This study analyzed how the situation of the elderly problems around the issue appeared on theory and field. First was to identify elderly issues with a theoretical argument about the elderly problem, from the perspective of structural functionalism, conflict theory, symbolic interaction theory. The issues of older issues was selected to increase, divorce increases and remarried decline in the elderly, exclusion from the labor market, and dilemmas, such as political participation and volunteering in the elderly households study the current situation and their problems for them. the results in terms of social issues the first solution to the problem, the elderly, it is necessary to switch recognition for the elderly. Second, we need to remove negative perceptions about older people. Third, we must establish a complementary relationship between the state and the private sector.In conclusion, it should be full in order to solve the elderly problem in terms of social issues, not limited to the elderly problem in the elderly subject matter of an individual or family corresponds to publicize it as a social problem social preemptively.

The purpose of the present study was to examine the structural causal relationships among problem drinking of elderly, depression, self-esteem and life satisfaction through structural Equation Modeling and also to investigate how these effects were influenced by the differences in the structural relationships between poor and non-poor elderly. The results showed the positive relationship between problem drinking and depression not also poor elderly group but non-poor elderlys'. According to Multi-group analysis, Latent means analysis where non-poor elderly are used as the reference group, poor elderly group showed higher latent mean values on the problemdrinking and depression, and lower latent mean values on the self-esteem and life satisfaction. Depression mediated the relationships between problem drinking of elderly and life satisfaction the only in a poor elderly group. The implications and limitations of this study were discussed, and the suggestions for further studies were recommended.

The purpose of this study is to examine the senile dementia in Korea and then provides policy alternatives for the heal-thy life of the aged. The increaase of life expectancy is the hope for all, accordingly unhealthy life will be misfortune for them including their family. The physiological dysfunction of human body causes diverse problems. Among them, the most serious one is the malfunction of brain to include both Alzheimer's disease and senile dementia. When considering the poor analysis for senile dementia and the non-systematic aspect of national health policy for the aged, this paper has concluded that more planned programs should be developed for the aged in viewpoint of national criteria.

평균수명이 연장되고, 사회변화에 따른 핵가족화가 가속화 됨에 따라, "노인문제"는 결코 간과할 수 없는 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 이 노인문제는 과거 가족제도에 대한 향수 같은 것으로는 이제 해결될 수 없으며 사회적인 해결 방안이 모색되고 실현되어야 하는 것이 오늘의 현실이다. 그러나 이러한 심각성에도 불구하고 우리나라의 노인복지 현실은 전무한 상태라 해도 과언이 아니다. 이런 어려운 여건 속에서 작으나마 지역사회 노인들의 건강, 식사, 소일거리 등을 해결하기 위해 노력하는 곳이 있다. "사회복지법인 자선단 은천노인복지회 (회장 : 이벙만ㆍ동대문구 장안동)." 노인들의 어려운 일을 도와주고, 취업알선을 해주고 있는 이들의 활동을 소개한다.

Currently, Korea is entering an aging society, causing the issues of older adults in a wide range of fields. This study focuses on the health and safety issues of the older adults. As a theoretical background, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory was applied, and a new theory was established in connection with the physiological needs and safety needs of the 5 stages of desire in relation to the health and safety issues of the older adults. Health issues applying to physiological needs for the older adults are examined in detail in the body, perception and psychology areas, and safety accidents occurring indoors and outdoors are examined in relation to safety needs. Naver DataLab, a big data portal, shows that the number of bugs regarding health and safety of the older adults is steadily increasing. And through Google Trends, we can understand the interest setting up related search keyword about the older adults. According to the related search keywords, social part related to health in health issues is ranked high and kewords related to accident type in safety issues is ranked high. These findings will be an important basis data for research and solution to the issues of older adults.

현재 우리나라 노인복지정책은 도시노인 중심으로 집중되어 있어, 농촌지역 노인은 또 한번의 소외와 어려움에 직면해 있다. 이러한 농촌의 고령문제는 단순히 노인문제로 그치지 않고, 농촌의 존폐를 가르는 심각한 문제로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 침체된 농촌사회에 활력을 불어넣기 위한 사업으로 농촌진흥청은 지난 1993년부터 노인생활지도마을 육성사업을 실시하여, 농촌노인의 역할개발과 건강하고 보람 있는 노후생활을 보낼 수 있도록 하였다. (중략)

. 최근 인구구조의 변화는 급속한 노령화로 요약되고, 이에 따라 제기되는 각종 노인문제는 각 부문별로 정책적 대응을 필요로 하고 있음. . 우리나라는 세계적으로 유래를 찾아볼 수 없을 정도의 속도로 노인인구가 급속하게 증가하는 가운데, 전통적으로 가족을 중심으로 하는 사적 영역에서 담당해오던 노인 부양기능이 약화되고 있으며, 낮은 출산율로 인해 청장년층의 노인부양 부담이 점차 더욱 커질 것으로 전망됨. - 특히 노년기의 보건학적 특성으로 인하여 보건 분야의 주요 현안들을 야기하고 있는데, 노인인구는 보건의료서비스에 대한 수요가 높은 집단으로 1인당 보건의료비용 또한 가장 높은 집단일 뿐만 아니라, 노인의 건강문제는 보건의료서비스 이외에 건강문제로 파생되는 다양한 사회적 서비스와 연계되어 있음. - ­이러한 사실은 한편으로는 우리 사회가 향후 노인의 건강문제로 인해 발생하는 높은 비용과 부담을 지게 될 것이라는 사실을 의미함과 동시에 다른 한편으로는 이에 대한 대책을 시급히 마련해야 한다는 것을 의미함. This study analyzed the current status of care policies and senior citizen issues in Korea, which has entered a super-aging society, and attempted to suggest improvement measures for desirable convergence policies. The problems of the elderly in Korea have emerged as health problems, poverty problems, loss of roles, and care problems due to changes in the concept of family, values, and socioeconomic structure. In addition, poor seniors need jobs and employment policies, and healthy middle-class seniors need policy development to enable leisure activities and volunteer activities. In particular, it is necessary to establish policies to enable people to spend the rest of their lives in elderly care facilities and elderly care hospitals through community care policies. The super-aging society accounts for more than 20% of the total population among those aged 65 or older, and according to the National Statistical Office, it is expected to become a super-aging society by 2025. Elderly welfare policies must provide various programs and the needs and services of elderly care, and in the future, a super-aging society will need to secure a lot of financial resources and maintain a productive population to cover the financial resources. In other words, the human life cycle is from birth to death, and when the ratio of natural deaths of the elderly and infants born is appropriate, the society and the country can be seen as stable, vibrant, and healthy societies.

유엔의 통계에 의하면, 2020 년에 전세계 60 세이상의 인구는 10 억까지 달성하고, 2050 년, 전세계에 20 억 가까운 노인 인구가 생존하게 됩니다. 끊임없이 증가되는 세계의 노령화 문제 때문에, 혼자 생활하는 독거 노인은 끊임없이 증가하고, 동시에 노인들의 순환기질환 관련 위험성은 증대하고 있다. 따라서 본 디자인연구는 이러한 노인들의 문제를 해결하기 위해 외형은 손목 시계와 같이 손목에 차는 형태로 연구되었으며, 심장과 혈압 항상 검사 측정하는 기능이 있어서, 그 수치가 안전을 위협하고 있을 때, 119 나 친척들 또는 담당의사에게 전화로 응급처리를 요청하게 되고, GPRS 는 스스로 작동, 병원에 응급조치와 함께 가장 짧은 시간에 도착할 수 있도록 것을 한다. 동시에 제품에는 환자의 진료카드가 있어 담당의사가 아니라도 진료를 할 수 있도록 하는 기능을 가진 기기에 대하여 연구하였다. 이러한 기기가 노인들에게 사용되기 위해서는 노인의 특성을 고려한 특징적인 연구가 필요하며, 노인의 감성에 맞는 기기의 특성을 파악 적용하는 문제를 연구하였다.

본 연구는 빠르게 진행되고 있는 노인 인구의 증가에 따라 노인들의 사회적, 경제적, 건강상의 복잡한 문제로 발생되는 정신병 문제가 대두되고 있고. 그중 우울증은 노인들의 자살로 이끄는 중대한 질병이므로 본 연구에서는 간단한 자가 치료가 가능한 귀자극 요법을 활용하여 노인들의 우울증에 대한 치료 효과를 알아보고 이에 대한 활용 방법을 제시하고 한다.
