Amid the unprecedented situation of COVID-19 around the world, online education has established itself as an essential element in the era of zero contact and the importance of various content and changes of the system that are appropriate for the era of the 4^th industrial revolution has increased. Although universities are making their efforts to combine ICT technologies and design and achieve new systems, the recognition and atmosphere for establishing the cloud computing system are falling short. The purpose of this research importance of success factors of "Building a cloud computing system of cyber university in Korea" by classifying the work characteristics and scale, and to derive and analyze the importance cloud rankings considering the organization and individual dimension. Therefore, this study has drawn 14 major factors in the previous researches and models through the survey on experts with knowledge related to the cloud computing. The analysis was conducted to see what differences there are in factors for the successful establishment of the cloud computing system using AHP. It is expected that the factors for success presented through this study would be used as systemic strategies and tools for the purpose of drawing factors for the success of establishing the private cloud computing system for the higher education institutions and public information systems.

Although education using teaching tools is important to both students and teachers, the quality problem of distributed teaching tools is constantly being raised. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the teaching tools by classifying them into three quality factors, and to confirm the satisfaction and repurchase intentions of elementary school teachers. This study was conducted by dividing the first CIT survey and the second survey targeting incumbent elementary school teachers, and the PLS statistical program was used as an analysis tool. Through empirical analysis, it was analyzed that product quality, educational quality, and service quality had a positive (+) effect on teacher satisfaction, and that teacher satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on repurchase intention. Through this, it gives teachers insight into what they should focus on when purchasing or evaluating teaching tools and how to use them usefully for education, and for researchers, it provides an important clue to research for product quality improvement, and for companies that produce and distribute teaching tools, it gives to effective guidelines for the development of new products and contents. In the future, in addition to the relationship between the teaching tools and teachers, additional research on the organic relationship between the teaching tools and various objects is needed, and this is suggested as a future study.

Smart museums based on the growth of online exhibition can be seen as in line with the movement of the 4th Industrial Revolution. By combining art and technologies, they enable viewers to experience culture and art. This study examined the cases of the Dunhuang Museum, the Palace Museum, and the China Arts and Crafts Master Museum to assess or identify how China is leading by accepting the technology of the fourth industry and applying the technology. In common, Chinese smart museums are widely used for collecting enviromental data, establishing integrated digital applications, and preserving collections, services, management, and exhibitions through VR, and AR. Through the case of the Chinese Smart Museum, this study identified the online exhibition as a space that exists in another dimension rather than an image replica with excellent operational utility. Therefore, online exhibitions are the best medium to expand the space, and viewers can explorethe museum's exhibition room and engage with all the contents of the museum without visiting the museum in person. Through the online exhibition of smart museums, visitors and viewers can be transformed into more active cultural consumers and develop collective capabilities.

This article is aimed at exploring what factors influence the perception change of the consumers for the cultural heritage values in the case of the cultural heritage policy program entitled with the cultural heritage Yahaeng. The consumers is considered as a key factor in the value creation system of the cultural heritage Yahaeng. It is necessary that the priority of the cultural heritage Yahaeng should be shifted from the supplies to the consumers. The consumer-based model of cultural heritage utilization is used as a theoretical framework. This study examines the influence of cultural heritage authenticity, cultural motivation, management system, loyalty on the perception change of the consumers for the cultural heritage values. This study is empirically examined by the means of a survey conducted on 205 visitors in the case of the Suncheon Yahaeng. The results indicate that the cultural heritage Yahaeng positively influences the perception change of the consumers for the cultural heritage values. In addition, the results indicate that cultural heritage authenticity is the most important factor which positively influences the perception change of the consumers for the cultural heritage values. In addition, the results indicate that cultural motivation positively influences on the perception change of the consumer for the cultural heritage values through the mediating variable of the loyalty. In line with its results, the article recommends that the significance based management system, evaluation system focused on the perception of the consumers for the cultural heritage should be established in the future. The article concludes that the local residents should be importantly considered as consumers and the collaborative partners in the cultural heritage Yahaeng.

As time is rapidly changing, the culture to represent an era is getting more subdivided and complex. Due to cultural diversity, the influence, cause, characteristics which could be understood in individual field centered by space in the past cannot be understood now only by the viewpoint of one field, and it has become difficult to predict and correspond to the change of the future. With the development of information and knowledge delivery system, various cultural contents to form a space are being created and lapsed, but there are a lot of parts which cannot be explained or understood by only one point of view. To inspect these situation, this study is aimed to draw the cultural and technical causes that became the influence with Suwon Hwaseong, a traditional space with historical superiority, analyze the key factors that became the main factor to form the space, and consider the importance of the related factors. Suwon Hwaseong is a new town formed by the order of King Jeongjo. Suwon Hwaseong at that time was a space with the will and effort of many people who dreamed a new era, and it has a meaning of varoius time ans space as historical facts and cultural values as well as the progress and development of scientific technology. The unstructured data technique which is applied as the method of analysis in this study can be said to be a new value judgement and viewpoint in interpreting the space. Therefore, this study is a new trial to provide a frame for multilaterally interpreting the various traditional space and culture of Korea from the past to the present.

This study proposes a rigid-body tracking based virtual avatar application method to increase the social presence and provide various experiences of virtual reality(VR) users in an immersive virtual environment. The proposed method estimates the motion of a virtual avatar through inverse kinematics based on real-time rigid-body tracking based on motion capture using markers. Through this, it aims to design a highly immersive virtual environment with simple object manipulation in the real world. Science experiment educational contents are produced to experiment and analyze applications related to immersive virtual environments through virtual avatars. In addition, audiovisual education, full-body tracking, and the proposed rigid-body tracking method were compared and analyzed through survey. In the proposed virtual environment, participants wore VR HMDs and conducted a survey to confirm immersion and educational effects from virtual avatars performing experimental educational actions from estimated motions. As a result, through the method of utilizing virtual avatars based on rigid-body tracking, it was possible to induce higher immersion and educational effects than traditional audiovisual education. In addition, it was confirmed that a sufficiently positive experience can be provided without much work for full-body tracking.

National parks are one of the important types of protected area management systems established by IUCN and a management model for implementing effective conservation and sustainable use of natural and cultural heritage in countries around the world, and they assume important roles in conservation, scientific research, education, recreation and driving community development. In the context of big data, this study takes China's Liaohe National Park, a typical representative of global coastal wetlands, as a case study, and using Python technology to collect tourists' travelogues and reviews from major OTA websites in China as a source. The text spans from 2015 to 2022 and contains 2998 reviews with 166,588 words in total. The results show that wildlife resources, natural landscape, wetland ecology and the fishing and hunting culture of northern China are fully reflected in the perceptions of visitors to Liaohe National Park; visitors have strong positive feelings toward Liaohe National Park, but there is still much room for improvement in supporting services and facilities, public education and visitor experience and participation.

The Chinese three northeastern three provinces - Heilongjiang, Liaoning, and Jilin - hold significant geographical, geopolitical, and commercial importance due to their location allowing for cross-border trade and transportation with North Korea. These provinces are crucial for establishing a complex Eurasian logistics network in line with South Korea's new northern policy. The Chinese three northeastern three provinces, as this region is known, boasts excellent maritime transportation links between South Korea, China, and North Korea, making it an logistics hub for transporting goods to Eurasia and Europe through multimodal transport. This study highlights the importance of securing a logistics hub area by fostering cooperation and friendly relations with China's three northeastern three provinces, which are crucial to the success of the New Northern Policy. In particular, the study aims to analyze current status of trade with these region and freight volume transported by ships and recommend political advice for securing logistics hub and revitalizing maritime transport. As the policy suggestion, this study is to establish a logistics hub by implementing joint port operations, constructing port infrastructure jointly, and operating shipping companies together. Additionally, we propose ways to revitalize the maritime passenger transport business between Korea and China, which involves expanding cultural exchanges and developing content.

The global popularity of K-content(Korean Wave) has led to a continuous increase in copyright infringement cases involving domestic works, not only within the country but also overseas. In response to this trend, there is active research on technologies for detecting illegal distribution sites of domestic copyrighted materials, with recent studies utilizing the characteristics of domestic illegal distribution sites that often include a significant number of advertising banners. However, the application of detection techniques similar to those used domestically is limited for overseas illegal distribution sites. These sites may not include advertising banners or may have significantly fewer ads compared to domestic sites, making the application of detection technologies used domestically challenging. In this study, we propose a detection technique based on the similarity comparison of links and text trees, leveraging the characteristic of including illegal sharing posts and images of copyrighted materials in a similar hierarchical structure. Additionally, to accurately compare the similarity of large-scale trees composed of a massive number of links, we utilize Graph Neural Network (GNN). The experiments conducted in this study demonstrated a high accuracy rate of over 95% in classifying regular sites and sites involved in the illegal distribution of copyrighted materials. Applying this algorithm to automate the detection of illegal distribution sites is expected to enable swift responses to copyright infringements.

This study studied five major films from the 1980s to the 2000s when Philip Glass's minimal music was used, and studied the aesthetic and functional meaning of the minimal music. Minimal music has a repetitive rhythm and is understood to be aesthetically monotonous, to avoid a particular purpose, or as an expression of moveless. On the one hand, it can mean infinite persistence by repetitive rhythms, or sometimes repetition with subtle changes. The functions of film music were applied as the function of film music common to many theorists. As a result of the analysis of the music in five films, the aesthetic meaning of Philip Glass's minimal music was most relevant to the characteristics of the film story, and the functional meaning of the film music was determined by the structure, form, and genre of the film. Therefore, the theme of the film and the contents of the story played an important role in the aesthetic interpretation of film music with repetitive rhythm characteristics. And the elements of the plot such as the structure, form, and genre of the film are thought to have had a significant effect on the functional interpretation of the film music. The aesthetic value of the film music is closely related to the story of the film, and the functional meaning of the film music is interpreted as determined by the formal elements of the film.
