지속적인 강수량의 부족으로 인한 댐 및 하천유량의 감소로 인해 도시지역의 용수공급 부족의 위험이 항상 존재하고 있다. 대구시에 공급하는 상수원은 가창댐과 공산댐 낙동강의 죽곡취수장, 매곡취수장, 문산취수장이 운영되고 있다. 상수원에서 취수하는 물은 낙동강에서 120만톤, 운문댐에서 35만톤, 가창댐과 공산댐에서 9만톤을 취수해 총 164만톤의 물을 취수하여 공급하고 있다. 그러나 계속적인 가뭄으로 인해 대구의 취수원에 물이 부족하여 금호강 물을 하루 12만 7천 톤을 공급하는 도수시설을 설치하여 고산취수장으로 물을 공급하는 계획을 수립하였다. 대구시에 안정적으로 용수를 확보하여 공급하기 위해서는 대구시에 위치한 주요 상수원과 상수원으로 활용할 수 있는 시설들에 대해 비상급수 계획을 수립할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 대구시의 안정적인 용수공급을 위해서 상수원에 대한 유량의 검토와 공급네트워크를 최적화하여 안정적인 용수공급방안을 모색하고자 하였다.

Purpose : The purpose of his study was to analyze the environmental and the medical selection factor on rehabilition hospital admission. Methods : The subjects were 107 patient and inpatients. The date were collected analyzed using the SPSS window 17.0 program. Results : General hospital select the recommendation 35.5%, medical team professionalism 18%, accessibility 16%, any others 14% appear in the rehabilitation hospital admission selection factor. Conclusion : Rehabilitation hospital admission selection factor is recommend and medical team service approach.

본 연구를 진행함에 있어 도심지역과 인근지역에서 태양 복사에너지 감쇠 효과와 특징에 대하여 보다 면밀히 연구할 필요성을 느낄 수 있었으며, 겨울과 여름 두 계절을 통해 대구 가톨릭대학교 옥상과 대구기상대에서 관측된 수평면 일사량을 비교한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 1) 대구 도심은 인근 하양 지역에 겨울철에 비해 여름철에 태양 복사에너지의 감쇠가 더 크다. 2) 대구 도심은 인근 하양 지역에 비해 맑은 날 보다는 여름철 흐린 날에 태양 복사에너지의 감쇠가 더 크다. 3) 겨울철은 인근 하양지역과 대구 도심에서 태양 복사에너지 차이가 거의 나타나지 않았다. 4) 여름철 오후 대구 도심 지역 대기는 인근 하양 지역에 비해 태양복사에너지 대기투과율이 감소하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the needs of prior field learning and the academic achievement of field experience learning in a college. Methods: This study was performed from May 1 to October 30, and students were given questionnaire. The research questionnaire as follows: (1) to investigate the academic achievement after field experience learning, (2) to verify the needs of field experience learning. A statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 for window version. Results: The results was as follows : First, satisfaction of field learning had scored good(47.2%) in lesson goal, good(51.8%) in acquisition of knowledge and techniques, good(51.0%) in preparation of study and good(45.9%) in association. Second, curriculum of field learning had scored normal(35.5%) in prior education, good(47.4%) in composition, good(50.8%) in guidance and good(47.2%) in contents. Third, curriculum of field learning had scored good(44.6%) in duration, good(46.1%) in numbers, good(51.3%) in convenience and normal(38.1%) in means of transportation. Forth, needs of field learning had scored good(46.6%) in field learning of practicum, good(48.2%) in field learning of theory subject, 3-4 times(42.0%) in frequency of field learning and 2hours(57.3%) in a field learning hour. Conclusion: These findings suggest that college student's thinking of field experience learning is positive. Field experience learning provided that college students have directly an opportunity of gaining valuable experience to feel the field.

Objectives The objective of this study is to propose postoperative rehabilitation for spondylolisthesis after posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) in Korean medicine and to report its effectiveness. Methods There were two patients who were received Korean medicine with acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping and exercise treatment after PLIF. Patients were evaluated numeric rating scale (NRS), Oswestry disability index (ODI), pain free walking distance (PFWD), Korean modified index (K-MBI), EuroQol-5 dimension (EQ-5D) index. Results Case 1 was improved NRS from 7 to 3, Case 2 was improved NRS from 7 to 2. Also, ODI, PFWD, K-MBI, EQ-5D score were improved in both cases. Conclusions This study suggests that Korean medicine rehabilitation could be effective for spondylolisthesis after PLIF.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of Daebangfung-tang (DBFT) on suppressing muscle atrophy followed by immobilization. Methods : Twenty young male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into two groups. The rats in experimental group (DBFT group) were orally administrated DBFT once a day for 2 weeks, and the rats in control group were given normal saline in the same manner. The immobilization on left leg was carried out using casting tape. The morphologies of gastrocnemius in both groups were assessed. The cross sectional area of them was measured by image analyzer. Immunohistochemical staining was implemented and the numbers of immunopositive cells implying the expression of TNF-α were measured and quantified. Results : DBFT represented the significant suppressive effects against the weight loss of the left gastrocnemius muscle and the reduction in cross sectional area of the left gastrocnemius muscle compared with normal saline. Also the treatment with DBFT significantly reduced the expression of TNF-α in gastrocnemius compared with normal saline. Conclusions : DBFT is thought to have the significant suppressive effect against muscle atrophy followed by immobilization.

본 연구에서는 벨벳콩(Mucuna pruriens, M. pruriens) 추출물을 활용하여 천연소재 기반 항산화 기능성 화장품 소재로서의 활용가치를 검증하고자 하였다. 벨벳콩을 물과 70% 에탄올, 70% 아세톤을 용매로 하여 추출, 농축, 동결건조한 다음 각각의 분말화된 벨벳콩 열수 추출물(MW), 벨벳콩 70% ethanol 추출물(ME), 벨벳콩 70% acetone 추출물(MA) 시료를 확보하였다. MW, ME, MA를 활용하여 DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성, ABTS⁺ 라디칼소거 활성, SOD 유사 활성, 환원력, 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드 함량 분석을 통해 항산화 활성을 분석한 결과, 모두 우수한 항산화 효능을 나타내었다. 따라서 벨벳콩 추출물은 항산화 관련 기능성 화장품 천연소재로서의 활용 가능성이 높을 것으로 사료된다.
