Teachers play a key role in designing a students' learning experience. Teachers are asked to interpret the context in which they are located and to adjust their practice to fit circumstantial needs based on their teacher agency. In this study, we explore the emergence of teacher agency in distance learning caused by COVID-19 and we analyze factors shaping the teacher agency. For this purpose, we interviewed six secondary science teachers who practiced distance learning in 2020. Semi-constructed interviews and their artifacts were collected and analyzed. This study shows that teacher agency is captured when they respond to circumstantial change and modify their practice to achieve their professional purpose or adjust their practice in space for maneuvering or keep their practice consistent. This study also analyzes the factors that affect the emergence of teacher agency in two dimensions. One is individual and the other is contextual. In the individual dimension, educational values shaped by his/her experiences and short/long-term goals for the future support the emergence of teacher agency. In the contextual dimension, there are collaborative and flexible culture shared by the community, co-operation within the teacher community, and material support. On the other hand, in the individual dimension, the teachers' sense of their role, and no reflection for own practice constrain the emergence of teacher agency, and in the contextual dimension, performativity discourse and strong requirement without guidance constrain the emergence of teacher agency. We suggest an effective lens for establishing a strategy that support teachers' professional practice and the emergence of teacher agency.

하워드 라인골드는 (스마트 몹(Smart Mobs): The Next Social Revolution, 2002))에서 지구촌 사람들이 통신과 컴퓨터 기술의 융합현상(Convergence)에 적응해가는 양상 및 그러한 융합화가 우리 사회에 던지는 의미를 고찰하고 있다. 스마트 몹은, ‘휴대하는 통신과 컴퓨터의 복합기능을 가진 네트워크 기기의 사용을 통해 서로 상대방을 모르는 상태에서도 비슷한 관심사를 가진 사람들을 발견하고, 상호 정보를 교환하고 모이며, 또 네트워크를 형성해서 일치된 협동 행동을 조정할 수 있는 사람들’로 정의된다. 산업화 이후 대량생산과 대량소비의 대상으로 전락했던 ‘군중’ 이 네트워크 기기로 무장해 똑똑하고 능동적인 주체로 거듭난 것이다.

최근 정부의 공기업 경영혁신계획에 따라서 민영화와 경영혁신 대상 공기업이 확장되었다. 이에 따라서, 한국지역 난방공사(이하 '한난')는 1차 민영화 대상 공기업으로서 단계적 민영화를 위하여 안양 및 부천 사업소를 한국전력공사(이하 '한전')의 열병합발전소와 통합매각하여 2001년 51%이상 지분을 매각함으로써 민영화를 완료하도록 추진방안이 수립된 상태이다. 이렇듯 가시화된 정부의 에너지산업에 대한 경쟁 촉진 및 규제완화는 정부주도의 하향식 계획을 지양하고 에너지 구성(energy mix)을 시장에서 결정되게 하자는 것이다. 이는 관련업체간에 해당에너지의 사업주체에 대한 경쟁이 아니라 개별기업이 다양한 에너지사업을 운영하면서 한 기업의 최적 에너지 구성을 시장원리에 따라서 자체적으로 결정한다는 것이 핵심사항이다. 따라서, 현재 한난과 에너지관리공단이 운영 및 소유주체로 되어 있는 국내 집단에너지사업은 정부방안에 능동적으로 대처하고, 특히 에너지산업 변화에서 제기능을 담당할 수 있도록 합리적이고 효율적인 발전계획 및 민영화 방안을 수립할 필요가 있다. 본고에서는 현재 추진중인 국내 에너지 산업 구조개편에 따른 집단에너지사업의 발전방향을 정책적인 측면에서 제시하고자 한다. 논의의 대상은 국내 집단에너지 사업으로, 공업단지 집단에너지사업을 제외한 지역냉난방 사업을 중심으로 하여 전력 및 가스사업고의 연계방안 등이 주요 사항이다.

The history of make-up can go back to the beginning of human being and it can’t be separated from women’s life. The change of history and women's position have given make-up different form and meanings. So make-up becomes another text which can read social·cultural specialty. This study has tried to find out make-up as women culture for women have experienced make-up in a specific situation for a long time and a suit of make-up experience from self-retrospect and made an open channel for women and this paper checked out the possibility of alternative make-up culture. This research used new audience theory of cultural studies which is used for communication study and studied active meaning-construction process and its resistance pleasure. This study saw women as independent subjects not passive victims and how make-up has been different meanings in women’s life. And what pleasure is made and how the way of resistance made constructed in the regulation of make-up.

In the West, of the body's five senses sight is considered the most important but Ocular-centralistic thinking contains many issues. Privileging the subject and inhibiting interaction with the other senses, Ocular-centrism limits the experience of the world to the visual area. However, experiences can be understood as 'touching' various forms and are related to touch. With the heightened interest in the multi-sensuous side of the body contrary to Ocular-centrism, the intervention of the body in the external space has become an important issue in modern landscape architecture. This study explores the possibility of the haptic perception system that causes the active experience of a subject. Haptic perception plays a catalytic role leading an active experience of the subject and the subject experiences a sense of place through such haptic perception. By revealing what was known through the sense of touch through the concurrency and interaction of the various senses, haptic perception draws active participation The haptic perception system has been studied in various fields but has not been studied in the field of landscape architecture. Thus, this study discusses the aspect of haptic perception limited to landscape architecture shown before modernism. In a discussion on haptic perception, the concept of haptic perception is clarified through previous study reviews and literature and the characteristics of haptic perception are derived. Then, the problems of the Ocular-centrism system and the need for haptic perception are discussed. In the historical development process of haptic perception, the change process of the scopic regime is examined chronologically and the ways in which Ocular-centralistic thinking and anti-Ocular-centralistic thinking have been projected on the architecture and landscape architecture of each age are studied via literature and cases studies. The impact of the scopic regime on the landscape architecture field in the historical change process is examined.

This article analyze that the everyday life shown in reality entertainment, and examine the semiotics of reality entertainment and the everyday life. With the perspectives of Guy Debord and Olivier Razac, the everyday life in the reality entertainment be concluded the Spectacles of everyday life. And it brings to Barthes's structure of Myth, designs the stricture of reality entertainment. Unlike Debord and Razac, who only refer to the public as passive audience, today's consumers are capable of active interpretation and consumption-the active audience. Instead of criticizing only the media's adverse function, Spectacle, I would like to suggest that the everyday life story-telling of reality entertainment can be interpreted as the recovery of the audience.

급속한 정보통신 기술의 발달은 교육에서도 새로운 패러다임을 요구하고 있다. 수동적이며, 일방적인 교육 시스템에서 즉각적인 피드백과 학습자의 자기주도적인 학습패턴을 지원하는 교수-학습 및 평가 시스템을 요구하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 문제 출제 중심의 평가시스템이 학습내용의 정 오답만을 평가하고, 적절한 피드백을 제시하지 못하는 단점을 보완하여 질적인 피드백을 지원하는 문제 출제 중심의 웹기반 교육평가시스템을 구현하였다. 학습자의 평가결과를 분석하여 문제출제의 난이도를 재조정하며, 학습자의 학습결손과 선수학습에 대한 정보를 제공하여 학습자로 하여금 적극적이며, 능동적인 학습 진행의 주체자 역할을 가능하게 한다.

최근 지방자치단체는 세계화 개방화 정보화 기술화라는 메가트렌드와 지방화 분권화 자치화라는 국내외 환경변화에 직면하고 있어 그 생존과 발전을 위해서는 무엇보다도 지역개발 및 지역경제발전이 시급하다는 위기의식을 가지고 있다. 과거 국가적인 차원에서 주도되어 왔던 지역경제개발정책이 이제는 지방자치단체에 의하여 지역적 차원에서 이루어지고 있다는 것이다. 특히, 경제정책의 대외적인 측면인 통상정책분야는 최근의 시대적 흐름에 비추어 볼 때 그 개발의 주체가 지방자치단체이어야 하며 지방자치단체의 정책영역 중에서도 비중이 가장 높아지고 있다. 이러한 통상진흥정책의 중요성에도 불구하고 중앙정부차원에서 제공되어지는 통상자료는 수도권 중심의 자료가 대부분이어서 그 자료를 이용할 때는 해당 지방의 중소기업에 맞게 지방자치단체가 보완 수정해줄 필요가 있다. 특히, 세계화와 지방자치시대 이후 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 지방자치단체는 국내외적인 통상환경변화에 능동적으로 대처하기 위하여 통상진흥전략을 신축적으로 운용하여야 한다.

프로그래밍 교육은 학생들이 컴퓨터를 주체적이고 능동적으로 활용할 수 있도록 해주며, 창의적 사고력, 수학적 능력 함양등 교육적으로 많은 잠재 가치를 가지고 있다. 그러나 프로그래밍 언어를 학습하기가 쉽지 않고 많은 시간을 필요로 하여 학교 교육에서 소외받고 있는 현실이다. 따라서 본 논문은 개정된 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침의 3, 4단계에서 프로그래밍에 관련된 학습 목표를 추출하여 초등학생에게 적용할 수 있는 학습 내용을 단계적으로 구성하였고, 교육용 로봇인 LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT를 사용하여 학습할 수 있도록 프로그램을 설계하였다.
