The defense industry has recently been focused on boosting exports of weapon systems. Investigation and selection of promising export items for SMEs in the defense industry is essential to establish a defense promotion policy. This study presents a model for selecting promising export items applicable to the defense industry through case studies, such as criteria for selecting promising items from other organizations. The evaluation index is largely composed of three categories, competitiveness of the item itself, capabilities of the exporter, and ripple effect of the export, and consists of eight detailed evaluation indicators. The relative weight between categories was calculated through the AHP method. In the selection model, if a certain score is exceeded, it is then possible to adopt a promising item or verify validity. In particular, promising items were selected by applying this methodology to those involved in the defense industry. Using the model presented in this study, it is expected that domestic small and medium-sized enterprises with relatively high export competitiveness and excellent quality items will be given priority, and more effective and intensive export support will be possible.

The aim of this study is to select the import and export goods which contribute to activate the operation of port hinterland. The spatial ranges of this study are A-am 1 logistics complex and 4dock hinterland. The Factor Analysis(FA) and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) are used as the methodologies. Eleven low evaluation factors including 'creation of traffic cargo volume' are selected by precedent studies and four high evaluation factors including 'effective management' are grouped through factor analysis. As the result of priority among low evaluation factors through AHP, 'creation of traffic cargo volume' is the most important factor. Moreover using the AHP, 'electronic component' is the most important item which activate the Port of Incheon and its hinterland. So cargos which have the potential to create traffic cargo volume such as 'electronic component' must be managed strategically and this study can be used as important index when people concerned attract items.

어려움을 겪고 있는 인쇄산업에 조금이나마 도움이 될 소식이 전해졌다. 동반성장위원회(위원장 정운찬)가 최근 발표한 '중소기업 적합업종, 1차선정 품목 16개에 인쇄업이 포함되었기 때문이다. 동반성장위원회는 지난 5월 중소기업을 대상으로 업종신청을 받은 234개 중 45개를 1차로 걸러냈고 지난 9월말에 16개를 우선 1차로 선정했다. 중소기업 적합업종으로 선정되면 향후 3년간 대기업과 중소기업간 협의를 통해 대기업의 사업철수 내자는 확장 자제가 이뤄지게 된다. 이 제도는 대기업의 무분별한 사업영역 확대 자제를 통한 대 중소기업 간 동반성장를 고려한 최적의 조치라고 평가받고 있으며 전통적인 중소기업업종인 인쇄업으로서도 선정된 것은 당연하면서도 다행스러운 결과라 할 수 있다.

우리는 지난해BOP졸업으로 국제사회에서 양반노릇을 하게 되었다. 이제 양반의 지위 유지를 위해서는 냉수마시고 이빨쑤시는 막대한 고통이 따르고 비용이 들게 되었다. 과거 개도국으로 누려왔던 혜택을 포기해야 하기때문에 UR협상이 타결되면 선진국과 같은 수준으로 수입개방되고, 정부정책도 보호나 규제에서 시장기능에 맡겨진다. 이제 우리는 총론적 반대에서 구체적인 산업구조조정에 필요한 유예기간을 최대화 하고, 주요 품목을 선정해서 끝까지 비교역적 고려사항 대상품목으로 인정받아야 할 것이다.

In this study, a proposal for revision of HSK Code was established on legally designated minerals and national stockpile minerals. It is difficult to exactly identify trade balances of minerals, such as lithium ore, rare earth ore, serpentine, kidney stone in legally designated minerals and ingot of indium, ferro-tungsten, ingot of antimony, granule of selenium, gallium, lanthanum oxide, cerium carbonate in national stockpile minerals because HSK Codes of them were not allocated separately. Furthermore, specific use, standard, component, type of products cannot be exactly identified in current HSK Code system. Therefore, it is makes rule to separately manage minerals which were managed by government such as legally designated minerals and national stockpile minerals. However, a proposal for revision of HSK Code system was established to comply with international standard(HS Code) and the items over a certain size(amounts : over 50 mil.$, volumes : over 5000 ton) were selected as revised subjects. Moreover hierarchies between HSK Codes were considered.

굿디자인(GOOD DESINE)이란 산업통상자원부가 주최하고 한국디자인진흥원의 주관 아래, 산업디자인진흥법에 의거하여 상품의 외관, 기능, 재료, 경제성 등을 종합적으로 심사하여 디자인의 우수성이 인정된 상품에 GOOD DESINE 마크를 부여하는 제도로 1985년부터 매년 시행해 오고 있다. GD마크 선정제란 우수한 디자인 상품개발을 장려하여 국가 경쟁력을 확보하고 국민 삶의 질 향상에 기여하는 것을 목표로 하고 있으며, 나아가 유니버설디자인, 서비스디자인, 전통시장, 산업단지 디자인을 고도화(우수디자인 선정, 장려 등)함으로써 사회적 문제해결과 지속가능한 창조경제를 실현하는데 그 의의가 있다. 선정 대상 품목으로는 제품디자인, 환경디자인, 소재표면처리디자인, 패션디자인, 포장디자인, 커뮤니케이션디자인, 건축디자인 패션디자인으로 대통령상 1점을 비롯해 국무총리상, 대상, 최우수상 등을 시상하고 있다. 굿디자인 상품은 향후 조달청이 시행하는 우수제품선정 및 물품구매 적격심사 시 우대되며, 중소기업청이 시행하는 수출유망중소기업지정 및 수출기업화 사업평가시 우대받을 수 있다. 마크사용에 있어 호주 디자인상(AIDA)과의 상호인증으로 마크 부착이 가능하다. 본 고에서는 2015년 우수디자인(GD)으로 선정된 제품 가운데 생활 포장 및 산업포장 부문 수상작들과 일부 선정된 제품들을 살펴본다.

The purpose of this study was to select regional distinctive Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFP) in Gangwon Inland Mountains Area. It was considered as NTFP Pine mushroom, Raw Oak Mushroom, Chestnut, Pinenut, Acorn, Resin, Cultivated Mountain Ginseng, Fernbrake, Chinese bellflower, Lance asiabell, Angelica, Aster scaber, Sap, Wood Vinegar. Regional weight, item weight and forest products quotient were used for the selection of NTFP. Forest products quotient was an application of Location Quotient that is used Input-Output analysis. As a result, Chestnut was selected in Chuncheon. Raw Oak Mushroom was selected in Wonju and Pyeongchang. It was selected Pinenut in Hongcheon, Lance asiabell in Hoengseong and Hwacheon, Acorn in Cheorwon, Aster scaber in Yanggu and Sap in Inje.
