Purpose: The study was done to evaluate the effects a Stress Management Program (SMP) on stress, problem solving skills, and quality of life for hospitalized patients with Schizophrenia. Methods: A mixed method design was used: a combination of a repeated-measure design with a non-equivalent control group and qualitative data collection. The participants were 40 patients with schizophrenia admitted in three psychiatric hospitals. The experimental group (n=20) received the SMP twice a week for a total of 8 weeks. Results: Study results revealed that the SMP was effective for stress (F=321.02, p<.001), problem solving ability (F=246.28, p<.001), and quality of life (F=63.35, p<.001) for hospitalized persons with schizophrenia. Conclusion: The results suggest that a SMP can be an effective strategy to reduce patients' hospitalization stress, and improve problem solving skills and quality of life. Therefore, it is recommended that mental health nurses use this stress management program in clinical practice to assist adaptation to hospitalization for persons with schizophrenia.

최근의 사회경제적 변화는 그 속도가 빨라짐과 동시에 불학실성이 극도로 높아짐에 따라, 대기업을 비롯하여 과거 큰 성장을 이루어왔던 기성기업들의 기존 사업 강화와 미래 성장동력 확보가 더욱 어려운 현실이 되었다. 이러한 불확실성이 높은 기업환경에서 내부 시스템에만 의존적인 전략으로는 한계가 명확하여, 기업들이 외부의 자원을 활용하여 내부적인 대규모 투자 위험을 줄이고 신규사업의 불확실성에 대처하는 개방형 혁신전략이 필수적으로 받아들여져 왔다. 이러한 개방적 혁신 전략의 중요한 수단으로서 CVC(Corporate Venture Capital)는 그동안 미국을 중심으로 40여년간 활발히 활용되어 왔고 학문적 연구 대상으로 자리 잡았으나, 한국에서는 극히 일부 기업을 통해서만 전략적으로 운영되어 왔고 그 구분도 명확하지 않아 CVC에 대한 연구가 상당히 미약한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외의 기존 연구 결과들을 분석하여 CVC에 대한 정의와 운영상 특징에 대하여 살펴보고, CVC가 운영 기업 및 벤처기업의 기술혁신과 가치제고에 미치는 제반 조건들의 분석을 통하여 CVC가 성공적인 양방향적 성과도출을 만드는 최적의 모델을 도출하여 보았다. CVC는 첫째, 불확실성이 높은 산업에 속한 기업들간의 투자관계가 성립될 때, 둘째, 설립 시 전략적인 포커스가 명확할 때, 셋째, 모기업이 영위하는 산업과 같은 분야에 속한 벤처기업들에 투자하며 동시에 서로가 공유 할 보완적 자산이 존재할 때, 마지막으로, 금융적 성과에 대해서 해당 매니저에 대한 성과보상을 일반 벤처캐피탈과 동일하게 지급할 때 가장 성공적인 성과를 만들어 낼 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 도출된 시사점들을 바탕으로 더 많은 기성기업들이 성공적으로 CVC를 운영한다면, 신성장동력 확보와 대기업-벤처기업간 상생혁신을 이룰 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 창업문화 확산에도 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대 한다.

The SP quality assessments from national IT industry promotion agency of Korea(NIPA) assesses ability of software development process. And the SP quality assessments is getting popular over the nation. But, in the SP quality assessments, there is no concern about security attribute. In this paper new secure process base on ISO 27001 is proposed for the organization that is already passed SP quality assessments. This process can detect security threatening factors and gives chance to protect those factors. Furthermore, since detected security weaknesses can be used as a measurement, the system can be managed in aspect to security attribute.

로봇 에이전트는 변화하는 환경에서 센서정보를 바탕으로 적절한 행동을 선택하며 동작하는 것이 중요하다. 행동 선택 네트워크는 이러한 환경에서 변화하는 센서정보에 따라 실시간으로 행동을 선택할 수 있다는 점에서, 장시간에 걸친 최적화보다 단시간 내 개선된 효율성에 초점을 맞추어 사용되어 왔다. 하지만 행동 선택 네트워크는 초기 문제에 의존적으로 설계되어 변화하는 환경에 유연하게 대처하지 못한다는 맹점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 행동 선택 네트워크의 연결을 LCS를 기반으로 진화 학습시켰다. LCS는 유전자 알고리즘을 통해 만들어진 규칙들을 강화학습을 통해 평가하며, 이를 통해 변화하는 환경에 적합한 규칙을 생성한다. 제안하는 모델에서는 LCS의 규칙이 센서정보를 포함한다. 진화가 진행되는 도중 이 규칙들이 모든 센서 정보를 포함하지 못하기 때문에 현재의 센서 정보를 반영하지 못하는 경우가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 센서정보 별로 개체를 따로 유지하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법의 검증을 위해 Webots 시뮬레이터에서 케페라 로봇을 이용해 실험을 하여, 변화하는 환경에서 로봇 에이전트가 학습을 통해 올바른 행동을 선택함을 보였고, 일반LCS를 사용한 것보다 조건별 개체 유지를 통해 더 나은 결과를 보이는 것 또한 확인하였다.

In this paper deals with the frequency control of the HVDC scheme linking Haenam to Cheju Island. The primary aim of the study is to develop and evaluate a new frequency control that can be employed without having to utilise the existing Synchronous Compensators(Gas Turbines). Transient condition studies are performed utilising the detailed control strategies for the HVDC link, implemented in PSCAD/EMTDC. Study cases are completed involving synchronous compensators trip and load ripping events and study plots presented. It is demonstrated that the existing frequency measurement can be replaced by one derived from the AC network alone, incorporated into a new frequency control algorithm and gives effective frequency control and dynamic performance.

We presented a method for Vad(Voice Activity Detection) using Bi-level HMM. Conventional methods need to do an additional post processing or set rule-based delayed frames. To cope with the problem, we applied to VAD a Bi-level HMM that has an inserted state layer into a typical HMM. And we used posterior ratio of voice states to detect voice period. Considering MFCCs(: Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients) as observation vectors, we performed some experiments with voice data of different SNRs and achieved satisfactory results compared with well-known methods.

전력거래소는 국내 유일하게 한국의 전력계통을 실시간으로 감시 제어하고, 계통의 안전성을 평가 후 최적으로 운용하기 위해 2002년부터 현 EMS 시스템을 운용해 오고 있다. 초기 모든 계통해석의 근간이 되는 상태추정의 운용을 위해 계통모델과 필요 취득 데이터를 대폭 정비하였다. 현재는 154kV 무인 변전소의 탭을 추가취득 하고 모든 아날로그 취득데이터의 그룹별 가중치 조정에 의한 상태추정 등 계통해석의 정도개선 노력을 지속적으로 추진해오고 있다. 또한 상정고장 개소와 발변전소 3상 단락 고장 개소를 대폭 확대 정비하여 예상되는 모든 고장에 급전원이 신속히 대처할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 무효전력 제어를 통한 계통손실 최소화 방안의 합리적 도출을 위한 최적화 기능의 실시간 계통운용 등 괄목한 성과를 거두었다. 본고에서는 이들 EMS 계통해석 기능을 중심으로 현재의 활용실태와 미래의 방향에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

이 연구는 Ka대역 위성 HDTV 방송 서비스를 제공하기 위해 강우강도에 따른 전송방안을 제안하였다. Ka대역은 Ku대역에 비하여 강우에 취약하기 때문에 이를 안정적으로 활용하기 위해서는 강우감쇠를 효과적으로 경감시키는 기술개발이 필수적이다. 유럽위성방송 표준인 DVB-S2에서는 강우감쇠에 대한 대처방안으로 채널상황에 따라 여러 변조방식과 채널 부호 율을 이용하는 적응형 변복조 방식을 지원하고 있으며, 이 논문에서는 DVB-S2기반의 전송방식과 Ka대역 중계기의 규격을 적용하여 강우강도에 따른 전송방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 ITU-R P.618-9 강우감쇠 추정 모델과 기상청에서 측정한 1998년부터 2007년까지의 최근 10년간 국내 주요지역의 30분 누적강우량을 이용하여 지역별 강우 감쇠값을 도출하였고 강우강도와 시간 율 관계분석을 통하여 강우강도에 따른 강우감쇠 값을 획득하였다. 획득한 강우감쇠 값을 무궁화 위성 3호의 링크 설계에 적용하여 강우강도에 따른 적용 가능한 전송방안을 도출하였다. 이 연구를 바탕으로 강우의 지역적 편이가 높은 우리나라의 강우 특성을 유연하게 반영하여 각 지역에 맞는 적응적인 전송 방식을 고려할 수 있다.

This paper revisits two conventional beliefs of environmental nonmarket valuation and examines their weaknesses and a new opportunity. The two beliefs are that willingness to pay (WTP) is an appropriate measure of nonmarket behaviour and that exogenous variables are relevant predictors of WTP whilst endogenous variables are not. The contemporary literature in psychology and economics is reviewed to demonstrate departures from these two beliefs. Tackling heterogeneity in stated preferences, both socio-demographic and psychological variables should be measured simultaneously to explain and predict choice behaviours more accurately.

In this paper we present an interpolation-LQ control technique which tunes continuously the controller gain by interpolating the gains of sub-LQ controllers. The proposed controller design technique is applied to the container crane system for simulations. Several cases of simulations are carried out in order to prove the control effectiveness and robustness. The simulation results of the proposed controller are compared with those of LQ controllers. The results showed better control performance than those of LQ controllers.
