The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between importance and satisfaction of beauty contest using IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) by deriving the quality factors of contest for revitalize beauty contest. For the study, a survey was conducted on participants with experience participating in beauty contest, and the collected data were analyzed using a response sample t-test and a PIA matrix. The results are as follows. First, there was a difference in importance and satisfaction as the average of importance was high. Second, in the first quadrant of the IPA matrix, contents related to contest assignment were mainly shown. This was analyzed as an effective factor that can improve the quality of the competition. Third, in the second quadrant, factors related to contest review were distributed. Accordingly, measures are required to increase the expertise and transparency of review. Fourth, in the third quadrant, the contents of the contest operation are mainly shown, and the satisfaction level is low, but supplementing it will have an improvement effect. Fifth, in the fourth quadrant, the satisfaction of the ability improvement item was high, which is analyzed that the contest experience affects the improvement of individual skills. Through this, it is significant to be used as basic data to establish a plan for revitalizing beauty contest.

Under the FTA agreement, preferential tariffs between FTA members will result in tariff reductions. In order to ensure the stable use of the FTA tariff system, it is necessary for the customs authorities to determine whether the origin goods are clearly applicable. This study analyzed the procedure of appeal according to the origin verification system based on the decision made by Korea Customs Service and Tax Tribunal. From this, we examined whether the rate of re-claiming a case rejected in the 'Review System of the Legality Before Taxation' differs. In addition, we carried out a quantitative analysis using bootstrapping technique in order to overcome the scarcity cases of verification of origin among FTA members. The implications of this paper are summarized as follows: First, we tested the hypothesis that the re-claiming rate of Western countries is higher. Second, some issues represented higher re-claiming rate. Third, there was no significant difference between the verification group and the re-claiming rate. Finally, even if an applicant makes a claim again, there is a possibility of being rejected again.

The purpose of this study is analyze to characteristics and research trend of geographic information system as reviewing research trend of KAGIS (Korean Association of Geographic Information Studies) journals published from 2001 to 2007. Also, 358 articles have been published and characteristic of a contributor attribute and research categories were analyzed. Professor and the research 94% hold and the contribution ratio of the relation enterprise worker appeared with the low. The results of this study will be useful for guidelines to establish NGIS and strategies.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the demand for convergence between ICT technologies is increasing in various fields. Accordingly, a new term that combines data, network, and artificial intelligence technology, DNA (Data, Network, AI) is in use. and has recently become a hot topic. DNA has various potential technology to be able to develop intelligent application in the real world. Therefore, this paper introduces the reviewed papers on the service image placement mechanism based on the logical fog network, the mobility support scheme based on machine learning for Industrial wireless sensor network, the prediction of the following BCI performance by means of spectral EEG characteristics, the warning classification method based on artificial neural network using topics of source code and natural language processing model for data visualization interaction with chatbot, related on DNA technology.

From 2011, newly developed Information textbook will be given to high school students. This research investigates contents of the new Information textbook and attempts to offer improvement of the book, which were compiled according to the 2007 Revised Curriculum. This thesis aims to make a comparative analysis of the contents and structure of six Information textbook which passed the screening. The structures of six textbooks were examined under four sections, which are overall structure, relative importance in the textbook, development method, and evaluation type. Moreover, for analyzing the contents, the research investigated the number of the major concepts that are dealt in the textbooks. The results show that there are too many difficult concepts for high school students and reveals that there are big difference in the contents and construction among textbooks. This research suggests how the textbook should be revised in the light of the contents, construction, terminology, and practical training.

KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology) has developed ${\ulcorner}KISTI-ACOMS (KIST-Article Contribution Management System){\lrcorner}$ as a part of the national project for the informatization of academic societies, and distributed the system to academic societies for free since 2001. KISTI-ACOMS is a web-based system that automates the full process of academic paper review and journal publication and circulation for academic societies. KISTI have analyzed academic societies' demands for a paper review system for last three years and, after a thorough redesign and implementation, released KISTI-ACOMS 2.0 in september 2005. recently, there are many societies requesting the online paper review system for the informatization of their societies. korean academy of child health Nursing has decided to introduce KISTI-ACOMS 2.0 to meet current trends and KISTI customized KISTI-ACOMS 2.0 to reflect configuration and paper review process of Korean Academy of Child Health Nursing. This Paper investigates the functions of KISTI-ACOMS customized for the korea academy of child health nursing and describes necessary features for the future online paper review system.

With the advance of ICT, the necessity of user authentication to verify the identity of an opponent online not face to face is increasing. The authentication, the basis of the security, is used in various fields. Because ID-based authentication has weaknesses in terms of stability and losses, two or more than two authentication tools are used in the place in which the security is important. Recently, biometric authentication rather than ID, OTP, SMS authentication has been an issue in terms of credibility and efficiency. As the fields applied to current biometric recognition technologies are increasing, the application of the biometric recognition is being used in various fields such as mobile payment system, intelligent CCTV, immigration inspection, and access control. As the biometric recognition, finger print, iris, retina, vein, and face recognition have been studied actively. This study is to inspect the current state of domestic and foreign standardization including understanding of the face recognition and the trend of technology.

This article has reviewed some possible factors of priority setting in the government R&D investment, and also reviewed the roles of scientific community. Recently many development countries have planned more and more large-scale researches which require huge resources. Many large-scale researches have presented strikingly poor performance records in terms of efficiency. Nevertheless, more and more large-scale researches have been selected and executed. According to this article, some factors such as attracting attention of the media and the public, enhancing national prestige, raising the technological independence for economic growth were raised. As implications for policy, this article presented a necessity of strengthening the public control for priority setting of government R&D investment. And new procedures such as public discourse and National Assembly's in-depth deliberation were presented.

Korean government improved the Individual Training Account (ITA) System in September 15, 2011. This paper evaluated the Improved Individual Training Account System of Korea based on the success conditions of contracting-out public services. The results showed that the improved ITA system of Korea was expected to solve some of the problems of former ITA system of Korea by stabilizing ITA training market, improving target of ITA and better matching between jobs and training courses, and activating trainees. Nevertheless the improved ITA system of Korea still has some problems to be solved. The relationship between job placement services and issue of ITA should be closer by improving tailored total one-stop services for job seekers. The government should develop infrastructure for evaluating, monitoring and supporting the ITA training to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the ITA training system.

This Study aims to establish better sound fiscal plan by investigating perception of local government officials. Local government fiscal consolidation is affected by a combination of factors, including social, economic, demographic, political financial health of local governments. We derived the financial situation of the government-related indicators, financial health-related indicators, the indicators to improve the financial health on the basis of this study are an existing discussion. To ensure the financial soundness of the Cheonan, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of financial management including financial monitoring and control devices provided the locals, investment screening analysis system to enable it. In addition, fiscal controls should be strengthened in order to effectively autonomous government debt management. You must cuts expense of local government to prepare for expansion of local government finance, it is necessary to realize that the fee rates. It should be made through a blend of autonomy and control in the central government, network of local government and the development of local financial operations. You should also to be distributed to the residents welfare and community development funds are invested substantially to establish a systematic planning, resource allocation, evaluation, and reflux system.
