초등교사의 직무스트레스와 감정노동이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 중심으로

  • 최근 교사들의 잇단 극단적 선택으로 학교의 변화와 상황에 대한 문제의식이 사회적으로 날로 높아지고 있다. 교직에 대한 선호도가 급격히 떨어지고 교직 이직 비율도 빠르게 높아지고 있어 교육의 질을 걱정하기에 이르렀다. 드러난 문제가 원인의 하나일 수 있으나 많은 연구에서 교사들의 직무스트레스가 심각한 수준임을 밝히고 있고, 학교교육 현장에는 교사들이 조직에 몰입하기 어려운 다양한 문제들이 있음을 밝히고 있다. 그럼에도 교육현장에서는 학생, 교사들이 함께 성장할 수 있고 모두가 만족하는 교육 활동을 실현시키고 변화와 혁신을 통해 교육역량을 높이고자 지속적으로 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 교사의 직무스트레스와 감정 노동이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 조사 분석하고 두 변인 즉 직무스트레스와 감정 노동이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 매개 효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 교사 직무스트레스 실태를 종합적으로 파악하고자 관계 요인, 업무요인, 정책 요인으로 나누어 분석(김종민 외, 2018. 경기도교육연구원)하고 특히 스트레스 요인 중 가장 비중 있는 감정 노동 부분은 분리하여 더 상세히 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 경기도, 경기도, 서울, 전라남도 소재 초등학교교사 500명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 변인들의 기술통계치를 산출하고자 한다. 초등교사의 인구통계학적 변인간에 유의한 차이가 있는지 확인하기 위해 t-검정과 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시한다. 그리고 연구에 포함된 변인들간의 상관계수를 산출하고 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 절차에 따른 3단계 회귀분석과 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 기법을 적용하여 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하고자한다.

Effects of UV-B Radiation and Water Stress on Hardening Phase Growth of Container-Grown Betula platyphylla Seedlings (자작나무 콘테이너묘(苗)의 경화단계(硬化段階) 생장(生長)에 미치는 UV-B 와 수분(水分)스트레스의 효과(效果))

  • This study was carried out to investigate the possibility of supplemental UV-B application to the hardening phase of container-grown Betula platyphylla seedlings. The containerized seedlings were grown in a growth chamber for four months and then treated with UV-B(UV-$B_{BE}$ $3.2KJ\;m^{-2}\;day^{-1}$ and $5.2KJ\;m^{-2}\;day^{-1}$) radiation and water stress regime(irrigation in one week interval) for four weeks. The differences in growth and physiological responses of the seedlings before and after the treatments were analyzed. UV-B radiation and water stress reduced height growth and leaf dry mass accumulation of the seedlings. The root collar diameter growth was reduced by UV-B radiation but increased by water stress. The reduction in leaf dry weight by UV-B radiation and water stress reduced T/R ratio of the seedling. The reduction in T/R ratio was the most apparent by water stress. Chlorophyll index observed by a chlorophyll meter was the lowest in the $5.2KJ\;m^{-2}\;day^{-1}$ of UV-B radiation, and those in the $3.2KJ\;m^{-2}\;day^{-1}$ and water stress were similar. UV-B radiation and water stress reduced both water content in the seedlings and leaf water potential, and increased leaf osmatic pressure. The water content of leaves and shoots was reduced more rapidly by UV-B radiation than by water stress treatment. In conclusion, growth responses and physiological changes in water relation by supplemental UV-B radiation which was applied to the hardening phase of container-grown Betula platyphylla seedlings were similar results to the water stress treatment.

Influence of Hemodialysis Patient's Stress and Acceptance on Their Psychosocial Adaptation and Quality of Life (혈액투석 환자의 스트레스와 수용이 사회심리적 적응과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the factors that influence the psychosocial adaptation and quality of life of hemodialysis patients. The study participants consisted of 246 hemodialysis patients from 8 hemodialysis centers located in 3 cities ('K', 'P', and 'U') in South Korea. The questionnaire used for data collection was administered between April 1 and 30 of 2014. SPSS/WIN 18 program was used to perform descriptive, correlation, and stepwise regression analyses. It was found that stress response and acceptance were significantly correlated with psychosocial adaptation and quality of life. In the stepwise regression analysis, stress response appeared to be the most important influencing factor for psychosocial adaptation (${\beta}$=-.443, p<.001) and quality of life (${\beta}$=-.553, p<.001). Based on the study results, it is determined that in order to improve psychosocial adaptation and quality of life among hemodialysis patients, an intervention program to reduce stress response is needed, along with evaluating its efficacy.

The Relationship among the Coping Style, Social Support, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in Breast Cancer Patients Treated with Chemotherapy (항암치료 단계 유방암 환자의 대처방식, 사회적지지 및 외상 후 스트레스 장애와의 관계)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine how patients' coping style and social support affect post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in breast cancer patients who are treated with chemotherapy. Methods: The sample consisted of 134 outpatients who received breast cancer treatments at the cancer clinic of a university hospital. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, ${\chi}^2$-test, Pearson correlation coefficients using SPSS for Windows, version 18.0. Results: Among total, 26.9% of patients were classified into a high-risk PTSD group. In the high-risk group, a positive correlation was found between active and passive coping styles and between social support and active coping styles. Conclusion: In this study, the stronger the social support was, the more active the coping style was for high-risk PTSD patients with breast cancer. Considering the fact that cancer requires life-long self-management, strong social support could improve patients' healthcare capability. Furthermore, solid social support could effectively reduce the stress level and improve the quality of life for breast cancer patients in the high-risk PTSD group.

Relationship of Interrole Conflict and Role-related Stress among Registered Nurses Pursuing Advanced Nursing Degrees (상급학위과정에 등록한 간호사들이 느끼는 역할갈등과 역할관련 스트레스와의 관련성)

  • 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 대학원 또는 RN-BSN과정에 등록하여 학업을 계속하는 간호사들이 학업과 직업, 가정에서 다양한 역할을 수행하면서 발생하는 역할갈등과 역할관련 스트레스의 관련성을 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법: 국내4개 간호대학 RN-BSN과정 또는 대학원에서 수업을 받고 있는 간호사 149명을 대상으로 역할갈등, 역할스트레스를 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며 서술통계, 빈도분석, 상관관계분석과 함께 위계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과: 연구대상자의 work-school to family 갈등은 평균 $2.77{\pm}0.93$점, family-school to work 갈등은 $3.27{\pm}0.77$점, family-work to school에 대한 역할갈등은 $3.08{\pm}0.83$점이었다. 역할관련 스트레스는 평균 $5.99{\pm}1.66$점이었으며, 스트레스의 하위영역 중 가정스트레스 $4.77{\pm}2.62$점, 직장스트레스 $6.66{\pm}2.12$점, 학업스트레스 $6.84{\pm}1.87$점이었다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 중에서 직위가 스트레스변인의 2%를 설명하였고, 2단계에서 갈등요인 3변수가 추가 입력되었을 때 스트레스 변인의 23%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 학업과 근무, 가정으로부터 다양한 역할을 수행하는 간호사는 다양한 역할에서 오는 갈등과 스트레스의 연관성이 확인되었으므로, 이를 근거로 업무만족과 성취를 높일 수 있는 정책이 개발되어야 한다.

Time-Dependent Deflections of Prestressed Concrete Bridges Constructed by the Segmental Cantilever Method (캔틸레버 시공법에 의해 가설되는 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 교량의 장기처짐해석)

  • A numerical procedure is developed to analyze the time-dependent deflections of prestressed concrete bridges constructed by the segmental cantilever method. The developed computer program accounts for the time-dependent properties of prestressed concrete materials due to the varying modulus of elasticity, creep and shrinkage of concrete and the stress relaxation of prestressing steel. It also accounts for the stiffness increase due to the presence of the steel reinforcements and the effects of the shear deformation of the prestressed concrete bridge girders. The program is applied to a multi-span continuous segmental prestressed concrete bridge to demonstrate its capabilities and to explore the behavior characteristics of the segmental bridges.

Optimization for the Least Weight, Precast Prestressed Gerber′s U-Beams (최소자중 프리캐스트 프리스트레스트 게르버 U형보의 최적화)

  • The cost on transmission and erection of the precast prestressed concrete members largely depends on the weight of them. Optimum process is performed on a U-beam section to control the prestressing force, to reduce the self-weight, and to meet the required strength and stability. The strength, deflection, and concrete stress at the top and bottom of the section considered are required to check according to each construction step in this process. The weight of the original rectangular concrete beam could be reduced up to 39∼50% from this method. Two full scale prototype U-beams were proposed and tested in this study. It was found that the U-beams in the test showed good performance in strength and serviceability within the limits of ultimate strength design method.

  • A method is presented for the analysis of curved segmentally erected prestressed concrete box girder bridges including time-dependent effects due to load history, temperature history, creep, shrinkage, aging of concrete and relaxation of prestressing steel. The segments can be either precast or cast-in-place. Thin-walled beam theory and finite element method are combined to develop a curved nonprismatic thin-walled box beam element. The element consists of three nodes and each node has eight displacement degrees of freedom, including transverse distortion and longitudinal warping of the cross section.
