The purpose of this study was to measure repeated the process of non-suicidal self-injury individuals change in everyday life through the Ecological Momentary Assessment(EMA) daily diary. The study subjects of were 17 adults aged 19 to 29, accessed a link sent by text message on a cell phone and recorded a diary of the day's affects, interpersonal conflicts, self-injury thoughts, and behaviors once a day for two weeks. Using a total of 238 reported entries, the contextual factors of NSSI were examined, and the effects of affects and interpersonal conflicts on NSSI analyzed through a multi-level model. As a result, the negative affects of that day have a significant relation with within subject NSSI behavior and positive affects have a significant relation between subject NSSI behavior. These findings means that overall individuals with low positive affects have a higher risk of self-injury behavior compared to those with higher levles of positive emotions, and an increase in negative emotions on that day within an individual increases the risk of self-injury behavior on that day. In other words, it implies that it is important to manage negative emotions and strengthen overall positive affects for that day in the intervention of emotion-regulation of experienced self-injury individuals. It is meaningful that this study explored NSSI risk factors experienced in daily life through the short-term longitudinal study.
ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) appears most in childhood and shows attention deficit, hyperactivity and impulsive activity. If these symptoms are left untreated, they consistently remain as difficulties throughout the childhood and in some cases they will last until adolescence and adulthood. Various researches on music therapy as well as psychological therapy and Korean classical music appreciation have currently been conducted. However, a variety of programs have introduced in the name of treatment but the improvement results through the application of programs and teaching methods, in reality, have hardly been a specific case. Thus, music educators as well as this researcher should make the efforts to form holistic characters and have interest in countless children with ADHD. Accordingly, this researcher, who has taught piano lessons, has performed a wide variety of convergence art teaching methods by applying methods of Dalcroze, Kodaly, and Orff to children with ADHD, misanthropy or lack of affection. As a result, symptoms have lessened and been treated for ADHD children with attention deficit. On the basis of this experience, there have appeared more educational effects by applying these to other children. This researcher is certain that this study will a foundation of music therapy education for children with each kind of syndrome.
The purpose of this study was to analysis the characteristics on participation process and meaning of Dancesports participants. The participants could dance both Latin and Modern with more than three years of participation experience. The data analysis was based on open coding, axial coding and selective coding from the grounded theory of Strauss & Corbin(1998). The results of the analysis were as follows; It was found that causal situation have a longing for Dancesports and a means of living, contextual situation indicated perception of potential ability, media, and leisure chance, intervene condition given improvement of interpersonal relationships, bilateral strategies betterment of lesson place and health promotion and others. The purpose of this study is to examine how the long-term care effects the elderly that adapt themselves to the caring facility, what their experiences are and what kinds of behavioral characteristics they present. We have analyzed the research conducted on 15 elderly individuals who are living in an elderly long-term care facility, by using the grounded theory approach of Strauss and Corbin (1998). As a result, 170 concepts, 42 sub-categories, and 15 categories were set by the open coding process. During the adaptation process in a long-term care facility, the primary experience or feeling by the elderly is that they had been 'deserted'. However, when consolidating the casual conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, the action/interaction strategy, and consequence, the primary experience was that the elderly came to an 'acceptance'. Such acceptance was then sub-categorized into a destiny-resignation type, reality-acceptance type, and voluntary-selection type. Based on the results of this study, we recommend practical alternatives which will improve surrounding circumstances including caring facilities, its employees, relationships with other elderly individuals, and family support.
In this study, the conversation behavior of users is investigated by using in-vehicle voice interaction system. The purpose of this study is to identify the elements of conversations that the users expect in voice interactions with systems and present the structural improvements to enable the voice interactions similar to those between people. To observe the users' behavior of voice interaction in the vehicle, the data through contextual inquiry are collected and the interview contents are analyzed by using the open coding. We have been able to explore the usefulness of voice interaction features, which are of great importance in that they increase the user's satisfaction with the features and their usage persistence. This study is meaningful in analyzing the user's empirical needs for the technology of interpersonal model from the perspective of conversation.
Helen Lindquist Bonny developed the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (BMGIM), a music oriented self-exploration of consciousness, with the influence of humanistic and client-centered approaches. BMGIM can help people manage pain, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, and other conditions through self-awareness and self-potential. The purpose of this biographical study was to explore Bonny's early life experiences and their contribution to the humanistic and transpersonal approach to music therapy. The study was organized in chronological order: Bonny's childhood and young adulthood; inspirations that led to development of BMGIM; and research and clinical events that helped solidify the development of BMGIM. An interview with Bonny and a review of the literature supported the significance of these periods. The years between 1972 and 1979 mark the development of the first series of BMGIM music programs, which Bonny said served as the base for many later GIM music programs developed. Bonny's contribution to the field of music therapy includes the provision of strong foundation for music therapy based on Maslow's and Rogerian approach, and the introduction of time-valued music to the music therapy field.

In today's increasingly data-intensive academic environment, data is becoming the foundation of academic communication as a research outcome rather than a research by-product. However, there is a limit to guaranteeing actual data reuse only by expanding the data supply or securing accessibility. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to understand the data reuse behavior and data needs in-depth. Therefore, this study attempted to identify the major data reuse behavior and data needs among researchers. To this end, the authors of KCI papers among the data reuse documents of the Korea Social Science Data Archive (KOSSDA) for the past 3 years were targeted. An in-depth interview was conducted with 12 researchers who accepted the interview. As a result, factors considered when reusing data were personal, economic, technical, and social aspects, and it was found that the data itself was used or contextual information of the data was used depending on the purpose of data reuse. The path to acquiring data is a web-based source of information, and a path through informal communication can also be found. In terms of the data needs, it was found that they prefer English, the United States, and institutional producers. Also they have a clear preference for quantitative data from an interviewer-filled interpersonal interview survey method, rich metadata along with raw data, and data that contains identification information. However, due to the lack of confidence in the value, it is negative for the use of data with controlled access and use, and it is difficult to confirm a clear preference because there is no similar data available for selection in terms of size and freshness.
The purpose of this study was to categorize conflict resolution by exploring the conflict experiences of the elderly who participate in jobs for the elderly to create an elderly-friendly village. This study applied grounded theory, a qualitative research method, For data collection, a FGI was conducted by sampling 5 elderly job participants in ◯◯-dong, ◯◯-gu, Seoul. The data were analyzed according to the paradigm model of Strauss & Corbin(1998). As a result of the analysis, causal conditions were social, economic, psychological and physical motivations for participation and contextual conditions were economic difficulties, social disconnection, and differences in life experiences influenced the initiation of conflict. The core phenomena were conflict initiated by 'the difference between experience and role' and 'the difference in psychosocial relationship skills', and the intervention condition were the activation of interpersonal relationships through communication to resolve the conflict, social integration through the use of capabilities, It appeared as a regular social activities. The interaction strategy emerged as a strategy for resolving conflict for senior citizen jobs through education, mutual support for building trust, and successful senior-friendly village program operation. The consequences, it was found that job conflicts for the elderly were alleviated by finding one's life, activating community exchanges, increasing a sense of achievement, and growing a sense of community. In conclusion, the conflict resolution types for senior citizens were classified into educational solution type, mutual support solution type, and success experience solution type.
The study attempted to analyze the experiences concerning professional identities of social workers working in hospice palliative care(HPC) multidisciplinary team by adopting ground theory method. The data were drawn from in-depth interviews with 11 social workers working in HPC teams for more than a year. As a result of the study, 166 concepts, 21 themes and 10 categories were presented. The core theme was identified as "growing up as a professional recognized by clients and other team members". The characteristics of social work and those of hospital setting systematic barriers and problems of the governmental support program worked as external conditions. The conflicts and confusions in social workers' professional identities were brought about as results of the conditions while successful team and the characteristics of individual setting promoted to get over the problems. The social workers experienced professional rewards and personal growth from hospice practices by utilizing diverse strategies. It was proposed that social workers should make efforts to be recognized as an essential profession in HPC multidisciplinary teams together with resolving the institutional problems such as regulations on qualifications of HPC social worker, professional education and governmental supports to improve work conditions.

In Korea, Pbichim refers to a psychological state caused by emotional damages that can occur within close relationships. In this state, one might feel reluctant to express one's feelings directly to the other party. It is also possible that Pbichim transforms into anger. This study is aimed to define the term Pbichim as an indigenous psychological concept. In Korea, it is common to express one's feelings indirectly and read the other party's inward thoughts. Pbichim reflects those cultural aspects. In order to examine the representation of Pbichim in Korea, we developed a questionnaire consisting of 15 open-ended questions. The participants were 119 undergraduate and graduate students at Korea University, and the data was analyzed qualitatively. As a result, four different aspects of Pbichim (unsatisfied expectation, being ignored, being alienated, and power struggle) could be differentiated by the situation in which people are likely to present Pbichim. The personality traits of Pbichim, the way of relieving it, as well as positive and negative functions of Pbichim were also elicited. In addition, it was found that Pbichim (the concept that has been negatively perceived) has an important function in maintaining and improving an interpersonal relationship in Korea. Lastly, the importance of mind reading within a certain cultural context is discussed.
