Feasibility Study on the Duration of Shiwha Techno-Valley through Simulation (시뮬레이션을 이용한 시화 테크노 벨리 공기 적정성 검토연구)

  • As an alternative to overcome the limitations of current popular schedule system such as Bar Chart, PERT, CPM in proving the feasibility of a given project schedule and duration, this research applies simulation to the 'Shiwha Techno-Valley project, and then reviews its usability in time management. Shiwha-Techno-Valley is a gigantic project requiring large number of equipment and resulting in traffic congestion. In particular, project site is located near the Shiwha industrial complex and Daeboo-Do tourist place. Therefore, current traffic needs should not be ignored. This research evaluates whether the project can be finished in a given time even if construction equipment increase in addition to the current traffic. Through the analysis of the simulation output, the research identifies the optimal resource input and the needs on alternative schedule for the project.

  • This study investigates investment attraction in manufacturing and reviews the current trend of Korean companies' overseas expansion, targeting Vietnam and Indonesia to create a demand-based overseas industrial complex. Furthermore, a survey was conducted with domestic companies located in industrial complexes to analyze the details of their intention to enter overseas markets. By linking the previously specified industrial sectors for investment attraction with the desired industrial sectors for overseas expansion and previously entered industries, measures to promote overseas industrial complexes are proposed. For instance, combining with already expanded industries, entering attractive fields to develop new markets, and deriving specialized strategies for each country. These strategies can be useful as basic resources when establishing plans that reflect the domestic and foreign needs of the key target countries to attract companies to overseas industrial complexes.

An Experimental Study on the Mechanical Impact (Third Party Damage) of High Pressure Gas Pipe (고압가스배관의 기계적 충격(타공사)에 대한 실험적 연구)

  • One of the main causes of gas pipeline accidents is mechanical impact(third party damage). The majority of high pressure gas pipelines buried in major domestic industrial complexes are old pipes which have being operated over 20 years. Therefore, if an accident occurs, there will be a full scale accident because there is no additional inspection and reinforcement time. In this study, the defects on the piping during the mechanical impact were studied through the third party damage(excavation) experiments. Experiments were carried out using the 21 ton excavator which is operated in the actual excavation work and the type of pipe to be struck are ASTM A106 Grade.B and ASTM A53 Grade.B. As a result, when the bucket used during excavator operation is a sawtooth bucket, the defect is more bigger. And the smaller the diameter of the pipe, the smaller the depth and length of the defect. Also, it was confirmed that the impact height had no effect on the defects on the buried pipe, during the excavation work.

  • This study started with the question, "Is the cost of landscape construction work in residential areas measured by public enterprises, 'in response to the needs of consumers?" The study analyzed whether the landscape construction expenditure is being introduced at an appropriate ratio according to the value the residents have regarding landscape elements. Following this, research was conducted for the purpose of providing basic data for improving the efficiency of formulating apartment landscape construction costs in the future. This research proceeded based on a questionnaire survey of residents of apartments, and the content of the questionnaire used frequency analysis and descriptive statistics research methods. To take a look at a comparative analysis of value recognition, in particular, a comparative analysis was performed based on the actual input cost based on the ratio of landscape elements by layer. Conclusions were found as follows: First, the degree of interest in the apartment landscape of the tenants was high, and the value of the landscape was high but realistic satisfaction appeared comparatively low. Second, the awareness of residents' values regarding landscape elements appeared to give "plantings" more value than "facilities". Thirdly, as a result of a mutual comparison between the values recognized by the resident regarding landscape elements and the construction input fee, depending on the landscape elements, it appeared that there is a difference in the ratio of up to 52 times from 1.25. Fourth, the fact that there is a difference in the relative proportion of value recognition and inputting construction cost indicates that it is not possible to respond to the needs of tenants during the construction cost development process. It also shows that the utility of inputting construction costs is low. Therefore, a macro-level examination such as reflecting the existing inflation rate is necessary to develop the efficient landscape construction cost of apartment such as the awareness of the value of the residents regarding landscape elements, out of the customary construction cost formulation method based on the microscopic dimensions of the consumer side.

  • 국가의 논의 타작물 재배 권장 정책과 농한기 수익을 위해서 동절기에도 농사가 가능한 시설농업이 발달했으며, 1990년 초부터 재배면적이 증가하여 2000년에는 10만 ha를 넘어섰고, 2018년에는 80만ha의 규모를 보이고 있다(농사로, 2019). 시설농업단지의 동절기 난방을 위한 에너지원으로 화석연료와 전기열원을 사용하고 있고, 특히 강변의 경우 지하수를 난방 열원으로 사용가능해 수막재배를 이용한 대규모 시설단지가 발달함에 따라 지하수의 이용량이 증가하고, 2015년 농업용 지하수 이용량은 연간 20억 톤에 이른다(GIMS, 2019). 난방이 필요한 동절기에 수막용수를 위한 지하수 이용량이 급증하여 계절적인 수위변화를 보이며, 특히 강변의 대규모 시설농업단지의 지하수의 부족현상이 빈번히 발생하는 실정이다(송성호, 2017). 본 연구지역은 낙동강 하구댐 설치 전만조 시 해수의 유입으로 암반지하수의 심도가 증가할수록 EC가 증가하는 특성을 보이는 곳으로, 지하수의 이용량이 급증하는 동절기에 특히 급격히 증가하여 지하수의 안정적인 수질관리를 위해 염분변화의 관리가 필요한 지역이다. 지하수의 계절적인 변화를 위해 시설농업단지내에 지하수 관측정이 설치되어 관측되고 있으며 본 연구에서는 관측정의 2013년 1월~2019년 1월까지 지하수의 EC변화를 관측하였다. 지하수의 수위(GL.m), 온도, EC를 1시간 주기로 관측하여 계적적인 변화를 분석하였고, EC의 증가가 큰 곳은 심도별로 센서(다중심도)를 설치하여 염도의 변화를 관측하였다. 지하수성분의 지질학적 기원분석을 위한 양음이온 분석을 연 1회 실시하였다. 또한 관측정의 심도별 변화를 알기 위해 동일지역에 충적, 암반 관측정을 따로 설치하고 관측하여 지표수와 지하수의 심도별 영향의 차이를 분석하였다. 동일지역의 관측결과 평균 5m이하의 수위변화를 보이나, 5m 이상의 수위변동을 보이는 관측망은 15년 14개소 17년 19개소로 증가추세를 보이며, 이는 주로 밀집된 시설하우스 단지의 수막재배를 위한 겨울철 지하수 사용량 증가가 원인인 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구지역은 강변지역에 밀집된 시설하우스단지의 동절기 수막재배를 위한 지하수 과다 사용으로 수위급감 및 수량부족현상이 반복되고 있어, 예방과 대책강구를 위해 지표수의 함양과 지하수사용량의 상관관계 분석과 자료축적 및 추가연구를 위한 장기관측이 요구된다.

  • Many contractors have overlooked the construction contract general conditions and it was a bad construction practice. Today, construction project is very complex and complicated. This requires a networked contract document and results in a complicated contract conflict hardly to be solved. Therefore, to reduce the construction dispute and to enhance construction practice, clarification of definition of Owner, several conditions to be revised, insertion of design supervision were suggested in this paper.

  • 찬란한 신라문화가 꽃핀 곳, 경주에서 새로운 관광 트랜로 떠들썩한 곳이 있다. 박정희 전 대통령시절부터 계획된 "경주승마리조트"가 바로 그 장본인이다. 경주 보문단지 내에 위치한 이곳은 관광객의 오감을 즐길 수 있는 각종 체험 관광문화로 급부상하며, 관광객에서부터 공연을 하기 위한 단체에 이르기까지 이곳에 대한 관심으로 문의전화가 끊이지 않는다. 이러한 세간의 관심에도 아랑곳 하지 않고 "중소현장이지만 더 안전해야 한다"는 조정길 현장소장이 총 지휘하며 무재해 준공을 향해 한발 한발 다가서는 현장, 바로 신일종합건설주식회사에서 시공이 한창인 경주승마리조트 신축공사 현장을 찾았다.

A Pilot Site Planning and Design based on 3D Spatial Information (단지설계업무에서 3차원 공간자료의 활용)

  • The purpose of this research was to propose housing estate planning that applies 3D spatial information to DAS housing estate planning program and to enhance applicability of 3D spatial analysis. In addition, this research evaluated the applicability of 3D spatial information to site planning of Korea Land and Housing Corporation and developed models for the purpose of applying the spatial information efficiently. Moreover, we tested applicability of LiDAR that can allow 3D spatial information to be more efficient and accurate. The results from cross section analysis implies that LiDAR has higher usability than existing geographic information. Additionally, this study shaded light on the suggested system development model that can simulate location or height of an apartment house by spatially analyzing difference between before-and-after site development.
