본 연구에서는 생물테러 발생 시에 대비한 대국민행동요령 교육 및 홍보자료를 개발함으로써, 국민들의 자발적 이해와 비상시 행동요령을 정확히 인지하게 하여 생물테러 발생에 의한 피해를 최소화하기 위하여, 일반 국민을 대상으로 생물테러감염병에 대한 행동요령을 개발하고 구체적 인지도 증가를 위한 매뉴얼의 컨텐트를 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통해 생물테러에 대한 대국민행동요령을 국민들이 숙지하고 생물테러감염병에 대한 인지도가 높아질 것이 기대되며, 생물테러 위기상황 발생 시 일반 국민들의 적절한 대응을 할 수 있고, 이러한 활동을 통하여 범국민적 안전문화 확산에 기여할 것이다.

2017년 5월 31일 지상파 UHD 본 방송 서비스가 개시된 이후, 기존 HD 방송 대비 4배 이상 선명한 영상 제공을 통해 시청자는 현장감과 사실감을 체감할 수 있게 되었다. 또한, HD 방송과 차별화된 효과를 보다 더욱 극대화하기 위해 2018년 러시아 월드컵 기간 동안 고명암비와 광색역 기술을 적용한 지상파 UHD HDR 방송 서비스를 제공하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지상파 UHD HDR 방송 서비스 제공을 위한 관련 기술들을 연구하고 송출 시스템을 설계 및 구축하였다. 그리고 이를 검증하기 위해 2018 러시아 월드컵 기간 동안 UHD HDR 방송을 송출함으로써 수신단과의 정합성을 입증하였다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of housing economic and regional characteristics on the ife satisfaction and the self-esteem of the elderly and how their self-esteem mediates the effects of housing economic and regional characteristics on their life satisfaction. The main results of the study are as follows. First, housing economic characteristics such as housing prices, occupancy area per resident, and ratio of utility cost to total living costs had a significant effect on the elderly's life satisfaction and self-esteem, and the elderly's self-esteem mediated the effect of the economic characteristics of housing on the life satisfaction of the elderly. Second, residential area, a regional characteristic of housing, had a significant effect on the life satisfaction and self-esteem of the elderly, and the self-esteem of the elderly mediated the effect of the residential area on the life satisfaction. Thus, because elderly housing welfare policies related to housing economic and regional characteristics affect the elderly's life satisfaction, a psychological welfare, through a mediating effect of the elderly's self-esteem.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge, attitude, infection management intention and educational needs among nurses with no experience of new respiratory infectious diseases (NRID: SARS and MERS). Data were collected from 162 nurses working at the general hospitals in B city using structured questionnaires from October 10 to 31, 2017. The infection management intention of NRID was high in those who were over 30 years old, married, highly educated, and had a total working experience of more than 5 years. Nurses' infection management intention for NRID showed a positive correlation between knowledge of NRID (r=.27, p<.001) and attitude toward NRID (r=.65, p<.001). In other words, the higher the knowledge score for NRID, the more positive the attitude and the higher the infection management intention. In addition, the knowledge score related to incubation period, treatment, isolation, and release criteria was low while the educational needs were high. Therefore, in preparation for the possibility of NRID relapse and other NRID in the future, a systematic program addressing these educational needs for nurses should be periodically implemented to enhance infection management.

This study was designed to find out the efficacy of college students' lecture participation in online real-time lectures conducted at university due to the Corona virus events. Participants in this study are 701 students attending the W University in the J region and participating in real-time online lectures. The tools of this study consisted of four factors: interaction, learning improvement, adaptation, and accessibility. The results of this study are as follows: First, accessibility is the highest efficacy among college students' real-time online lectures participation and interaction is the lowest. Second, the efficacy of real-time online lecture participation of university students differed according to gender, grade, major, and access devices. This study is meaningful in that it confirmed the applicability of real-time online teaching method due to corona virus and confirmed the applicability of real-time online teaching as a method to prepare for the arrival of full-scale distance education in the post-Corona era. Lastly, it was suggested that the online class management method and support for each college major reflect the changes of the times.

천고마비의 계절, 하늘은 높고 말은 살찐다는 가을이다. 가을이 되면 유난히 왕성해지는 식욕 때문에 다이어트에 어려움을 겪은 사림들이 많다. 이처럼 가을에 식욕이 늘어나는 이유는 기온 변화에 따른 신체의 반응 때문이다. 기온이 떨어지면 우리 몸은 체온을 유지하기 위해 기초 대사량이 5% 정도 증가하고, 활동하기 좋은 기온이라 상대적으로 활동량이 증가하면서 공복감을 빨리 느끼게 된다. 또, 추운 겨울을 대비해 우리 몸이 본능적으로 체지방을 늘리기 위해 식욕이 증가하기도 한다.

초고속 정보통신망은 대량의 정보를 아주 빠른 속도로 주고받을 수 있는 통신망으로써 정보라는 자동차가 다니는 정보 고속도로라고 할 수 있다. 달구지나 자전거를 위해 고속도로를 깔지 않는 것처럼 단순한 음성이나 문자 정보만 오가는데 초고속 통신망이 필요한 것은 아니다. 초고속 통신망을 통해 유통되는 정보는 엄청난 데이타 량이 소요되는 멀티미디어 정보이다. 기존의 전화와 같은 음성통신이 1분에 자동차 한 대가 움직이는 꼴이라면, 동화상의 경우에는 1분에 무려 11,000대나 되는 자동차들이 오가는 꼴이 된다. 따라서 기존의 비좁은 도로로는 도저히 이 엄청난 통화량을 감당할 수가 없다. 그래서 초고속 통신망은 미래의 정보사회에서 예상되는 정보 폭증에 대비한 정보 고속도로인 것이다.(중략)

본 연구에서는 선박 내 비상 상황을 대비한 가상훈련을 위한 선박 내 구조 구축 프레임워크를 개발하였다. 실제 환경과 가상 환경을 유사하게 제공함으로써 environment fidelity를 높이면 몰입감이 증대하여 가상훈련의 효과를 높일 수 있다. 이를 위해 스테레오 카메라 등을 이용한 raw한 스캔 데이터에 대해서 3가지 단계(Empyting, Smoothing, Refurnishing)를 통해 최종적으로 가상훈련에서 사용할 수 있는 형태의 가상환경을 얻을 수 있다. 본 프레임워크를 통해 가상 환경을 구축하고 구축된 가상 환경을 이용하여 실제 가상훈련을 수행하였다.

현재 우리의 대학교육 체제가 크게 변화하고 있는 가운데 학부제의 도입이 최대의 관심사로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 대부분 대학이 학부제의 특성을 볼 수 있는 복수전공 취득이 가능한 구체적인 교육과정 등도 마련해놓지 않고 유사계열의 학과들을 묶어 학부라고 이름지음으로써 '학부제=학과 통폐합'이라는 오해를 불러 일으키며, 교육개혁에 대한 거부감마저 낳고 있다. 이른바 교육소비자 중심시대에 대비하기 위해서는 학부제만이 유일한 해결책은 아닐 것이다. 하지만 교육서비스의 수요자를 중심으로 한 학부제라면 경쟁력 있는 대학으로 가는 길임에는 틀림이 없는 것 같다.
