An Analysis on the Employment Determinants of University Graduates in NURI Project Teams -the Case of the Universities in Busan Region- (누리사업단 대학졸업자의 취업결정요인 분석 - 부산지역대학의 사례 -)

  • This paper analyzes the determinants of the employment status of the NURI-project-teams' college and university graduates in Busan area. The major results are as follows: First, education level, household income, grade point average and certificate turn out to be significant variables to decide employment or spell of unemployment. Second, parents' education level, household income, the size of project team, the firm size are shown to affect employment in Busan. In particular, the bigger the firm is, the probability of getting job in Busan is getting smaller. And there are two sides of provincial university graduates' moving into the Metropolitan area; the voluntary move and the involuntary move. Third, sex., education level, major, grade point average, the size of project team etc, are found to be significant determinants of wage level.

  • This study aimed to analyze the effect of New University for Regional Innovation in terms of the users. The evaluation indicators based on the reports of NURI port logistics education project from 2005 to 2009 are overall satisfaction, detailed satisfaction, comparative advantage for from the other universities, continuous employment intention, necessity of re-education, and priority of educational needs and so on. And the percentage of employment was chosen from 2006 to 2009 for the more objective analysis. Analysis shows that the effect of the program is founded because the satisfaction increased gradually and the comparative advantage for from the other universities was higher and the necessity of re-education declined less and less. Especially the program filled the foreign language demands. But it needs to reinforce the links between schools and industries. And also the percentage of employment for the participated departments has continuously increased compared with that for non-participated departments, it shows that the effects of NURI project.

  • 디지털뉴미디어포럼이 부산광역시, 유비쿼터스 누리사업단과 공동으로 주최하는‘유비쿼터스시대 디지털뉴미디어와 디지털콘텐츠’가 지난달 14일 부산 벡스코에서 열렸다. 이 날 컨퍼런스에선 서병문 한국문화콘텐츠진흥원 원장과 안종배 한세대 미디어영상학부 교수가 각각‘유비쿼터스시대 디지털콘텐츠의 변화와 활성화 정책’과 ‘유비쿼터스 미디어와 방송콘텐츠의 변화와 활성화 정책’을 주제로 기조강연하고 이시혁 티유미디어, 조한신 KTF 상무, 한창완 세종대 애니메이션학과 교수 등이 유비쿼터스시대 콘텐츠 정책 등에 대해 발표했다. 포럼은 컨퍼런스에서 제안된 발제와 토론 결과를 디지털뉴미디어포럼 소속 국회의원들의 정책 제언과 입법 활동에 반영할 계획이다.

  • 시설물 전생애주기에 걸쳐 정보가 공유되고 피드백 될 수 있는 BIM(Building Information Modeling) 기술의 등장은 유지보수 관리자들에게 가장 필요한 유지관리점검 도구의 의미를 지님과 동시에, 정보모델을 기반으로 주요 기술영역 및 사업주체간 원활한 의사소통이 가능해지도록 한다. 효율적인 지하철 터널의 유지관리를 위해서는 체계적으로 조직된 데이터가 필수적이다. 설계, 시공, 유지관리 단계별로 효과적인 협업을 위한 유기적인 단일 모델이 요구된다. BIM기반의 지하철 터널 구조물의 유지관리를 위해 건설정보분류체계 및 이를 보안한 유지관리점검 표준분류체계를 적용한 정보모델을 개발하였다.

  • This study provides the most simplified ISP method while involving management strategy, organization process analysis, redesign and information system implementation strategy to enhance the feasibility and the efficiency of ISP. So this study compared the scope and the development projects of ISP and ERP. Through this, it provided a ISP connection model as a solution to effective process implementation and redesign and conducted study to provide systematic access method according to IT strategy implementation, process redesign and reengineering.

  • This study analyzed the policy of culture welfare in libraries for the information alienated groups. This study suggested several improvements as a conclusion. Research analyzed organizational tasks and policies for Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Planning Group for Library and Information Policy and the policies for libraries. First, library service for alienated class was centered in short term period projects. Second, it is hardware oriented such as building small libraries, places for disabled person, multi-cultural libraries. Due to the decentralization of policies for the groups with alienated information, and lack of public supportive policies for private library for the disabled, developing cooperative system is difficult. Third, we revealed that policies for quantitative production of alternative material were achieved. So, this study suggested professional policy in integrative cooperation in accordance with each domain and creation of a separate welfare library policy department and its activity.

Physicochemical Properties of Protaetia brevitarsis sinulensis Larvae Reared with Feed Including Noni and Nipa Palm (노니와 해죽순 급이가 흰점박이꽃무지 유충에 미치는 물리화학적 특성)

  • This study observed changes in the body composition of Protaetia brevitarsis sinulensis larvae when reared with feed that included noni and nipa palm. Compared to the control group, the death rate and product yield of the treatment group were improved after the larval fasting process. The brightness of the larval powder of the treatment group increased, but the redness decreased. The crude fat content of the treated group was slightly increased according to the assays of the general components, but the mineral content was significantly increased. The total structural amino acids of the treatment group decreased, but the total free amino acids increased. The structural amino acids generally tended to decrease in the treatment group. However, the free amino acids showed no specific differences. Among the free amino acids, tryptophan, phosphoserine, and methylhistidine were highly increased in the treatment group, whereas threonine, methionine, and asparagine showed the opposite results. Among the polyunsaturated fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (C20:5n3) of omega-3 was increased in the treatment group, but the omega-6 series was decreased. Since minerals, total free amino acids, and omega-3 fatty acids in the treatment group were increased compared to the control group, we suggest that noni and nipa palm can potentially be applied to the production of functionally improved substances as additional sources of feed for Protaetia brevitarsis sinulensis larvae.

The Integer Number Divider Using Improved Reciprocal Algorithm (개선된 역수 알고리즘을 사용한 정수 나눗셈기)

  • With the development of semiconductor integrated technology and with the increasing use of multimedia functions in computer, more functions have been implemented as hardware. Nowadays, most microprocessors beyond 32 bits generally implement an integer multiplier as hardware. However, as for a divider, only specific microprocessor implements traditional SRT algorithm as hardware due to complexity of implementation and slow speed. This paper suggested an algorithm that uses a multiplier, 'w bit $\times$ w bit = 2w bit', to process $\frac{N}{D}$ integer division. That is, the reciprocal number D is first calculated, and then multiply dividend N to process integer division. In this paper, when the divisor D is '$D=0.d{\times}2^L$, 0.5 < 0.d < 1.0', approximate value of ' $\frac{1}{D}$', '$1.g{\times}2^{-L}$', which satisfies ' $0.d{\times}1.g=1+e$, $e<2^{-w}$', is defined as over reciprocal number and then an algorithm for over reciprocal number is suggested. This algorithm multiplies over reciprocal number '$01.g{\times}2^{-L}$' by dividend N to process $\frac{N}{D}$ integer division. The algorithm suggested in this paper doesn't require additional revision, because it can calculate correct reciprocal number. In addition, this algorithm uses only multiplier, so additional hardware for division is not required to implement microprocessor. Also, it shows faster speed than the conventional SRT algorithm and performs operation by word unit, accordingly it is more suitable to make compiler than the existing division algorithm. In conclusion, results from this study could be used widely for implementation SOC(System on Chip) and etc. which has been restricted to microprocessor and size of the hardware.

Analysis of Soil Changes in Vegetable LID Facilities (식생형 LID 시설의 내부 토양 변화 분석)

  • The LID technique began to be applied in Korea after 2009, and LID facilities are installed and operated for rainwater management in business districts such as the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and LH Corporation, public institutions, commercial land, housing, parks, and schools. However, looking at domestic cases, the application cases and operation periods are insufficient compared to those outside the country, so appropriate design standards and measures for operation and maintenance are insufficient. In particular, LID facilities constructed using LID techniques need to maintain the environment inside LID facilities because hydrological and environmental effects are expressed by material circulation and energy flow. The LID facility is designed with the treatment capacity planned for the water circulation target, and the proper maintenance, vegetation, and soil conditions are periodically identified, and the efficiency is maintained as much as possible. In other words, the soil created in LID is a very important design element because LID facilities are expected to have effects such as water pollution reduction, flood reduction, water resource acquisition, and temperature reduction while increasing water storage and penetration capacity through water circulation construction. In order to maintain and manage the functions of LID facilities accurately, the current state of the facilities and the cycle of replacement and maintenance should be accurately known through various quantitative data such as soil contamination, snow removal effects, and vegetation criteria. This study was conducted to investigate the current status of LID facilities installed in Korea from 2009 to 2020, and analyze soil changes through the continuity and current status of LID facilities applied over the past 10 years after collecting soil samples from the soil layer. Through analysis of Saturn, organic matter, hardness, water contents, pH, electrical conductivity, and salt, some vegetation-type LID facilities more than 5 to 7 years after construction showed results corresponding to the lower grade of landscape design. Facilities below the lower level can be recognized as a point of time when maintenance is necessary in a state that may cause problems in soil permeability and vegetation growth. Accordingly, it was found that LID facilities should be managed through soil replacement and replacement.
