the emergency care and infectious control showed the most frequent. In the second survey, the classification of emergency patients, showed the most, according the highest priority of emergency department. In infectious control department, management of new infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, showed the most, according to the highest priority. Based on the result, we make a suggestion to develop the contents, according to the highest priority, and to utilize them in international exchange programs.

The Ministry of Education of Korea announced the university structural reform plans which reduces 160,000 of the university entrance quota during 10 years from January 2014. Because the reduction plans of entrance quota influence regional economy as well as students and universities, naive evidence of the Ministry of Education of Korea is disappointed. In this research, we forecast the total number of the university entrance exam candidate by 2032 including not only third grade high school students but also repeaters according to the 16 metropolises and provinces in Korea. We also forecast the regional university recruiting rate using the forecasts of the total number of the university entrance exam candidates. However, we can not make more realistic results because we can not apply the inter-regional movement of students to the forecast. In order to handle this limitation, we first estimated the rank of the whole 7,277 departments of all universities in Korea and assigned the quotas according to the estimated rank for each departments and then we calculated the local university recruiting rate. The estimated the university recruiting rates of 16 metropolises and provinces can provide more noticeable results of characteristics and problems than that of nationwide.

This study was conducted to identify and analyze the educational needs for program outcomes in nursing students. Participants included 256 nursing students at K college, and a survey was conducted from October 30 to December 22, 2017. Data was analyzed with SPSS WIN 20.0 using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Borich's Needs Analysis, and the Locus for Focus Model. Results found that subjects recognized that the present level was high about 'Apply therapeutic communication skills,' 'Provide fundamental nursing skills' and 'Understanding nursing profession standards'. 'Provide fundamental nursing skills', 'Apply a nursing intervention', 'Understanding legal and ethical standards of nursing practice and implementation' were the most important sub-elements of program outcomes. In according with the Borich's needs value and the Locus for Focus Model, 'Apply a nursing intervention', 'Explain the importance of the role and cooperation within the healthcare team', 'Provide fundamental nursing skills', 'Execute the nursing process', 'Understanding the legal and ethical standards of nursing practice and implement' were identified as the top priorities of educational needs. Results of this study are expected to be used as basic data to develop outcome-based curriculum and nursing education programs.

본 연구에서는 두 지역의 실제 상수관망에 대해서 부정류해석을 수행하였고 각각의 상수관망에 필요한 부정류피해 최소화방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 실제 도시 상수관망인 광탄 GT1-1 소블럭 상수관망을 대상으로 부정류해석을 수행하였고 신뢰성해석을 통하여 구역별 파괴 확률을 산정하였다. 또한 상수관망의 운영인자로써 물 사용량지수와 급수전지수, 사용연수지수, 수압지수, 사고이력지수를 개발하여 광탄 GT1-1 소블럭 상수관망의 운영지수에 의한 구역별 위험도를 분석하여 상대적으로 안전에 취약한 구역을 선정할 수 있었다. 광탄 GT1-1 소블럭 상수관망을 7개 구역으로 나누어서 신뢰성해석과 운영지수에 따른 위험도 분석을 수행하였고 상대적으로 수격압으로 인한 관로파괴에 취약한 구역을 선정할 수 있었다. 또한 광탄 GT1-1 소블럭 상수관망에서는 구역별 파괴확률과 운영지수에 따른 위험도 순위가 같게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발된 상수 관망의 신뢰성해석모형과 운영지수를 운영관리에 적용한다면 향후 개량이나 교체가 필요한 상수 관로의 우선순위 선정에 유용하게 사용될 것으로 판단된다.

인터넷을 기반의 멀티미디어 정보화 사회에서, 대용량 멀티미디어 데이터 서비스에 대한 요구가 확산되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 가입자 접속망으로는 데이터 전송 속도 및 거리 제약으로 인해 만족스러운 서비스를 사용자들에게 제공해 줄 수 없다. 가입자 접속망에서 현저하게 떨어지는 속도문제를 해결하고, QoS(Quality of Service)를 보장해 줄 수 있는 방안의 하나로 우선순위 큐를 고려한 가중치 기반의 차등 대역폭 할당 방식과 대역폭을 분할하여 파장에 배정하는 파장 분할 방식의 EPON(Ethernet Passive Optical Network)을 제안한다. OPNET 으로 구현한 시뮬레이션 모델을 이용하여 고순위 및 저순위 트래픽의 비율에 따라 각 트래픽의 최대 및 평균 지연시간, 제안한 알고리즘의 사용율, 분배율을 구하여 적합성을 검증한다.

This study aimed to establish a conceptual scheme of the quality of university and to develop a set of structured indicators for assessing the quality of university based on the result of comparative analysis of major approaches in foreign countries. Reviewing extensive literatures regarding the quality of higher education, a conceptual scheme of the quality of university, in which three representative approaches such as a goal-accomplishment approach, a customer-satisfaction approach, and a value-added approach were emphasized, was proposed and the quality of university was defined as a function of harmonization of input-process-output elements of universities. To develop indicators for assessing the quality of university, four types of approaches including university accreditation system, commercially-producted university ranking system, college student survey, and direct assessment of students' learning outcomes were reviewed. Finally thirteen sets of evaluation indicators out of six countries were comparatively analyzed. The analyses focused on the format, the content, and the primary concept of the quality in each instrument and a draft of the assessment indicators were structured. The draft of the assessment indicators were verified through a panel of professionals. The final indicators assessing the quality of university consist of three dimensions and seven areas. The input dimension comprised institutional goals, human resources, and physical resources. In the process dimension, curriculum and learning process areas were included. And, finally, the output dimension consists of educational outputs and research outputs. Based on the outcomes of the study, the recommendations were suggested for improving and utilizing the assessment indicators of the quality of university.

최근 정보화의 역기능이 더욱 다양해지고 광범위해지면서 정보보호의 중요성은 전 세계에 걸쳐 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 정보보호인력을 양성하기 위한 교육기관들이 개설 및 증설되고 있지만, 인력양성의 핵심적인 역할을 담당하고 있는 정규교육기관에서의 정보보호인력 양성 현황에 대한 체계적인 분석은 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 교육통계연보를 이용하여 국내 정규교육기관(전문대학, 대학, 대학원)의 정보보호전공 설치 현황을 파악하고, 설문조사를 실시하여 졸업생 진로 현황, 교육 프로그램 운영 시 애로사항, 교육 프로그램 개발 시 우선순위를 파악한다. 또한 이를 토대로 정보보호인력의 공급을 전망하고 학교 급별로 정보보호인력의 양성 방안을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 Vue.js와 Spring Boot 프레임워크를 사용하여 사용자 편의성을 제공하기 위해 Gird System, Data Table, Chart 등의 기능을 활용하여 축구 데이터를 표현한 웹 응용서비스를 개발하였다. Rapid API의 Open REST API 중 하나인 API-FOOTBALL에 액세스하여 국내에서 쉽게 찾아보기 어려운 세계 축구 리그의 순위표, 일정, 팀 및 선수의 세부 정보 데이터를 활용하였다.

본 연구는 우리나라 대학의 창업교육센터(Entrepreneurship Education Center)에 대한 조사를 수행하여 선행 조사DB와 비교 분석하였다. 창업교육센터 실태조사를 바탕으로 대학별 정량적 정성적 지표를 측정하여 상위그룹과 하위그룹의 구분하고 두 집단의 차이점과 성공운영 요인을 분석하였다. 창업교육센터의 일반 현황과 특성, 교직원(교수자수, 교원창업자수), 교과목(과목, 수강인 원수), 학내외 프로그램(창업동아리, 창업경진대회, 창업캠프), 재정운영(예산, 전담인력) 등의 계량 지표는 대학정보공시(대학 알리미)와 중앙일보 대학평가 DB를 기초하여 조사하였다. 그리고 운영상의 문제점, 센터의 성과측정 항목 등 정성지표는 창업교육센터장을 대상으로 설문 조사하였다. 또한, 국내 창업교육센터의 표본특성을 살펴본 후 상위그룹과 하위그룹의 차이를 규명하여 상위그룹이 보유하고 있는 인적 물적 역량과 프로그램의 분석하여 창업교육센터의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 교육부의 "산학협력 선도대학(LINC) 육성사업 (2012년~2106년)"에서 창업교육을 총괄 지원하기 위해 2012년 대학에 설치된 전담조직인 61개 창업교육센터의 성과를 분석하고 대학평가에서 상위 순위에 있는 대학 그룹들의 차이점을 도출하는데 의미가 있다. 또한 2017년에 새롭게 지정된 LINC+ 사업 ('17년~) 창업교육 분야의 정책적 시사점을 제시한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구와 창업교육센터 운영에 대한 구조적 설문지를 개발하여 실태를 분석하였다. 이 결과는 창업교육센터의 효율적 운영을 위해 대학교직원 연구자 공무원 학생 및 창업교육센터를 포함한 창업지원 기관의 이해 관계자에게 향후의 발전을 위한 자료로써 의미가 있을 것이다.

This study aimed to identify priorities in community pharmacist's roles in aged society using Analytic Hierarchy Process. We developed a survey questionnaire for AHP, which consisted of 19 pharmacist's roles selected from the FIP/WHO guidelines. The AHP survey questionnaire was self-administered by 127 pharmacists. The results showed that pharmacists put medication therapy management at the highest priority, preparation, dispense, distribution of medication at the second priority, and efficient healthcare system at the lowest priority. Among the 19 roles, new roles such as monitoring of medication therapy results, team-based health care, and transitions of care obtained relatively high priority.
