The radical changes in the business environment have motivated firms to exert serious efforts in managing sustainable development. This study identified the effects of sustainable development on the perceived performance of firms from the viewpoint of the balanced scorecard. Independent variables include economic efforts (of efficiency and ethic of accounting and fairness), environmental efforts (management and energy control), and social efforts (consumer protection and contribution for local community). The result from the analysis of data collected in this research suggests that sustainable development efforts are the critical sources of the incorporated performance of firms. The consumer protection efforts of the local community determine the competitiveness of a firm in managing social responsibility and creating value and social activities. Efforts to reconsider efficiency determine the competitiveness of a firm, becoming the critical factors that determine sustainable performance. Energy control facilitates value creation for the environment through cooperation and harmonization with nature, resulting in sustainable business performances through the vitalization of practical establishments and operations. Sustainable management needs to meet international standards, cooperation, and harmony. These standards are based on the economic, environmental, and social efforts that enable firms to adopt sustainable management efforts that are suitable for their own systems.

액션러닝은 팀기반으로 실제의 문제를 해결하는 교수-학습방법이다. 최근 대학에서 액션러닝을 도입하여 대학의 현장적합성을 반영하고, 이론과 실제를 겸비한 교육으로의 변화를 추구하는 움직임이 일어나고 있다. 그러나 학습자들이 강의식 수업 또는 다른 팀기반 학습에 비하여 많은 학습노력에 대한 부담감을 느끼고 있으며 교수자들이 이에 대한 수업의 불성실한 참여 및 불만족을 우려하고 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 학습자들의 성취목표지향성이 학습과정의 개인 노력과 팀노력 그리고 결과만족을 설명할 수 있을 것이라 보고 이들의 관계를 탐색하였다. 분석 결과 숙달접근의 학습자들은 학습노력을 많이 기울이며 결과에도 만족하는 것으로 나타났으며 회피접근보다는 수행접근의 학습자들이 학습 노력을 많이 기울이며 학습결과도 만족하는 것으로 해석되었다. 따라서 액션러닝을 설계하고 운영할 때, 수업방법의 의미와 학습노력 및 결과에 대한 의미부여와 공감을 충분히 하여 숙달접근이 아닌 다른 성취 목표지향성을 보이는 학습자들을 독려할 수 있어야 하겠다.

We propose software reliability growth model, considering testing effort resource during testing stage of S/W, and compare the time dependent testing effort resource behavior in this paper. We develop the data technology method for the S/W reliability measure. We study in detail between the time elapse and reliability. Also, we determine the optimum release time which meets the target reliability. We decide optimum release time for each condition how the reliability is good before testing after development.

몇몇 논문을 통하여 테스트 노력을 고려한 소프트웨어의 신뢰도 평가가 중요한 인자인 것으로 발표되었다. 여러 산업 현장의 경험 데이타에 의하면 그 형태가 지수함수형, 레일레이형, 웨이불형, 로지스틱형 테스트 노력 함수 중 하나인 것으로 보고되었다. 그러므로 연구자들은 각각의 소프트웨어 테스트 형태에 따라 이중하나의 적합한 형태를 사용해왔다. 테스트 노력이 어떤 형태의 그래프를 따르냐에 의해 신뢰도 예측 및 성장에 대한 평가가 달라지고 그에 따라 인도시기도 변한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이 네 가지 형태의 테스트 노력을 가진 소프트웨어의 신뢰도 성장에 필요한 각종 파라미터를 구하는 방법에 대하여 고찰한다. 개발 현장에서 관찰된 테스트 노력 데이터와 결함검출을 비교하여 어느 형태의 테스트 노력 곡선이 그 경우에 적합한가를 연구하는 한편, 목표 신뢰도에 맞는 발행시기를 결정하는 문제를 연구한다.

Weibull distribution Iincluding Rayleigh and Exponential distribution is a typical model to estimate the effort distribution which is committed to the software testing phase. This model does not represent standpoint that many efforts are committed actually at the test beginning point. Moreover, it does not properly represent the various distribution form of actual test effort. To solve these problems, this paper proposes the Sigmoid model. The sigmoid function to be applicable in neural network transformed into the function which properly represents the test effort of software in the model. The model was verified to the six test effort data which were got from actual software projects which have various distribution form and verified the suitability. The Sigmoid model nay be selected by the alternative of Weibull model to estimate software test effort because it is superior than the Weibull model.

This study examined parental education efforts on teacher confidence in parents of children attending elementary and middle school in Seoul. The effects of parents' educational efforts on teacher trust were examined to examine the mediating effects of parental school trust and local education satisfaction. The major findings of the study were as follows. First, parental education efforts had a positive (+) effect on teacher trust. Second, there was a mediating effect of school trust in parental educational efforts and teacher trust. This implies that the parental educational efforts directly affect teacher trust, but indirectly influence teacher trust through school trust. Finally, it was found that mediation effect of satisfaction of local education was found in the relationship between child education effort and teacher trust. This implies that parents effort directly affects teachers' trust, but indirectly influences teacher trust through local schooling satisfaction. Through these results, implications for educational and welfare aspects were discussed.

소프트웨어 개발노력 추정에 대한 연구는 소프트웨어가 복잡해지고 범위가 크게 증가함에 따라서 그 중은 지속적으로 부각되고 있다. 관련 프로젝트를 발주하는 업체나, 이를 수주하고 개발을 진행하는 업체에게 원가를 고려하는 측면에서 매우 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 이러한 개발노력 추정을 위하여 다양한 접근 방식들이 고려되어지고 있는데, 그중에서 많이 활용되어지고 있는 방식은 소프트웨어 규모에 기반을 둔 LOC(Line Of Code) 기반 COCOMO (Constructive Cost Model) 모델이나 기능점수(Function Point)를 기반으로 한 회귀분석 모델, 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence)을 활용한 신경망(Neural Network) 모델, 사례분석기법 (CBR, Case Based Reasoning) 등이 있다. 이중에서 최근에 기능점수를 활용한 개발노력 추정에 관한 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있으나 개발노력 추정에는 소프트웨어 규모의 척도인 기능점수 뿐만 아니라, 개발환경을 구성하는 여러 가지 측면에 대한 고려가 추가되어져야 한다. 이에 본 논문은 최신의 소프트웨어 개발 사례들에 대하여 기능점수 및 추가적인 개발환경 요소들을 면밀히 분석하고, 분석한 내용에 대해서 전문가들의 설문을 통한 빈도분석 및 로지스틱 회귀분석, 데이터마이닝 기법인 신경망 분석 등을 활용하여 개발노력 추정 모델을 구축함으로써, 소프트웨어 개발의 다양한 측면의 중요성을 강조하고, 정확한 추정의 방안을 제시 하고자 노력 하였다.

지방자치단체는 재정 확충 및 건전도 유지에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러한 노력 중의 하나는 기업체 유치와 주민유치이다. 이는 기업체 유치가 법인세 증가로 지방재정에 기여하게 되며, 주민의 수 역시 주민세와 같은 직접적 효과와 함께 간접적 효과가 발생할 것으로 보기 때문이다. 본 연구는 충북지방을 대상으로 각 기초자치단체 경영에 있어서 이러한 기업체 유치 노력과 주민 확보 노력이 지자체 재정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하기 위한 기반 연구로서 먼저 재정에 미칠 가능성이 있는 각 변수이 상관관계를 분석하고 이에 근거하여 구조방정식 전개를 위한 개념적 모형을 제안하였다.

컴포넌트 개발에 보편화 추세에 있어서 이에 따른 노력도 산정 모델의 개발이 시급하지만 아직까지 간편하게 사용할 수 있는 모델이 없는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구는 그에 대한 기반을 마련하기 위하여 컴포넌트 기반에 관련된 개발 노력도 산정 모델을 살펴보고자 한다 기존의 개발의 노력도 산정 모델로 주로 사용하고 있는 모델로는 COCOMO중심의 모델, 기능점수 중심의 모델, 그리고 상용 컴포넌트(COTS) 중심의 모델로 나누어 볼 수 있으며, 각각의 중심 모델을 비교하여 컴포넌트기반(CBD)에서 활용 가능한 모델들을 살펴보기로 한다.
