이 논문은 음향 분석기를 이용하여 한국어의 단순모음 8개를 음향 음성학적으로 분석하고 그 결과를, 이 현복의 1971년 논문 "현대 서울말의 모음 음가"에서 기분 모음을 기준으로 하여 기술한 단순 모음의 소리값과 비교하는 데어 목적이 있다. 특히, 한국어의 모음 1)길고 세게 날 때, 2)짧고 세게 날 때, 그리고 3) 여리게 날 때의 세가지 환경에 따라 변이음의 음가가 달리 나타난다는 이 현복의 이론을 음향 음성학적으로 확인해 보는 것이 연구를 하는 주요 관심사이다. 이 실험에 사용된 자료는 위에 말한 이 현복의 논문과 "한국어 음성학"(김선기, 1937, 1971; 영문)에 제시된 낱말로 이루어져 있으며, 이를 스웨덴에 유학중인 지 민제가 자신의 목소리로 직접 녹음하여 위메오 대한 음성학과의 음향 음성학 실험실에서 음향분석기로 분석한 다음, 각 모음의 제1 및 제2포인트를 측정하여 리를 토대로 음향도를 만들었다. 이 실험 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. : 1)그림 2,3과 포먼트 표에서 보인 바와 같이, 모음 /이, 에, 오, 으/는 각각 이 현복의 주장대로 환경에 따라 세 개의 분명히 다른 음가를 나타내고 있다. 2) 한편 모음 /애, 아, 우, 어/는 모음의 길이에 따라 다만 두 종류의 음가 변동이 나타날 뿐이며 강세의 유무에 따른 음가 차이는 드러나지 않았다. 3) 이 현복의 주장대로 모음 /에/와 /애/mss 음가의 차이가 크지 않으므로 음운 대립이 무디어질 수 있음을 이번 실험 결과로 확인 하였다. 특히 강세가 없는 /에/는 강세가 있는 /애/와 소리값이 거의 같았다. 4) 이 현복은 표준말에서 /어/의 음가가 세대에 따라 다르며, 안정된 세대의 말씨에서는 /어:/가 /어/에 비해 높고 중앙화한 소리값을 지닌다는 주장을 하였다. 그러나 이 실험 연구에서는 녹음한 이가 젊은 세대이어서 인지 그러한 현상이 나타나지 않았고, 다만 /어:/는 /어/보다 높이만이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 5) 이번 실험 연구에서 모음의 소리값이 장단과 강세에 따라 달라진다는 이 현복의 주장이 대체로 증명된 셈이나, 종합적이고 확고한 결론을 내리려면 좀 더 광범한 실험 연구가 필요하다고 본다. 특히 안정된 세대의 말씨를 직접 녹음하여 음향 음성학적으로 분석함이 필요하다.

The underlying impetus of the birth of animated film is attraction about a moving image. And the animation image occurs from the process of performative relationship between an animator and apparatus. Therefore, analysing the method how the moving image is constructed will be the focal starting point to deal with an animated film as a text. In this context, that conveys the theme in more sensuous way will be examined in a dimension of the material, technique and image-making method. KIM Jin-man's is a Stop Motion Animated Film with Noodlescreen about a journey of a fish that wishes to go outside of the water. KIM created original and friendly images out of plain thin noodle which is a common ingredient in Korea, and dealt with the ontological introspection based of the concept of Nondualism. Nondualism based on the interconnected and cyclical eastern philosophy which is different from the western dualistic theory points to the idea that the universe and all its multiplicity are ultimately expressions or appearances of one essential reality. This paper focuses on KIM's recent work and sees how Nondualism is applied throughout the animated film by analysing the performative method of mediums, technique, and structure. First of all, the form of Noodlescreen will be reviewed in Chapter Two. Pinscreen Animation which was invented by Alexander Alexeieff and Claire Parker will be also compared with Noodlescreen in the aesthetic viewpoint here. In Chapter Three, it will be analysed how the description of the image of binary opposition itself provides expanded sense and rich metaphor. Lastly, the format of Mise-en-abyme going constantly towards outer space will be dealt how it exposes the cinematic illusion and spatiality in Chapter Four. Throughout the whole chapters, it will reviewed how the concept of Nondualism relates the images of and deactivate the boundary of binary opposition in terms of both the story development and the visualization method. By this methodology, it will be confirmed that image of animated film not only explains the narrative but also activates the perception about the theme and provides integrated sensory experiences in the independent and expanded dimension.

For the purpose of genetic stock indentification of three species of salmonid fishs and their hybrid, lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), malate dehydrogenase(MDH), isocitrate dehydrogenase(IDH), a-gylycerophosphate dehydrogenase(a-GPDH), malic enzyme(ME), 6-phospho-gluconate dehydrogenase(6-PGD), phosphoglucose isomerase(PGI) and phospho-glucomutase(PGM) from skeletal muscle, liver, heart and gill tissues in all three species were analyzed. Chum and masu salmon showed no polymorphic patterns in all isozyme loci, however rainbow trout were found to have polymorphic patterns at MDH-B, LDH and IDH loci. Especially, significant differences were found at MDH-B loci between the three species and the IDH patterns of rainbow trout were also different from the other two species. These loci therefore can be utilized as efficient genetic markers for the identification of hybrids and improve the efficiency of fish breeding. There was no difference except PGI between diploid and triploid isozyme patterns but PGI showed some potential as a marker for triploid in masu salmon.

Folksonomies have potential problems caused by synonyms, tagging level, neologisms and so forth when retrieving music by tags. These problems can be tackled by introducing the mood intensity (Arousal and Valence value) of music as its internal tag. That is, if moods of music pieces and their mood tags are all represented internally by numeric values, A (Arousal) value and V (Valence) value, and they are retrieved by these values, then music pieces having similar mood with the mood tag of a query can be retrieved based on the similarity of their AV values though their tags are not exactly matched with the query. As a prerequisite study, in this paper, we propose the mapping table defining the relation between AV values and folksonomy tags. For analysis of the association between AV values and tags, ANOVA tests are performed on the test data collected from the well known music retrieval site last.fm. The results show that the P values for A values and V values are 0.0, which means the null hypotheses could be rejected and the alternative hypotheses could be adopted. Consequently, it is verified that the distribution of AV values depends on folksonomy tags.

This study was attempted to identify the status of the work of the PA and provide the direction and evidence of policy making on the PA scheme. A convergence study was conducted to analyze a total of 23 articles of papers and Internet news through systematic review methodology. A literature search was performed using KISS, NDSL, RISS, National assembly library, and 11 major domestic daily newspapers and Youth Medical Newspaper. The analysis of eight papers showed that the PA's work-related exhaustion, job stress, unclear scope of work and lack of regulations reduced job satisfaction. Through 15 press articles, it was understood that it was urgent to establish a legal system and education system for qualifications and work as professional medical personnel amid a conflict of positive and negative opinions of related agencies. In order to increase the utilization of PA in the future, it is necessary to secure institutional devices suitable for Korean affairs and prepare educational programs.

In various directions of cartoon, vertical stroll direction is opposite to the page direction of existing published cartoon with the popularity of webtoon and established new genre. Lots of studies on published cartoon focus on the cut direction by page, but webtoon doesn't have any concept of page. The pivot of cartoon oriented people is changed from paper to computer monitor as times go by, characteristics of media are changed and media is gradually diversified. Like the strengthening of mobile caused by smart phone's popularity, tablet PC's propagation in public education, etc. cartoon is included to the environment of media which is rapidly changed. In this situation, one of cartoon's unchanged important identities can be the direction made by harmony between picture and text. This thesis analyzed symbolic characteristics and effective value of hyogwatae, mimetic words of cartoon, focusing on works of Heo, Young Man. Hyogwatae just delivers not only sound but also shape, feeling, status, etc. and has significant characteristics by invoking the imaginary structure of literature. Strengths of modern Korean, various linguistic expressions and syllabic systems, let people feel minute feeling of language and difference of emotion and remember the memory through the direct and indirect experiences, so it makes it nuance. Because of the characteristics, representative works of Heo, Young Man have commercialization and writer characteristics, have communicated with people for a long time and have plentiful knowledge of Korean cartoon. The characteristics of hyogwatae in Heo, Young Man's cartoon make a lot of effects for the expression and delivery of cartoon more than the general expectation. When conducting the study focusing on the symbolic process of language, uncertainty and vague standard of judgement caused by the wide factors of study on the direction of general cartoon could be endured. And, through the Heo, Young Man's deep analysis on hyogwatae's direction, readers enjoy the process while inferring actually and intellectually between pictures and sentences. In the process, the equipment stimulating imagination more than pictures, effects and dialogues is hyogwatae. It's reader's equipment of active participation and its strength is symbolic structure.

The paper investigates the minimal pair of Korean phonemes quantitatively. To achieve this goal, I calculated the number of consonant minimal pairs in the syllable-initial position as both raw counts and relative counts, and analyzed the part of speech relations of the two words in the minimal pair. "Urimalsaem" was chosen as the object of this study because it was judged that the minimal pair analysis should be done through a dictionary and it is the largest among Korean dictionaries. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, there were 153 types of minimal pairs out of 337,135 examples. The ranking of phoneme pairs from highest to lowest was 'ㅅ-ㅈ, ㄱ-ㅅ, ㄱ-ㅈ, ㄱ-ㅂ, ㄱ-ㅎ, ${\ldots}$, ㅆ-ㅋ, ㄸ-ㅋ, ㅉ-ㅋ, ㄹ-ㅃ, ㅃ-ㅋ'. The phonemes that played a major role in the formation of the minimal pair were /ㄱ, ㅅ, ㅈ, ㅂ, ㅊ/, in that order, which showed a high proportion of palatals. The correlation between the raw count of minimal pairs and the relative count of minimal pairs was found to be quite high r=0.937. Second, 87.91% of the minimal pairs shared the part of speech (same syntactic category). The most frequently observed type has been 'noun-noun' pair (70.25%), and 'vowel-vowel' pair (14.77%) was the next ranking. It can be indicated that the minimal pair could be grouped into similar categories in terms of semantics. The results of this study can be useful for various research in Korean linguistics, speech-language pathology, language education, language acquisition, speech synthesis, and artificial intelligence-machine learning as basic data related to Korean phonemes.

This study was conducted to develop microsatellite markers in Seriola quinqueradiata using next-generation sequencing. A total of 28,873,374 reads were generated on an Illumina Hiseq2500 system, yielding 7,247,216,874 bp sequences. The de novo assembly resulted in 466,359 contigs. A total of 132 contigs (0.43%), including 60 microsatellite loci, were derived from 30,729 contigs longer than 518 bp. A total of 60 primer sets were designed from the 132 microsatellite loci. A total of 15 polymorphic nuclear microsatellite loci were chosen to evaluate population genetic parameters in the parents and offspring. The mean number of effective alleles was 18.5, ranging from 11 to 30. The observed heterozygosity (H_O) and expected heterozygosity (H_E) ranged between 0.431 and 0.972 with an average of 0.812 and from 0.782 to 0.949 with an average of 0.896, respectively. No significant linkage disequilibrium was observed after Bonferroni revision in any loci. The results show that the 15 polymorphic nuclear microsatellite markers can be used to study the population and conservation genetics of S. quinqueradiata in Korea. To ensure the success of artificial seedling production technology, genetic variations between the parent and offspring populations should be monitored, and inbreeding should be controlled.

In order to unravel the problems of the mind, today's cognitive science has expanded its perspective from the narrow framework of the past computer model or neuronal network model to the wider frameworks of interaction with the brain in interaction with the body in interaction with their environments. The theories of 'the extended mind', 'embodied mind', or 'enactive mind' appeared through such processes are working on a way to move into the environments while the problem to unravel the complex process of interactions between the mind, the body and the environments are left alone. This problem can be traced back as far as to Gibson and Maturana & Varela who tried at first to unravel the problem of the mind in terms of interaction between the brain, the body and there environments in 1960~70s. It's because Gibson stressed the importance of the 'affordance' provided by the environment while Maturana & Varela emphasized the 'autonomy' of auto-poiesis of life. However, it will be proper to say that there are invariants in the affordances provided by the environment as well as the autonomy of life in the state of structural coupling of the environment's variants and life's openness toward the environment. In this case, the confrontational points between Gibson and Maturana & Varela will be resolved. In this article, I propose Benjamin's theory of mimesis as a mediator of both theories. Because Benjamin's concept of mimesis has the process of making a constellation of the embodiment of the affordance and the enaction of new affordance into the environment at the same time, Gibson's concept of the affordance and Maturana & Varela's concept of embodiment and enaction will be so smoothly interconnected to circulate through the medium of Benjamin's concept of mimesis.

The character is not dependent on an original story world any more. It is not limited to it's own story, but gets out and expands the other story with new character, background story, and event regardless of genre and media. The purpose of this study is to analyze why should this phenomenon happen from the media perspective and to build a character storytelling model through the specific examples. With the advent of the digital paradigm the storytelling model is emphasized character storytelling. Character is no longer limited to just one narrative and extended beyond the boundary narrative, media and genre. There are four background. First, disappearance of the big story with the advent of postmodernism and the emergnece of small story. Second, the emergence of fandom culture and charater's liberalization. Third, character as public goods with database. Fourth, changes in author's position. In fact, in the traditional narrative theory there has been discussion about the character all the time. But character storytelling meets transmedia storytelling, discussions were accelerated. The character was preceded by a narrative independent existence. Even if that character has occurred even while leading cause narrative. In this paper, we suggest two model as specific methodology to expand the story world fixed character. One is phychology transition, another is roll transition. This study get the value to build the new storytelling model with digital paradigm.
