Various multilateral approaches to the nuclear fuel cycle have been proposed in order to suppress the expansion of sensitive fuel cycle technology. In order to prepare for the future multilaterallization of the nuclear fuel cycle, existing multilateral spent fuel management programs are analyzed. A trial multilateralization of a domestic R&D facility for the back end of the nuclear fuel cycle is proposed and its challenges, possibilities and implementation strategy are discussed.

인터넷을 통한 다자 참여 게임서비스 분야는 최근 급격한 사용자 증가 추세를 보이고 있다. 그러나 관련 기술의 부족과 개발의 어려움으로 인해 이러한 서비스를 제공하는 웹사이트가 현재 국내에서 소개되고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 웹브라우저만으로 간편하게 게임을 즐길 수 있는 다자 참여 게임 시스템의 개발을 목적으로 순수 자바 기반의 그룹통신 기술을 이용하여 안정적이고 지속적인 서비스를 제공해주는 플랫폼 독립적인 범용 게임서버 시스템을 설계하고 이를 카드게임센터 개발에 적용하여 쉽게 웹 기반의 다자참여 게임을 개발할 수 있음을 제시하였다. 또한 다양한 종류의 카드게임을 체계적이고 일관성있는 인터페이스로 제공하기 위해 각 종류별 카드게임의 기반이 되는 컴포넌트들을 설계한 후 이를 확장하여 구체적 게임으로 개발하는 방안을 제시하였다.

Food labelling rules reflect the interaction of a number of factors such as industry needs for marketing flexibility and minimal regulations, consumer's rights to know what is in the product and public health concerns. However, food labelling rules could apply to international trade as non-tariff barriers so it is necessary to make multilateral harmonization of food labelling rules. For this, GATT XX, SPS, and TBT of the WTO can serve as jurisprudence in agreements. Lgnoring the safety problems of GM food, which is currently a worldwide issue, it is a situation that needs international harmonization of GM food labelling methods, harmonization of technical terms which are used in Korean law, and clear interpretation criteria for GM food labelling methods and contents are vital for sustainable trade in agricultural products. Therefore, this study proposes interpretation criteria through major trade countries' GM food labelling methods and an examination of Korean law. Furthermore, this study proposes international harmonization guidelines for GM food in the future.

As interactive multimedia have come into wide use, user interfaces such as remote controllers or classical computer mice have several limitations that cause inconvenience. We propose a vision-based pointing device to resolve this problem. We analyzed the moving image from the camera which is embedded in the pointing device and estimate the movement of the device. The pose of the cursor can be determined from this result. To process in the real time, we used the low resolution of $288{\times}208$ pixel camera and comer points of the screen were tracked using local optical flow method. The distance from screen and device was calculated from the size of screen in the image. The proposed device has simple configurations, low cost, easy use, and intuitive handhold operation like traditional mice. Moreover it shows reliable performance even in the dark condition.

This study analyses the Korean successive governments' nuclear strategies after the post-cold war and suggests the future countermeasures as analysing to reciprocally interconnect B. Clinton and G.W.Bush governments' policies and North Korea's nuclear strategy. As the conclusion, this study suggests that the most urgent domestic alternative measure to North Korea's nuclear dismantlement is to prepare the grand strategy with the united whole national consensus and to order the renewed stronger future role by the mutual cooperation of multilateral agreement system and international regimes and lastly to adopt the extended deterrence through the reinforcement of the 5 great joint statements between the South-North Koreas.

To Republic of Korea in the Indo-Pacific region, the stability and prosperity of the area are directly coupled with national survival, interest. Currently, on account of strategic competition between U.S.A, and China in this area as well as supranational·non-conventional threats, the security environment is unstable, required joint/allied responses. So, lots of states inside(U.S.A., Japan, ASEAN, etc.), also, out of this Indo-Pacific area like EU-NATO, open their own strategy related in Indo-Pacific issues to be involved. R.O.K. government took its own line with publishing self strategy following this international trend, it can be shown korean government's strong intend to join in the pending security issues in this region with 'strategic clarity'. Now, R.O.K. Navy has to back up governments, policy. First, R.O.K. Navy should strengthen the relationship inside and take part in the multilateral cooperation of security. Second, to convey this deterrence message to potential threats, Navy is required to show of forces and have combined exercises. Also, as naval forces of advanced countries, Korea, Navy should be taken action in non-traditional threats, and help developing states improve their sea power. To fulfill this tasks in the wide ocean area, Navy need five inherent characteristics(mobility, flexibility, sustainability, capability of presence and projection). In the end, this paper propose the development plan following operational environment (SWOT) analysis as well.

공정거래위원회는 산업연구원(KIET)과 공동으로 지난 9월 3일(수) 대한상공회의소에서 300여명의 학계, 업계 및 관계부처 공무원들이 참석한 가운데$\lceil$카르텔 국제규범화의 영향 및 대응$\rfloor$이라는 주제로 $\lceil$제2회 국제경쟁정책 세미나$\rfloor$를 개최하였다. 동 세미나는 내년 4월에 확정될 카르텔관련 OECD 정책권고에서 각국의 경성카르텔(가격 고정, 생산량 제한, 시장분할 등) 금지원칙의 확립과, 적용제외 카르텔의 축소 및 제거 등을 통해 효과적인 경쟁법 집행체제를 확립하고, 회원국 양자 또는 다자협정을 통해 비밀정보를 공유하는 등 카르텔에서의 국제 협력의 강화, 특히 경성카르텔에 대한 국제적 공조조사 등의 법집행을 강화한다는 내용이 담길 것으로 예상됨에 따라, 경쟁정책 국제규범화(소위 경쟁라운드:CR)에 대한 정부와 기업의 적절한 대응방안 모색을 위한 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 동 세미나에는 경쟁정책 분야의 세계적인 권위자인 하버드대 프레드릭 쉬어러(F.M. Scherer) 교수의 기조연설에 이어 테리 윈슬로(Terry Winslow) OECD 사무국 자문관과 KDI의 신광식 연구위원 등 4명의 국내외 전문가들의 주제발표와 지정 및 자유토론이 이루어졌다.

The Russian-Ukraine war is accompanied by a military armed conflict and cyberattacks are in progress. As Russia designated Korea as an unfriendly country, there is an urgent need to prepare countermeasures as the risk of cyberattacks on Korea has also increased. Accordingly, impact of 19 cyberattack cases were analyzed by their type, and characteristics and implications were derived by examining them from five perspectives, including resource mobilization and technological progress. Through this, a total of seven measures were suggested as countermeasures for the Korean government, including strengthening multilateral cooperation with value-sharing countries, securing cyberattack capabilities and strengthening defense systems, and preparing plans to connect with foreign security companies. The results of this study can be used to establish the Korean government's cybersecurity policy.

소형화된 기계가공시스템은 사용재료의 다양화와 에너지 및 공간의 감소와 같은 장점을 가지고 작고 정밀한 부품을 가공할 수 있는 시스템으로 주목받고 있다. 이러한 시스템이 비록 그 크기가 일반적인 가공시스템에 비해 작지만 정렬 및 조립공정, 기계요소의 불완정성에 의한 기하학적 오차는 여전히 존재한다. 기하학적 오차 평가는 기계시스템의 정밀도를 효과적으로 적은 비용으로 향상시킬 수 있는 오차보정기술을 적용할 수 있는 토대가 된다. 일반적으로, 3 축의 직선축으로 이루어진 공작기계는 21 개의 오차요소를 가진다. 레이져간섭계는 이러한 오차요소를 평가하는데 널리 사용되고 있지만 광학계를 정렬하고 설치하는 데 많은 어려움이 있으며 한번의 설치로 한 개의 오차요소만이 측정 가능하다. 또한, 소형공작기계의 경우, 그 크기로 인해 기존의 레이져 간섭계를 직접적으로 적용할 수 없다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 소형공작기계를 포함한 소형가공시스템의 기하학적 오차 평가를 위한 새로운 다자유도 측정시스템을 제안하였다. 5 개의 정전용량변위센서를 사용하는 이 시스템을 통해 한 축의 움직임에 따른 5 개의 오차요소를 동시에 측정 가능하다. 균질 변환행렬을 이용한 측정알고리듬을 구성하고 이를 모의시험을 통해 평가하였다. 수학적 모델링을 통해 각 센서의 출력값을 유도하고 이를 이용하여 각 오차요소를 계산하기 위한 식을 유도하였다. 여기서, 단순화된 식을 적용한 경우, 임의의 오차에 대한 측정 알고리듬의 정확도를 평가하였다. 또한, 측정 시스템의 설치시 발생하는 셋업오차에 대한 측정 알고리듬의 민감도 분석을 행하였다. 제안하는 측정 시스템은 구조가 간단하고 고가의 부가장비가 필요치 않다. 또한, 적은 비용으로 구성할 수 있으며 높은 측정 정밀도를 가지고 소형가공시스템에 필요한 오차 평가를 행할 수 있다.가 함유된 계란을 생산하고 섭취하였을 때 특정항체들의 결합을 통해 병원성 미생물의 성장이나 군체를 형성하는 것을 무력화시켜 결과적으로 병원균을 감소시키거나 억제시킨다는 점이다. 오늘날 약물에 내성을 지닌 박테리아의 출현으로 질병감염을 막는데 항생제의 사용효과가 점차 감소하고 있기 때문에 이러한 항생제를 대체할 수 있는 방안으로 계란항체를 이용할 수 있다.한 중공 플랜지 형상의 단조 방법 중 보다 적절한 단조방법인 압조 단조에 있어서 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 SM10C에 대한 유한요소 해석을 수행하였으며, 제품의 형상비에 따라 폴딩 결함의 발생 유무를 검토하고, 폴딩 결함 없이 단조하기 위한 중공 플랜지의 형상한계 비를 제시하였다.도 경미하게 나타났으나, 경련이 나타난 쥐에서는 KA만을 투여한 흰쥐와 구별되지 않았다. 이상의 APT의 항산화 효과는 KA로 인한 뇌세포 변성 개선에 중요한 인자로 작용할 것으로 사료되나, 보다 명확한 APT의 기전을 검색하고 직접 임상에 응응하기 위하여는 보다 다양한 실험 조건이 보완되어야 찰 것으로 생각된다. 항우울약들의 항혈소판작용은 PKC-기질인 41-43 kD와 20 kD의 인산화를 억제함에 기인되는 것으로 사료된다.다. 것으로 사료된다.다.바와 같이 MCl에서 작은 Dv 값을 갖는데, 이것은 CdCl$_{4}$$^{2-}$ 착이온을 형성하거나 ZnCl$_{4}$$^{2-}$ , ZnCl$_{3}$$^{-}$같은 이온과 MgCl$^{+}$, MgCl$_{2}$같은 이온종을 형성하기 때문인것 같다. 한편 어떠한 용리액에서던지 NH$_{4}$$^{+}$의 경
