The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the job satisfaction, and project effectiveness of employment promotion project for the elderly, and to suggest practical implications for social work services for those the elderly. Data for this study were collected through the use of a survey instrument completed by 240 samples over 60 years of age. Collected data were analysed by multiple regression. The findings of this study were as follows: this study provided clear evidence that the depression was very important variable which affected on project effectiveness of employment promotion project for the elderly. Based on these findings, in order to increase project effectiveness, we need to realize the importance of job satisfaction management, and suggested effective intervention programs.

The purpose of the study was to examine the structural relationship among job satisfaction, economic condition satisfaction, change of self-worth and quality of life of Elderly Employment Program participants. An analysis was conducted on the data of the '2012 Elderly Employment Program Participants Survey'. The major findings were as follows. The job satisfaction, economic condition satisfaction, change of self-worth had positive effects to quality of life. The job satisfaction had mediator effect to quality of life through economic condition satisfaction and change of self-worth. Also, change of self-worth had indirect effect between economic condition satisfaction and quality of life. Based on the results, the implications for Elderly Employment Program practice and policy were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of factors like self-esteem, social support, empowerment on the life satisfaction of the elderly participating in the senior employment project. As a result, self-esteem, social support, and empowerment show significant effects on the life satisfaction of the elderly participating in the senior employment project. In other words, when the elderly participating in the senior employment project have higher self-esteem, social support, and empowerment, their life satisfaction becomes higher, too. Based on the findings, this author will make political suggestions as follows: first, it is needed to develop and distribute new employment programs to improve their self-esteem. Second, it is necessary to form new social support networks and develop and connect resources. Third, the empowerment approach to provide customized employment suitable for the needs of the elderly is necessary.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational satisfaction on project effectiveness, and the mediating effect of participation satisfaction between educational satisfaction and project effectiveness of employment promotion project for the elderly. The data were Research of the aged joining employment promotion project for the elderly made by Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged in 2010 and the total subject was 1220. Descriptive analysis, correlations analysis, and the multiple regression analysis for research model test were used. Additionally, Sobel test was used to verify the significant mediating effect. Results were obtained in this study as the educational satisfaction have significant effects on participation satisfaction. And the mediating effect of educational satisfaction on project effectiveness is statistically significant. Based on the findings, in order to increase project effectiveness, we need to realize the importance of education for the aged joining employment promotion project for the elderly, and consider the participation satisfaction.

This study aims to find the structure of social disussion on government 'Senior job program' by analyzing 1107 newspaper articles on 'senior job program' from 11 major newspaper articles and 8 financial newspapers. Topic modeling via latent dirichlet allocation model was employed for analysis and as result, 5 latent topics were extracted as follows : general information, local government project propaganda, senior life related issues, employment creation effect and market relations. Until 2015, most of the articles focused on the first two topics, indicating not much discourse was formed concerning the characteristics of the program. However, after 2015, the third topic started to increase and after the launch of Moon Jae In government, there has been a drastic increase in the employment creation related topic indicating that current social discourse mirrored by the media is definitely focused on employment creation aspect of senior job program. Based on the result, this study suggests the necessity to increase the quality and also enhance employment aspects of Senior job program.

This study analyzes the right guarantee level of Job Creation Project for the Elderly by participation type based on Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing. The analysis is conducted using '2012 Job Creation Project for the Elderly Participants Survey' of Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged. The major findings are as follows: First, "social contribution" type's implementation level of "active participation in society and development" is not high enough. Second, considering the average age of the participants, the level of "work and the ageing labor force" is high enough while the practical level is not high in market. Third, the level of "access to knowledge, education and training" is not enough within "market entrance" participants. Fourth, the level of "poverty reduction" and "income security" is not high. Based on the results, this study proposes that the quality of "social contribution" type's occupations and "market entrance" type's education should be improved. Also, the wages of the entire occupations provided by this project need to be raised.

This study examined what effect the educational satisfaction level in the grey job project had on the business effectiveness and verified the effect the participant education satisfaction level had on the project business effectiveness ultimately by influencing the job satisfaction. This study utilized the source data of the senior job project old participant status survey of the Korea senior manpower development center which was conducted in 2013, and the non-proportional stratification sample extracting method was used which considered the project type, regional size, and cities/provinces. Sejong City was excluded from the survey target and the survey targeted 2,005 persons except for non-response or response-irrelevant persons concerning this study question. The collected material was analyzed by using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The frequency and percentage were calculated to apprehend the general characteristic of the study target. Also, the regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness of the senior job project, and the hierarchical regression analysis was conducted in order to examine the mediated effect of the job satisfaction level in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness of the senior job project. The main result of this study is as follows. First, among the effects the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness, both interest level of educational contents and the job utilization of education had a significant effect on the psychological effect, and the interest level of the educational contents had a significant level on the physical/social effect, and the job utilization of education had a significant effect on the economic effect. Second, in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness, the job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a partial mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the psychological/physical/social effect. The job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a complete mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the economic effect. Also, The job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a partial mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness. Consequently, the educational contents according with the demand of job participants will have to be developed and the exclusive manpower must be arranged to conduct the education effectively. Also, making participants feel a pride on the job fully will largely contribute to raising the business effectiveness because the job satisfaction level has a positive effect on the business effectiveness.

The study is set out to examine the degree of on the life satisfaction and policy effects of the job creation project for the participating elderly The Subject of the study were 950 elderly people patrici parted In the job·creation project for the elderly in the aged welfare agency in the Seoul. For data analysis, SPSS15.0 for window program was utilized. The primary findings from the research can be summarized as follows. It was found that as for the participating reasons for the creation project most have responded to coding the living expenses; followed by the a sense of fulfillment by work, maintain health, not wanting to burden their children, society participating. After examining the difference in the personal effects felt by the elderly after participating in the job creation project by participation type, it revealed that the elderly who has participated in the job creation project has responded to the improved mental health, followed by the mental steadily and the alleviation of Ioneliness, in the order given for the personal effects. but the analysis on the social effects of the job creation project for the elderly by the participation type showed that the most elderly participating in the thought the promotion of social participating as the social effects of the job crenation project. The analysis on the degree of on the life satisfaction for the job creation project were effects policy. It is safe to say in order to raise the degree of satisfaction and vitalize the job creation project for the elderly, more realistic job creation project which reflects the characteristics of each type and various demands of the elderly would be essential.

The purpose of this study is how the semi-elderly have been participated in the elderly employment program, and to find what are the factors influencing their keeping on the work since retired from the Lavor market. To convert the Row-data obtained from Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the aged, 13,370cases were used to analyze finally. The date analysis was applied with Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation and Logistic regression using program of SPSS 18.0. The analysis is shows that semi-elderly who had participated in more than 270 days a year in elderly employment program formed 41.2%. The most important factor that the semi-elderly have been participated in working is payment, and others are gender, solitary life, motivation of working and type of elderly employment program. Based on the results of this study, We conducted policy suggestion to achieve the purposes of elderly employment program and to make income from it, for semi-elderly retiring from the labor market.

The purpose of this study is to identify trends of academic research on senior employment projects. For this aim, research results were collected from keyword searches utilizing academic search engines, and a total of 133 research studies were selected as analysis subjects. Then, we analyzed research trends such as sources, research themes, research methods, and research subjects using the content analysis method,. According to the results, the leading type of senior employment research was quantitative research that confirmed the effects of projects by targeting the elderly participants. On the other hand, there were relatively few cases in which philosophical and ethical reviews were used to understand the labor and social roles of the elderly in connection with senior employment projects. Based on these research trends, this study criticized the situation where not only a variety of main participants but also the elderly taking part in the senior employment project were excluded from the main concern of research and suggested that it was necessary for follow-up studies to emerge from these trends.
