A Study of the Threshold Voltage of a Symmetric Double Gate Type MOSFET (대칭형 이중 게이트 MOSFET에 대한 문턱전압 연구)

  • In this thesis, in order to a equivalent circuit-analytical study for a symmetric double gate type MOSFET, we slove analytically the 2D Poisson's equation in a a silicon body. To solve the threshold voltage in a symmetric double gate type MOSFET from the derived expression for the surface potential which the two-dimensional potential distribution of a symmetric double gate type MOSFET is assumed approximately. This thesis can use short and long channel in a silicon body we introduce a new the threshold voltage model in a symmetric double gate type MOSFET and measure it the distance about the range of channel length up to 0.1 [${\mu}m$].

  • Stroke patients are the most in the cause of death among Koreans. Therefore, an accurate diagnosis of stroke is very important. But, it is the only way to diagnose strokes that the doctors see the MRI image and detect the pathological pattern. In this paper, we proposed the new method to detect the pathological pattern of a suspected stroke. We used the quasibi-symmetry of the MRI brain image in our new method. we detected pathological pattern applied the proposed method, and show the result.

  • For an elastically suspended rigid body with the planes of symmetry in a three dimensional space, a novel analysis fur the vibration modes is presented. From the decompositions of the stiffness and inertia matrices, the conditions for the existence of pure translation and pure couple modes are analyzed for an elastically suspended rigid body with the planes of symmetry. From this analysis, it can be showed that how the structure of stiffness and inertia must be related in order to produce the pure translation and pure couple modes when an elastically suspended rigid body has one, two, or three planes of symmetry.

  • 전력계통의 고장계산에는 상호 결합된 삼상회로를 결합이 없는 단상회로 3개, 즉 영상, 정상, 역상의 대칭요소로 변환하여 해석하는 대칭좌표법이 널리 사용되고 있다. PSS/E는 국내 전력회사에서 고장 계산을 위해 널리 사용되어온 상용 프로그램이며, 고장계산 결과는 차단기 등 각종 기기의 정격의 결정 등에 이용된다. 특수한 경우에 지락사고 해석시 과도한 안전여유를 고려하는 것이 필요한 경우가 있다. 본 논문에서는 송전선로 지락시 등가 전원단 용량이 임의로 증가했을 때에 송전선로 중간의 임의 지점의 지락고장전류를 계산하는 수식을 유도하였으며, PSS/E 계산값과의 비교를 통해 계산방법의 신뢰성을 검증하였다.

Study on the Solution of the Assignment Model Based on an Asymmetric Cost Function (비대칭 비용함수 기반의 통행배정모형 해석에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the solution that overcomes the existing assumption of symmetric cost functions in multi-class assignment. In the assignment problem, the assumption of a symmetric cost function means that the link cost is determined by each unique mode and is not affected by any other modes. In this study, the authors have applied a diagonalized algorithm and a heuristic model based on column generation to a multi-class assignment model and analyzed the result. Through the study, the authors found that the diagonalized algorithm produces equilibrium solutions by the initial convergence condition. In contrast to the diagonalized algorithm, the column generation algorithm has improved the solution model to overcome the problem of equilibrium solutions in the diagonalized algorithm.

  • Optically pure $C_2-Symmetric$ pyrrolidine amides (8) were synthesized from readily available 1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-D-mannitol (1). Cyclization of dimesylated hexitol (4) with benzyl amine gave an inseparable mixture of $C_2-Symmetric$ pyrrolidine amine derivative (5) as a major product, concurring with its cis isomer (6) as a minor product. The pyrrolidine amines (5,6) were converted to separable pyrrolidine amides (8,9) via free amine (7). Optical purity of desired $C_2-Symmetric$ pyrrolidine amide (8a) was determined with its Mosher derivatives (13,14) by their $^1H$ and $^{19}F$ NMR spectra.

  • This paper has analyzed the change of threshold voltage for oxide structure of symmetric and asymmetric double gate(DG) MOSFET. The asymmetric DGMOSFET can be fabricated with different top and bottom gate oxide thickness, while the symmetric DGMOSFET has the same top and bottom gate oxide thickness. Therefore optimum threshold voltage is considered for top and bottom gate oxide thickness of asymmetric DGMOSFET, compared with the threshold voltage of symmetric DGMOSFET. To obtain the threshold voltage, the analytical potential distribution is derived from Possion's equation, and Gaussian distribution function is used as doping profile. We investigate for bottom gate voltage, channel length and thickness, and doping concentration how top and bottom gate oxide thickness influences on threshold voltage using this threshold voltage model. As a result, threshold voltage is greatly changed for oxide thickness, and we know the changing trend very differs with bottom gate voltage, channel length and thickness, and doping concentration.

Reception Performance Improvement of the Long-Haul WDM System with the Channel Interference Due to FWM Effect through the Power Symmetric Mid-Span Spectral Inversion (FWM에 의한 채널 간섭이 존재하는 장거리 WDM 시스템에서의 전력 대칭 MSSI 보상법을 통한 수신 성능 개선)

  • In this paper, we showed the applicability of power symmetric MSSI(Mid-Span Spectral Inversion) to the long-haul WDM system with the channel interference due to FWM(Four Wave Mixing). And we showed the degree of performance improvement. We used 1 dB EOP(Eye-Opening Penalty) criterion so as to evaluate the degree of compensation dependent on the variation of chirp parameter of optical pulse for the various input power in high speed tansmission system. And we evaluated the maximum input power of channel be able to be the signal to crosstalk noise (SNR) above 20 dB in the transmission link with the channel interference due to FWM. Consequently the proposed MSSI compensation method is capable to transmitting the total 68 WDM channels simultaneously with a 0.4 nm channel spacing and 5.3 dBm maximum input power in a 10 Gbps transmission link. Therefore the proposed power symmetric MSSI compensation method may be very useful for the implementation of long-haul wideband WDM transmission systems with relatively high power and improved performance.

"ㄱ"형 슬롯구조를 갖는 이중대역 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나의 설계

  • 슬롯이 있는 직사각형 마이크로스트립 안테나의 이중주파수 동작 특성을 연구하였다. 마이크로스트립 안테나의 급전방식은 전자기적으로 결합된 단일 마이크로스트립 안테나이며, 패치구조는 직사각형 패치의 대각선 방향에 "ㄱ"형 슬롯을 대칭으로 배치시켰다. 본 논문에서 제안된 "ㄱ"형 슬롯의 장점으로는 패치의 크기를 줄이는 효과와 동시에 이중 대역의 주파수를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 제안된 마이크로스트립 안테나의 반사손실은 S11에서 -10 dB 기준으로 첫 번째 공진점 4.808 ㎓ 에서는 120 MHz의 대역폭을 가졌고, 두 번째 공진점 6.175 GHz 에서는 100 MHz의 대역폭을 가졌다.는 100 MHz의 대역폭을 가졌다.

  • 본 논문에서는 Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)를 이용한 위성 영상 변화탐지 알고리즘을 제안한다. 우선 EfficientNet 기반의 대칭 인코더-디코더 구조의 변화탐지 네트워크를 구성한다. 그리고 디코더 단에 ASPP 모듈을 추가하여 넓은 수용영역을 갖는 특징 정보를 통해 변화지도(change map)를 복원한다. 실험 결과를 통해 검출 성능 및 연산 효율성이 기존 기법보다 우수함을 보인다.
