유비쿼터스 네트워크환경에서 멀티호밍 기술은 무선 단말이 두 개 이상의 경로를 통해 인터넷에 연결 될 수 있는 기술로써 보다 효율적인 이동성 지원, 다중 경로를 이용한 신뢰성 보장 그리고 사용자를 위한 다양한 QoS(Quality of Service)를 제공할 수 있는 기술이다. 하지만 현재 IP 계층에서의 멀티호밍 기술은 멀티호밍의 필요성과 유용성에대한 정의 단계이며 이 기술을 지원하는 적합한 메커니즘이 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 IP 계층에서의 멀티호밍을 지원하기 위하여 신호의 세기, 데이터 전송률, 대역폭 사용률 그리고 트래픽의 특성과 같은 네트워크의 다양한 요소들을 분석하고 그에 따른 최적의 경로를 설정 할 수 있는 메커니즘을 제안하였다.

We analyze respondents' reaction to Obama's advertisement, titled 'Fix the Economy'. These respondents are divided into three groups of democratic party, republican party and independent group. By manipulating the skin complexion of the Obama photo, participants were either exposed to the dark or light version of the Obama photograph. In order to obtain decorrelated stationary data, we have applied the discrete Fourier transform to each curve and then we have applied Fan (1998)'s adaptive Neyman test to the discrete Fourier transformed data. As a result, a significant difference is found out only in the independent group.

Although a number of empirical studies found that political ideology plays a significant role in Korean elections, they entirely rely on cross-sectional data analysis. In contrast to previous research, this study investigates the effects of ideology in the 2012 Korean presidential election through standard panel data analysis. Specifically, using "EAI Panel Study, 2012", the effects of ideology on both candidate evaluation and vote choice were examined via fixed effects, random effects, and pooled regression analysis. And the results from applying the two most popular models of ideological voting, the proximity model and the directional change model were also compared. The results show that candidate evaluations and vote choice during the election (April, 2012- December, 2012) were significantly influenced by the ideological difference between voters and candidates, independent from partisanship and other standard socio-demographic factors. And this ideological voting during the election seems better captured by the directional change model than by the proximity model.

This study performs opinion mining of newspaper articles, based on topics extracted by topic modeling. We analyze the attitudes of the news media towards a major issue of 'presidential election', assuming that newspaper partisanship is a kind of opinion. We first extract topics from a large collection of newspaper texts, and examine how the topics are distributed over the entire dataset. The structure and content of each topic are then investigated by means of network analysis. Finally we track down the chronological distribution of the topics in each of the newspapers through time serial analysis. The result reveals that both the liberal newspapers and the conservative newspapers exhibit their own tendency to report in line with their adopted ideology. This confirms that we can count on opinion mining technique based on topics in order to analyze opinion in a reliable fashion.

For the environmental noise assessments. A weighted equivalent noise level (LeqA) is used to measure the time varying environmental noise. However, it is not appropriately reflect various environmental noise features and human emotions. The human perception of the noise is affected largely by the psychoacoustic characteristics of noise as well as the sound pressure level In this study, the effective factors of noise qualify are analyzed using the subjective assessment and statistical analysis of environmental noise, such as road traffic noise. construction site noise, noise in daily living. and other. The analysis methodology is composed to three steps as follows : firstly, the values of the sound qualify metrics of various noise sources were analyzed. And to classify the noise sources, we conducted a cluster analysis using sound quality metrics. Secondly, subjective jury testing was carried out using the methods of paired comparisons and semantic differential. Finally, the correlation between the subjective parameters and the noise quality metrics were analyzed. As a result. the human perception characteristics of the various environmental noise are described in some physical parameters of the noise qualify metrics.

In a smart society, politicians analyze the big data of voters to build a favorable political positions. In other words, a variety of digital footprints uploaded in SNS or Internet are used to set the election strategies and political directions. In comparison, it is difficult for voters to extract intention information about how politicians are performing a political acts. Therefore, it is important that voters need to analyze what intention of politicians are like for two way interaction between voters and politicians. For this, in this paper, we want to do the identification by analyzing IT technologies to narrative styles of politicians who pursue relative advantages or gains compared to other competitors. The experiments will be carried out to identify about what relative advantages compared to other competitors by narrative styles of next presidential candidates who are expected to run into the next presidential election by analyzing the usual audio interviews.

This study would analyze the visual expression elements, including layout, color, picture and typography in the election posters with the five main candidates of the 19th Presidential Election as the targets of the analysis. This study analyzed the candidates' images in the election posters and conducted a survey of the visual expression elements survey by the age of the voters. As a result of the analysis, Presidential Candidate Moon Jae-in felt fresh, and Yoo Seung-min like Moon had high percentages in layout and color, highlighting his clean image. Hong Jun-pyo had the most diverse preferences by age, and Ahn Cheol-soo, who showed the most unprecedented poster, too, had diverse preferences by age. Shim Sang-jung, who emphasized her familiar image, had preferences for her visual expression elements by all age groups in the following order: layout, color, picture and typography. Therefore, in order to utilize the visual expressions of the election posters, effectively, it is necessary to clarify the messages that the candidates would claim. For this purpose, objective research should continue so that they can be further developed artistically and academically through broad understanding and analysis of the voters rather than subjective expressions.

In this study, 1,474 effective patents were derived for quantitative analysis of five major countries, including Korea, China, Japan, the United States and Europe, for marine space policy simulator technology used as a support for integrated marine space management means, and domestic technology competitiveness and domestic and foreign technology trends were identified through annual and national patent application trends and word cloud analysis. This diagnosed the need for active policy support for research and development of marine space policy simulator technology at the government level and preparation through linkage strategies such as patent application consideration and standardization preoccupation for surrounding technologies to prepare for China-led market monopoly and preoccupation.

This is the study of efficient security system for candidates for the 17th President. The president election will be held in 20 countries this year. As conflicts between interest groups are expected to emerge, they are afraid of accidental raid in the campaign tour in addition to revival of regionalism and possibility of confrontation between interest groups with issues of anti-FTA In our country. The purpose of this study is to suggest appropriate method through study of security system for president candidate as just 6 months are left for the 17th president election. Also this study covers security environment for the president election, principle of security, and theoretical study for cause of terror, security system domestic and abroad and its analysis and how to provide the efficient security for president candidate. Therefore first, for desirable security the security should be provided by professional org like president security department. Second, combined security for target by current rules should be done. Fourth, total security is necessary to prevent security threats in advance. Third, the public security should be provided for every president candidates. Fifth, example of secret service in America should be studied and economical security should be considered Sixth, we should increase the use of Security Company and martial artists.

As the use of mass media in modern politics grows, its influential power is getting larger than before. Therefore, fairness of broadcasting is identified as a very important factor in the current law. In particular, whether the mass media has balanced attitude toward election issues has been a critical point, which maked the current law have separate provisons to deal with it. As for the fairness and bias, most existing studies had focused on how long the media dealt with the specific political issues, which leads to only quantitative analysis. Also, most analysis of the contents had been based on very personal judgement and evaluation of researchers rather than following the criteria which is based on scientific method. This study introduced the AHP analysis method to compare the quantitative data and qualitative data altogether, which aims to develope the indicator for weighted measures and measurement of the fairness. Research findings reveals that each broadcaster has, MBC was highly biased and KBS and SBS followed that. Compared with existing studies regarding the political fairness of the media.
