현재 군사적, 상업적 또는 과학적 목적의 많은 인공위성들이 개발되고 있고, 실제로 이러한 목적의 인공위성들이 우주공간에서 각각의 맡은 임무를 수행하고 있다. 해양관측용 자료 및 10m급 해상도의 영상 자료를 제공해 주고 있는 다목적실용위성 1호의 경우, 자료 획득의 임무를 수행하기 위해 많은 내부적인 준비작업과 주변장치들을 필요로 하게 된다. 주변장치들도 각각의 역할을 수행하면서 필요한 정보를 다른 장치로부터 받기도 하고 다른 장치에 필요한 정보를 주기도하는 상호작용을 하게 된다. 또한 위성의 전체적인 상태나 구성하고 있는 주변장치들의 상태에 대한 정보를 지상의 관제소에서 계속적으로 점검해야 한다. 그러나 궤도를 돌고있는 위성은 관제소와 항상 정보를 주고받을 수는 없으므로 위성의 상태 데이터를 정해진 형식으로 저장해 두었다가 필요시 이를 지상에 보내줄 수 있어야 한다. 이와 같은 내부 장치들에 대한 하드웨어 데이터와 위성의 상태 데이터를 획득, 관리 및 저장하기 위한 프로그램이 다목적실용위성 2호에 탑재될 수 있도록 위성탑재 소프트웨어의 상세설계가 이루어 겼다. 이 설계된 프로그램을 이용하여 다목적실용위성 2호의 텔레메트리 데이터의 획득이 이루어질 것이며 현재 탑재 소프트웨어에 대한 검증이 수행되고 있다.

본 논문에서는 다목적 위성 2호의 주 탑재체인 MSC (Multi-Spectral Camera)의 영상자료 검보정을 위한 검보정 target 준비 작업에 대해 설명한다. MSC 영상 자료에 대한 검보정 작업은 다목적 위성 2호의 발사 후 초기 운영 기간 (LEOP: Launch and Early Operation Phase)인 3개월 동안 수행될 예정이다. 위성 발사 전까지 MSC 영상 자료에 대한 검보정을 수행하기 위해 필요한 준비 작업들이 현재 한국항공우주연구원에서 진행중이다. LEOP 기간 동안 MSC 영상 자료를 검보정하기 위해서, MSC의 센서 특성에 따라 7가지 정도의 검보정 target에 대한 설계 초안이 완성되었으며, 향후 target에 대한 설계를 완성한 후에 2004년 중에 한 두 부지에 몇 가지 target들을 건설하고, 다목적 위성 2호의 궤도 특성을 고려하여 일부 target은 운반이 가능하도록 제작할 예정이다. 검보정 target이 촬영된 MSC 영상 자료의 분석을 통해, GSD (Ground Sample Distance), Aliasing, Linearity, Edge Slope & Response, MTF (Modulation Transfer Function), FOV & IFOV, Absolute radiometric validation, Position Accuracy 등의 MSC 검보정 요소 값들을 측정할 계획이다.

As global warming has caused the number of abnormal changes in climate to increase throughout the world, much damage has occurred recently in Korean Peninsula which results from unexpected heavy rains, landslides, and floods from typhoons. To prevent and cope with these annually repeated natural hazards, the overall improvements are needed, including systematic management of the existing natural hazard information and improvement of hazard information. In this study, multi-purpose hazard information map based on digital image was constructed as an effective way to enhance hazard management considering regional characteristics and hazard response capabilities in the field. Multi-purpose hazard information map with a new concept by fusion of geospatial information and hazard attribute information is able to support quick decision for hazard management making and development of hazard information system.

The purpose of this study is to plan the social space for utilization in rural protestant church. Sindai church is the oldest and has rural characteristics in Chung-Ju. This model is used with the data which were obtained by the paster, believer, inhabitants. The results of this study are as follows ; The movable furnitures have merits of multi-use space in the rural protestant church. This could be possible the various functions for a flexible worship space.
