This study seeks to carry out a literary review of preceding studies and the health improvement model of Pender(1987) on university students majoring in nursing to explain the health improvement behaviors and identify the factors that affect their activities to provide a framework for developing a more effective nursing mediation method that promotes health improvement behaviors. The study subjects were 204 university students majoring in nursing who have had clinical practice experience. The period for data collection was from April 1to May 30, 2014 and a total of 204 copies of the questionnaire were used for analysis. For the collected data, frequency analysis, percentage, ANOVA, t-test and correlation analysis were conducted using SPSS, LISREL, and path analyss was done for hypothesis testing. The overall index of hypothesis model showed a good congruence as ${\chi}^2=.06$(p=.812), df=1, ${\chi}^2(df)=.000$, GFI=0.97, AGFI=1.0, SRMR=.002, NFI=0.947, NNFI=0.957, RMSEA=0.016, CN=266. Looking at the verification of the hypothesis presented in the model, the variables that affect health improvement behaviors were perceived disability, perceived self-efficacy, perceived social support, while stress from clinical practice, perceived health status, persistence and perceived benefits did not affect health improvement behaviors.
Purpose: The aim of the study was to investigate the degree of stress and health promotion behavior, coping style and their relationship of university students. Methods: With a descriptive survey design, a self-report study was conducted and collected 174 responses from university students in Chungcheongnam-do. Descriptive statistics, and pearson's correlation were used to analyze data. Results: The mean score of stress was $63.1{\pm}15$. The relationship between health promotion behavior and coping style significantly correlated. Conclusion: This study also shows that coping style significantly correlated with walking day for more than 10 minutes, dietary practice guidelines score. Therefore, consideration of stress and coping style should be included in the development of a health promotion program for university students.

Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and paired t-test. Result: The results of program evaluation were positive, which included instruction function 3.94, system construction 4.14, system function 3.90, and overall evaluation 4.03 on the scale of 5. The posttest scores of health promoting lifestyle(t=-2.316, p=0.024) was significantly higher than those of the pretest. Conclusion: This study shows that the online health promotion education program was an effective educational method to improve health promotion lifestyle for the university students.
This work was researched by practical methodology in-depth study of a subjectivity dimension study, in sloughing away a past habituation of functional quantity analysis on perception-effectivity and a habit of dietary life for effective health-promotion. The perception patterns be generated from this study were classified into three types in Q-method. They are as follows ; it is that divided into 'I[(n=9) : eating type in morning], II[(n=11) : type of no having a midnight meal], III[(n=9) : type of mealing after taking exercise]'. Like this, it found that is very different type all over. Finally, this paper is to examine an acceptance behavior about reception type on effectiveness and a habit of dietary life for effective health-promotion ; to make a proposal in a developmental and creative opinion about it.
The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of social support and mental health of health science college students on their resilience. 191 students enrolled in 3 health science colleges located in J Province were asked to answer structured questionaries, and the collected data was analyzed by T-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis with SPSS 24.0 software. The result of this study shows that social support has positive correlation to resilience, whereas mental health has statistically significant negative correlation to psychological resilience. Subfactor of social support that affect psychological resilience are material and repetitional support, and subfactor of mental health are anxiety and college life satisfaction, which is also a sociologic characteristic, with explanatory power of 48.9%. The study suggests the need to develop and apply measures to improve social support and mental health of health science college students to embolden their resilience.
The purpose of this study was to delve into the factors associated with the oral health promotion behaviors of college students. The subjects in this study were 453 students who attended three different colleges in Gyeonggi province. After a survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed with SPSSWIN 12.0 program. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. Concerning the basic oral health care of college students, 54.1 percent had ever visited dental clinics over the last year, and 53.4 percent hadn't received any preventive treatment during the same period of time. 2. As to their self-perception of oral health status, 80.1 percent didn't find themselves to be in good oral health. 3. Regarding the influence of their general characteristics, their self-efficacy was statistically significantly different according to their gender (p = .022). Their control of oral health varied statistically significantly with their major(p = .000), and whether or not they smoked (p = .004) made a statistically significant difference to that as well. Their oral health knowledge differed statistically significantly with their gender (p = .000), major(p = .000) and age group(p = .000), and whether or not they smoked(p = .006) made a statistically significant difference to that as well. 4. As for correlation among the variables, better oral health promotion behaviors were found among those whose self-efficacy was higher, whose control of oral health was better and who had more knowledge on oral health. 5. Preventive treatment, control of oral health and self-efficacy were identified as the variable that affected their oral health promotion behaviors.

This study attempts to understand the mediating effect of health self-efficacy in the relationship between health consciousness and health promoting behavior of nursing college students. The subjects of the study were 255 nursing college students attending nursing departments at four universities located in G city and J province. Collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0, and Sobel tests were conducted to verify the mediating effect. As a result, health self-efficacy showed a partial mediating effect between health consciousness and health promoting behavior(Z=5.54, p<.001). The higher the health consciousnes(β=.20, p<.001) and health self-efficacy(β=.39, p<.001), the higher the level of health promoting behavior. And the explanatory power(R2) explaining the health promoting behavior was 48%. Therefore, in order to improve the health promoting behavior of nursing college students, it is necessary to prepare an effective strategy to not only increase health consciousness but also strengthen health self-efficacy at the same time.
