Regulatory agencies' response to resource constraints is an important issue in terms of regulatory effectiveness, but systematic research is lacking. As an effort to overcome this limitation, this study was to explore behaviors of regulatory agencies in response to resource constraints. Reviewing the precedent studies based on regulatory and organizational theories, the study suggested the potential behaviors of regulatory agencies under resource constraints: changes in regulatory processes, changes in enforcement methods, decoupling, and regulatory delegation and contracting-out. The study also discussed the realistic explanations of the response behaviors partly through the case of marine transportation regulation, and explained the problems that the regulatory agency's behaviors could bring about. Based on the findings, the study suggested that the regulatory framework should be designed to ensure the effectiveness of the regulatory system in consideration of the regulatory agencies' behaviors under resource constraints. The study is expected to contribute to developing a theoretical analysis framework ultimately for an empirical study in the future.

This study indicates bed-transfer as the significant behavior of a ward and points out architecture that cannot meet the patient's need. It is examined that inpatient's behavior depends on visibility, psychological security, privacy & communication, control, support and this study applies them to analyze the selected cases. This study also emphasizes the supportive role of hospital architecture so that the function of a ward as a healing environment may be maintained.

본 연구는 미국 소재 T 대학교의 학생아파트를 대상으로 하여 창밖으로 보이는 외부 환경의 차이와 거주자의 환경조절 행태 사이의 관계를 분석하는 관찰연구로 진행되었다. 거주자와 거주환경간에 발생하는 부조화는 환경 스트레스의 한 원인이 된다. 이러한 환경 스트레스에 대한 대응 전략으로 거주자는 그들의 환경을 조정하곤 한다. 본 연구는 실내에서 식물을 키우거나 거주자의 취향에 따라 커튼을 교체하는 등의 환경조절 행태를 분석의 대상으로 한다. 창문과 현관 영역에서 발생하는 환경조절 행태의 정도를 비교 관찰하기 위해 군집형과 일자형으로 되어 있는 두 개의 배치 유형을 연구의 대상으로 선정하였다. 군집형 유형(cluster type: type A)은 상대적으로 도로에 가깝고 거실 창문의 조망이 다른 건물에 가로막혀 있으며, 일자형 유형(parallel type: type B)은 가로막고 있는 건물이 없어 자연경관을 거실 창문을 통해 조망할 수 있는 배치상의 두드러진 차이점이 있다. 관찰연구를 통해 군집형 유형에서 일자형 유형보다 더 높은 빈도로 식물 화분과 개별 커튼 등을 이용한 개인적 환경조절이 이루어진 흔적이 발견되었다. 이러한 결과는 창문을 통해 보이는 외부 경관의 특성이 거주자의 환경조절 행태에 미치는 영향의 정도를 암시하고 있다. 결론적으로 관찰연구에서 나타난 거주자의 환경조정 행태를 반영하여 디자인 고려사항을 제안하였다.

본 연구에서는 한국주식시장의 대표적 주가지수인 KOSPI 200 진입기업과 제외기업의 주가 행태에 어떤 변화가 있는지를 분석하였다. 1994년 6월 이후부터 1999년 정기변경때까지의 기간에 KOSPI 200에 새로 진입한 종목과 제외된 종목을 검증표본으로 하고 이와 유사한 특성을 가지는 기업들을 대응표본으로 삼아 두 집단간에 나타나는 비정상수익률 및 누적비정상수익률의 특성과 비정상수익률과 비정상거래량간의 관계를 비교 분석하였다. 사건일의 비정상수익률과 사건기간동안의 누적비정상수익룰에 대한 분석결과는 KOSPI 200에 새로 포함되거나 제외되는 종목의 주가행태에 뚜렷한 변화가 있다는 결과를 보여주지는 못하고 있다. 그러나 일부 표본의 분석결과는 KOSPI 200에 새로 진입하거나 제외되는 정보가 공시일 이전에 시장에 반영되는 모습을 보여주며, 외환위기 이후기간에 발생한 정기변경진입종목에 나타난 주가행태 변화와 주가변동과 거래량 변동간의 관계는 일부 가격압박가설로 설명될 수 있음을 보여준다. 그러나 본 연구의 분석결과는 지수 신규편입 종목들이 펀드에 신규로 편입되는 과정에서 거래량이 증가해 초과수익이 발생한다는 기존의 가격압박가설의 내용을 충분히 지지하지는 못하고 있다.

통계청은 1999과 2004년 두 차례에 걸쳐 '생활시간조사(Time Use Survey)'를 실시한 바 있다. 이 조사는 우리나라 국민이 하루 24시간을 어떠한 이용 행태로 시간 사용을 하고 있는 지를 조사함으로써 오늘의 국민들의 평균적인 생활방식과 삶의 질을 파악하고, 시간자원의 효율적 활용에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 의의를 두고 있다. 특히 생활시간조사는 각 개인의 시간별 활동내용 뿐 아니라 개인의 여러 가지 인구통계학적 특성들을 함께 조사함으로써 이와 관련된 실증적 연구를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서 관심을 가지고 살펴보고자 하는 것은 개인의 생활시간소비 행태는 성별 및 사회적 역할과 연관되어 있다고 생각되기 때문이다. 특히 개인의 피로도의 정도와 생활시간 소비 형태와의 관련성에 초점을 두고 로지스틱 회귀, 대응분석을 통하여 살펴보고자 한다.

This study investigates SNS usage behaviors of SNS users with a change of SNS use environment and an increase of users. This study compares the difference of use motivation, preferred type, and main use SNS according to socio-demographic variable of SNS users using cross tabulation analysis and also conducts a comparative analysis of main use SNS of each SNS user using correspondence analysis. The results show main use motivation of SNS is relationship seek, most preferred type is closed type, and main use SNS is Kakaostory. Next, we find that there are differences on use motivation, preferred type, and main use SNS, depending on the socio-demographic characteristics of SNS users. The result of correspondence analysis shows how users are using SNS services and what structure their competitive relations of SNS services are made. In the conclusion, the study presents summary of the findings, implications, and tasks for further studies.

인터넷 미디어 기술이 발달하고 개인형 스마트기기(스마트폰, 태블릿PC 등)가 확대 보급됨에 따라 TV 시청행태가 변하고 있다. TV를 시청하면서 개인형 스마트기기를 이용하여 타매체를 동시 이용하는 시청행태가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 시청행태에 대응하여 세컨드스크린 서비스 기술이 주목 받고 있다. KBS는 콘텐츠 사업자 친화적인 세컨드스크린 서비스 기술에 대해 연구하고 TV 친구라는 의미의 세컨드스크린 서비스 플랫폼인 티벗(TVUT) 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 티벗 플랫폼은 이용자 증가에 따른 시스템 확장성과 서비스의 안정성을 고려하여 클라우드 기반 서비스 플랫폼으로 구축하였다. 본 논문에서는 방송 콘텐츠 관련 부가정보를 쉽게 제공할 수 있는 시스템과 서비스 기술을 제시한다.

Recently, Internet addiction problem has arised due to increasing negative effects about excessive internet use among youth. In this study, by utilizing the '11th youth health behaviors online survey data', we discuss the countermeasures for excessive internet usage of adolescence based on various analysis. we examined the effects of demographic characteristic factors, psychological factors, behavioral factors on internet usage of adolescence. As a result, it was confirmed that there were various variables that influenced adolescent internet usage which were not approached in previous researches. And through these results, we can confirm these variables. In addition, we can also provide countermeasures on excessive internet usages by that of adolescents.

Technology developments accelerate the change of the society and companies with unparalleled pace, so large scaled projects are in progress urgently. Large scaled projects deal with high technologies and massive tasks, and these need enormous labor force and costs, it is necessary to manage strategic conflicts based on human psychology and complex system theory. However, traditional management plan fails to suggest practical mechanism for successful projects. We study failure cases and key elements, leadership for projects, and suggest project management plan with psychological and behavioral economy approach by focusing on complexity and conflict structure on large scaled projects. Project behavior management plan, suggested in this study, is designed with phased strategy and practice to solve the failure of large scaled IT projects originally and preemptively. We verified the effectiveness of behavior management plan suggested by investigating experts and working groups, and stable projects are to be progressed with introducing this plan on large-scaled projects.
