2008년도 인쇄문화대상 수상자가 확정됐다. 대한인쇄문화협회 포상심사위원회는 최근 인쇄문화대상 수상자로 경영부문 대상에 조정석 (주)대원문화사 사장, 기술부문 대상에 이재환 태양씨앤피 사장, 진흥부문 대상에 김상래(주)성도GL 사장, 특별부문 대상에 홍종진 배첩장(무형문화재), 직지상에 한행수 (주)두산인쇄 반장을 선정했다고 발표했다. 시상은 오는 9월 18일 오후 5시 세종문화회관 세종홀에서 열리는 대한인쇄문화협회 창립 60주년 기념식장에서 정부포상과 함께 이루어진다.

현대 사회에서 해상 운송은 전체 화물 운송의 약 80%를 차지하는 국제 무역 및 경제 활동의 핵심적인 요소이다. 이에 따라 선박 교통 관제는 해상 안전과 운송 효율성을 향상시키는 데 있어 아주 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 보다 안전한 해상 운송을 지속하기 위해서는 효율적이고 스마트한 선박 교통 관제 시스템이 필수적이므로 본 연구에서는 선박 교통 관제 시스템인 VTS 운용 콘솔 상 해상교통위험도를 시각화하는 것을 제안한다. 우선, 현 관제사를 대상으로 시선 추적 실험을 실시함으로써 관제사의 시선 분포를 통해 주요 관찰 대상과 작업 우선순위 등을 살펴보았다. 이후 동일한 해역에 동일한 시간대의 교통 밀도와 해상 교통 위험도를 정량적으로 평가하고, 이를 관제사의 시선 추적 데이터와 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 객관적인 데이터를 활용하여 관제사의 의사 결정과 수행 업무를 지원하는 것이 해상 교통 관리의 효율성과 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 미래에 보다 안전하고 효율적인 해상 운송 시스템의 구현을 위한 실질적인 기여가 될 것으로 기대된다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to reconsider the necessity of stroke-related educational programs by investigating early symptoms of stroke that emergency medical technicians (EMTs) may experience. Methods: An interview survey was carried out, targeting all EMTs 298 people who were working at 119 fire safety centers and local units in Jeollabuk-do province, from April 1 to 30, 2011. An interviewer administered questionnaire was used to obtain data on ETMs' demographic characteristics, educational level on stroke, and awareness level about early symptoms of stroke and treatment-related characteristics of stroke patients. Results: The results showed that 63.2% of those surveyed had completed the required educational programs on stroke during the past year. The level of awareness about early symptoms of stroke and assessment of stroke patients' condition was relatively high for women, those who were 30 years under, low position people, emergency service practitioners, emergency medical technicians, and people who have completed education, respectively. It was also turned out that 82.8% of those surveyed took stroke patients to the nearest hospitals first so that they could receive appropriate treatment. The level of awareness about early symptoms of stroke and assessment of stroke patients' condition in people who have completed education were higher than non-complete. The level of awareness about early symptoms of stroke was positively correlated with confidence, satisfaction and appropriateness in treatment of stroke patients. Conclusions: These results strongly suggest that it is necessary to operate specialized educational programs to enhance EMTs' appropriate awareness of the early symptoms of stroke and assessment of stroke patient's condition.

This study was aimed to identify a study on the effect of chest compressions combined with abdominal drawing-in technique on prevention of back pain and chest compression quality. We tested motion analysis, electromyography, and chest compression quality of 15 paramedics. Data were normalized to SPSS 21.0 (Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk test). The paired t-test was used for the pre- and post-test chest compressions, the one-way ANOVA was used for the analysis of the measurement point-in-time differences, and LSD was used for the post-test. The results of the study showed significant difference in muscle activity and chest compression success rate when the chest pressure was applied with abdomen drawing-in. Therefore, it is necessary to study cardiopulmonary resuscitation education which can increase the chest compression success rate while preventing the back pain of the paramedics in the future.

서울인쇄정보조합은 오는 2월 23일 오전 10시 롯데호텔에서 2007년도 정기총회를 열고 새 이사장을 선출한다. 이번 선거는 이충원 선문사 대표(현 조합 이사장)와 조정석 ㈜대원문화사 대표이사가 앞으로 4년간 서울인쇄정보조합을 이끌 이사장 자리에 출사표를 던져 두사람의 맞대결로 펼저질 전망이다. 이충원 사장과 조정석 사장은 이번이 세 번째 대결이다. 2001년 선거에서는 고수곤 전광인쇄정보㈜ 대표이사가 승리했고 2004년에는 이충원 대표가 이겼다. 조정석 대표이사는 이번이 세 번째 도전이다. 이번 선거는 단체수의 계약제도 폐지에 따라 업계와 조합의 환경이 크게 변하는 상황에서 치러져 큰 관심을 모으고 있다. 이에 본지에서는 형평성을 고려해 두 후보에게 똑 같은 질문과 같은 양의 답변을 듣는 인터뷰를 통해 출마동기와 공약을 알아본다.

The purpose of this research is to study the effect of using teaching materials related to the chapter on the mathematical history of sequence and to propose practical ways for teachers to use the materials in class. This study will show how to employ mathematical history to illustrate the practical use of mathematics, arouse students' interest, and improve the understanding of mathematics of students who are not interested in mathematics.

해상 교통 환경은 해운 산업이 발전함에 따라 더욱 복잡해지고 다양화되었다. 이에 따라 해상 교통 관제를 시행하는 선박교통관제사 업무의 중요성이 높아졌으며, 효율적인 교통 관제 시스템 지원을 위한 새롭고 다양한 시도들이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 선박교통관제에 관한 법률에서는 선박교통관제사의 업무에 대해 해양수산부령으로서 항만운영정보시스템에의 자료 입력을 규정하고 있으며, 이는 교통환경 파악 및 교통 관제에 집중하여야 하는 관제사에게 주의력 상실 등 비효율적인 관제 업무를 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 가장 입출항 선박이 많고 해양사고가 많이 발생하였던 부산항 VTS 센터의 관제사를 대상으로 시선측정실험을 실시하여 실제 관제 업무 시 관제 일지가 차지하는 비율을 확인하고자 하였다.

자율운항선박은 선원의 운항 조작 없이 스스로 운항하는 선박을 의미하며 자율운항선박의 기술개발에 대해서 국내외로 개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 기존의 선박교통관제에서는 관제사와 선박간의 VHF 교신을 통해 선박교통관제 운영 절차를 수행하였으나 자율운항선박 Level 3에 맞춰 관제사의 개입을 최소화한 디지털 기반의 선박교통관제 업무 수행이 요구되며 이에 자율운항선박을 대상으로하는 디지털 기반의 관제시스템의 선박교통관제 업무 수행에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자율운항선박을 대상으로 하는 디지털 선박교통관제 업무 수행을 위한 시나리오를 제시하였다.

Korea is experiencing various disasters both natural and artificial. This study is descriptive research designed to examine the perception of the disaster response ability of fire-paramedics during the response stage of disaster management. The subjects of this study were EMT-P's who had more than 2 years of experience in the field at a fire station in G Province. The questionnaire, including the items for the sub-factors of the field response ability, were prepared and 161 final questionnaires were collected and analyzed with the SPSS program. The mean scores of triage ability, patient treatment ability, patient transfer ability, disaster support ability, and disaster response speed were 3.53, 3.68, 3.66, 2.95, and 3.44, respectively. As a result of multiple regression analysis, variables affecting the speed of disaster response were in the order of patient treatment ability, patient transfer ability, and disaster support ability. In conclusion, fire-paramedics will have to consider the ability to treat patients, transfer patients, and disaster support to improve disaster response speed, and, ultimately, disaster response guidelines should be developed to improve disaster response capabilities.
